I stayed at the Landmark London hotel over the weekend and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. When checking in I was upgraded from a average room to an suite (I am part of the leaders club but upgrades are never guaranteed). Also was allowed to check in early upon arrival. Breakfast was a delicious spread of many different foods. One of the serving staff named Sara was great and remembered our drink orders from the previous day and was extremely nice and curious to us and other guests around us that we witnessed. After leaving the hotel to the airport via the Heathrow express I realized I forgot my passport in the safe and made a quick call to Richard the concierge and he made very fast arrangements for a trusted car to bring my passport to me at the airport and everything worked out with my flights. Was very happy about that and how the hotel reacted so fast. I would greatly recommend this hotel to a friend or any couple off business. Close to transit and had valet. Great fitness area for working out and a pool area and spa.

I recently stayed for one night at the Landmark. This is my absolute favourite hotel in London. As soon as you enter the lobby, the smell of fresh flowers hits your nose. The staff are very courteous, the hotel rooms are amazing, much larger than other 5* hotels I have stayed in. I stayed in an executive double room, we had a huge room with lots of space. The spa is also very good, and the breakfast is just to die for.

One night stay was enough to be mesmerized by the elegance and overall feeling of this hotel. The service, the room, the big marble bathroom, the lovely atrium view, all contributed to a memorable stay. The breakfast however, was the icing on the cake. A must have when staying at The Landmark.

I recently had two nights the Landmark along with my mum and son for my birthday. The hotel is stunning. Carola on reservations is amazing and provided excellent customer service. Breakfast was beautiful with my 3 year old son stating they are the best pancakes hes ever had. The selection is fantastic. I stayed in an executive room and it was spacious and clean with an amazing view. The bathroom was large and very clean and the shower was perfect, the bath was also lovely and deep. The room was quiet. The bed was a little hard. I'm going back in May and will do another detailed review then.
