The Landmark London
My girlfriend and I recently stayed at The Landmark London and had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of our stay was dinner at the Winter Garden Restaurant. We were looked after by Mihai, who was extremely nice, attentive, and very professional throughout the evening. He made sure we had everything we needed and truly made our dinner feel special. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. The entire team made us feel very welcome and provided friendly, attentive service. I would also like to thank the accommodation team for preparing a beautiful romantic setup in our room with swans and rose petals. It was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.

Lunch at The Landmark
We had such a wonderful experience at The Landmark Hotel, made even more special by our incredible waiter Roshan. From the moment we sat down, he took such great care of us — attentive without ever being intrusive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about great hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. It’s rare to come across service that feels this natural and thoughtful. He truly went above and beyond and made our visit memorable. A huge thank you for such brilliant hospitality — we’ll definitely be back!

Delightful Afternoon Tea
We had such a wonderful time at landmark’s afternoon tea. I’d like to commend both Ruizez and Agnelo for their service which made the experience so much more memorable. I’ve always came to landmark for their afternoon tea, and with that, I will be coming back again.
