The hotel boasts a plethora of amenities and services available at their disposal and further underscores the hotel’s preeminent positioning, pivoting their ethos and fundamental values ultimately on the ‘guest experience’. This would not be possible without the consummate staff, who arguably play the most critical and influential role and are undeniably the bedrock of the establishment’s remarkable reputation. It would be remiss not to mention one notable and key member of staff, Amrit from Front Office, who has been nothing short of extraordinary, whom at every level has exhibited all the requisite skills and tools to exemplify what customer service truly looks like. Very special afternoon tea experience with family. Louis was very attentive without being intrusive. The cakes & sandwiches were delicate & delicious.

The service of the team and Louis was exceptional. The food was lovely and the setting made the experience very special to mark important events.

Excellent service (Louis, our waiter, was brilliant - he has a very nice manner), stunning venue (a lovely dining atrium and, in the Mirror Bar, the coolest bar I've ever seen), and lovely food.

Nice atmosphere, excellent service and especially great customer service from Anca, she was extremely helpful and very kind .
