The Landmark Hotel is superb in every way, and we love staying there whenever we visit London. The building has so much more character than most other London hotels and from the standard rooms to the suites the accommodation is attractive and comfortable. We had pre-booked to stay for a Saturday night in mid-October and although the hotel was busy the whole experience from check-in to departure on the Sunday was relaxed and easy. The hotel team makes guests feel welcome and even a one night stay feels a special experience. Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and nothing seems too much trouble but this great service is achieved without fuss and without making guests feel uncomfortable. The balance is always just right and interactions are friendly and genuine. We were lucky to receive an upgrade this time to a Marylebone Suite which has separate large living and sleeping areas, divided by a partition door. The suite is very large by any standards and the separate bathroom and shower areas are also very spacious with Molton Brown toiletries included. The huge king-size bed was comfortable and a nice touch was that while we were out during the evening hotel staff turned down the bed and put out slippers and dressing gowns for our return. Buffet breakfast is in the wonderful Winter Garden with its palm trees and glass roof. The selection of food was excellent and right up until quarter of an hour before breakfast finished, supplies of hot food and fresh pastries were being replenished. Fresh egg dishes are prepared to order and the waiting staff are attentive and always on hand to supply fresh coffees and teas as well as clean plates and cutlery. The atrium is a lovely area to enjoy breakfast and relax in such attractive surroundings. We also made use of the Mirror Bar which specialises in gins and cocktails during our stay. Again the bar staff were excellent, very welcoming and keen to explain the contents of the cocktails on offer. We discovered the Landmark Hotel for the first time approximately two years ago having stayed previously in other top London hotels and the Landmark has become our firm favourite. Its a lovely place to relax in wonderful surroundings and a culture of friendliness and great customer care makes it so hard to beat. It isn't cheap but the whole guest experience makes it great value.

I spent lots of hours looking at central London hotels with a jacuzzi and pool and also I wanted a spacious room and some great food and cocktails. The Landmark provided my adult son and I a restful, relaxing and generally fabulous 5 star experience for our 1 night stay. I usually use a booking agent for my hotel reservations but after the very personal service I received directly with Landmark Reservations I won't hesitate to go to them directly again. They really cared, listened, and communicated very well with what my requirements were. Our executive family room was simply huge and comfortable. No outside noise. The champagne greatly appreciated and every member of staff very friendly but professional. Delicious dinner and breakfast with tons of choices. Yes. We may well go back again for a special treat. Thank you Landmark London.

Second time staying at this hotel for work. Good sized rooms (even they ignored the Do not Disturb light and still came into the room when I didn't want them to), good location. Classy feel to the whole place, very good food. Last time I stayed facing the street, and it was a brilliant stay. This time, facing the large courtyard, the whole thing feels artificial and claustrophobic, with so many rooms facing each other and no opportunity to get fresh air into the room. I would not stay in a courtyard room again. All else is very good

Another superb stay at the Landmark, where everyone seeks to make your stay wonderful - and succeeds. No hesitation at all about recommending it for a luxurious stay close to the centre of London. Everything about the hotel is consistently top of the range

We enjoyed our Marleybone Suite. By London standards it was huge. Separate living room, bedroom with a huge king size, bathroom with double sink, separate tub, shower, and toilet. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the gorgeous atrium, and superb drinks at the intimate Mirror Bar. Service was excellent. The only downside is that the decor is dated.Walking down the halls, the floors creaked under us. Despite that, the Landmark remains a first rate choice in a great location.
