The Landmark London

From the moment we arrived at The Landmark Hotel London on 3 July until we checked out on 5 July, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. We were delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful suite at check-in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were stunning, and every part of the hotel was immaculate. A particularly special thank you to Hotel Manager Melissa Shephard for the incredibly thoughtful welcome gift. The beautiful bottle of white wine, delicious chocolates and white chocolate chip cookies for my two daughters were such a kind gesture and made us feel truly valued. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight and set us up perfectly for long days exploring and shopping in London. Susannah and John at breakfast looked after us wonderfully, and at checkout Millie was exceptionally gracious, kindly arranging to store our luggage until it was time for us to head to the airport. I’d also like to give a special mention to Rupert, one of the doormen. Every time we arrived or left the hotel, he greeted us with a warm smile, genuine interest in our plans, and thoughtful compliments. His kindness and personal touch made every interaction memorable. While many hotels offer excellent facilities, there is nothing ordinary about The Landmark. The genuine care, attention to detail, and teamwork shown by every member of staff created a truly exceptional guest experience. This was a wonderful weekend away for our family, and we very much hope it will be the first of many stays.

On our visit to The Landmark Winter Garden, my sisters and I had a very pleasurable and perfect afternoon tea. The menu was exceptional. Served by Angelo who was polite, helpful and attentive to all our requirements. All the staff were friendly, smart and well presented. So thank you to John and staff who made our day extra special. A surprise birthday tart was presented to my sister which was such a thoughtful gesture. The Winter Garden was awe inspiring with a relaxed atmosphere unmatched to other places we have been too. We will definitely be booking a table again in the future. Can't wait for another afternoon of 5* treatment at reasonable value.

Everything was wonderful. The team was very attentive and helped us celebrate our honeymoon in the perfect way. Kostas, our immediate server, was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you for the delicious tea and food and a friendly and elegant atmosphere.

It is my partners birthday. I was on social media to source the most romantic dinner venue. Overwhelmingly The Winter Garden at the Landmark Hotel with the service by Kostas and friends was amazing. The food again amazing the pianist incredible. Thoroughly recommended, thank you Kostas for your time making us feel special for the candle birthday. Thankyou Winter Garden.
