The Landmark London

Our first stay at this beautiful Hotel. Check-in smooth and our room was ready early which was a pleasant surprise! Executive room was huge and beautiful. Lovely seating area and bathroom large, clean and every amenity available. We enjoyed bubbles in the champagne bar in the Atrium and what a fantastic space! We dined elsewhere as went for a theatre trip. Really lovely stay.

We stayed for a (child free)weekend in July to see Oasis for my husbands 40th birthday. We'd been looking forward to it for months as it was a real treat for us to stay somewhere so fancy. I imagined a big bed that I wouldn't want to get out of but it turned out that I didn't want to get in it all weekend. I've never stayed anywhere and had such a hard bed. It was like sleeping on a rock except I paid £800 a night for the privilege. I barely slept the whole weekend which meant I went home more tired than when I'd arrived and I was so disappointed. I complained twice to reception and a mattress topper was supposedly put on the bed but it made no difference so then a duvet was put on the mattress. Slightly better but still a terrible night. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous and the staff were super lovely, it's just the bed that let down the entire experience.

We had a Fabulous Anniversary afternoon tea in glorious surroundings, with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing staff. Everything was first rate, the food quality, portion sizes, staff service and venue. A great place to celebrate or to just enjoy. Syed was particularly attentive, fun and welcoming throughout our visit.

There were many beautiful details, including, but not limited to, the warm welcome, helpful reception staff, and exceptional room service. Everything was lovely. I greatly appreciate the reception's cooperation in reducing the deposit amount from £700 to £500 upon check-in. The deposit was refunded to my account within five days after check-out. It was a remarkable experience, and my family and I have agreed to book this hotel again when we return to London.
