⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional London Experience – A Truly Memorable Family Stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional London Experience – A Truly Memorable Family Stay Our family (2 adults and one 11-year-old child) recently spent seven wonderful nights at The Landmark London, and it exceeded our already very high expectations. Choosing a hotel in London is never easy, especially when travelling as a family. After months of research and comparing almost every luxury hotel in London, we finally chose The Landmark—and it turned out to be one of the best travel decisions we have made. From the moment we entered the magnificent atrium lobby, we knew we had arrived somewhere truly special. The hotel has an elegance and timeless charm that photographs simply cannot capture. Every time we walked through the lobby, it felt like returning home after a day exploring one of the world’s greatest cities. We stayed in the Executive Family Room, and it was exceptionally spacious by London standards. The room was beautifully appointed, immaculately maintained, and extremely comfortable for our family. The marble bathroom, comfortable beds, thoughtful housekeeping and attention to detail made our stay effortless. What impressed us even more was the warmth and professionalism of every member of the team. Whether it was the concierge assisting with directions, the reception staff helping with our requests, or the housekeeping team ensuring our room was always spotless, every interaction reflected genuine hospitality. The location is outstanding. Baker Street Station is just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore London using the Underground. During our stay we visited Oxford Street, Soho, Covent Garden, the London Eye, Madame Tussauds, the Thames, theatres, restaurants and shopping districts with remarkable ease. At the same time, Marylebone itself is one of London’s most charming neighbourhoods, filled with beautiful streets, cafés and restaurants, making it a pleasure to return to every evening. Although we chose to enjoy breakfast at different cafés around Marylebone to experience the local neighbourhood, the hotel itself offered everything we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The Landmark is one of those rare hotels that combines grandeur with genuine comfort. It never felt pretentious—just elegant, welcoming and effortlessly luxurious. Without hesitation, we can say this has been one of the finest hotel experiences our family has enjoyed anywhere in the world. We leave with wonderful memories and will certainly return whenever we visit London again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at The Landmark London for making our family holiday so memorable.

Winter garden restaurant and spa treatment

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We first went for dinner on Friday. We were happy with the service at winter garden restaurant. Food was yummy with very reasonable price which suprised us. We went there quite often to meet with friends. Been there for 4 times in a month. We decided to try facial treatment at their spa to try their signature rose garden facial as we've our wedding receptoon. The therapist Mario is really professional. He knows what he's doing. Both my husband and I were utterly satsfied with his service. We will definitely do it again.

Helpful staff and cool bar

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

I wandered into the Landmark to get out of the heat and relax a bit. The very kind and helpful staff member at the front desk, Haritha, pointed me to the bars they had available and recommended the Mirror Bar, offering to guide me there herself. I declined as I felt the instructions she gave were clear but alas, my sense of direction is poorer than I thought it would be. When I went back to the front desk, she graciously guided me right to the Mirror Bar, and I had a great time there. Quiet and relaxing.
