Superb staff
We had a truly wonderful stay at The Landmark London. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, but what really made our experience exceptional was the outstanding level of service. A special thank you to Dawn, who looked after us so attentively throughout our stay — her care and professionalism did not go unnoticed. During breakfast, ancuta and the breakfast team were equally fantastic, especially with our sons. She was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable for our family. The staff genuinely go above and beyond, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home. We will most definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in London. Jaya Nehru

Excellent return to the Landmark.
Spent one night at the Landmark in April, first time in over ten years. Overall, it is still an excellent hotel. Service was very good overall with one exception. Enjoyed a couple of cocktails and some food at the champagne bar on two occasions. I found the bathrobes too small and the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim, but I had no real issues during my stay. The lack of individual toiletries was a negative for me but these sadly seem to be becoming a rarity nowadays.

Wonderful stay at The Landmark Hotel
Stayed overnight (Saturday- Sunday) at The Landmark and dined in the magical Winter Garden restaurant... Food & service was fantastic ... I have to remark.. the starter was the BEST I have experienced in many years .. Puglia Burrata..absolutely delicious... Dined at 7pm.. busy but a quiet and respectful ambience... Thank you Landmark/Winter Garden for another delightful memory!! I want to personally thank the beautiful Agnes for looking after me at breakfast (allocating me my preferred table) ... Every time I stay at the Landmark, I come away with a skip in my step and feeling very buoyant - exactly how you want to feel after a special weekend away...

Wonderful experience
Amazing experience at afternoon tea! It was for our Grandma's 90th birthday and the hospitality was wonderful. Would love to give a shout out to Angelo who made our whole experience extra special. The vegan options were fantastic!

The Lovely Landmark
We love The Landmark and always stay there while visiting London. Great LOCATION, the staff is amazing, a shout out to the wonderful doorman, Rupert, who is always so welcoming and helpful. It is a magical place to stay.
