The Landmark London

From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. We were there for my daughters wedding had the most amazing room and the staff were so friendly . The breakfast was a buffet so much choice and fresh eggs cooked to order. The granola they served is well worth a try. We ate in the landmark pub the night before the wedding the tempura cauliflower is worth trying as is the scotch egg but to be honest all the food was exceptional. The little extras they supplied on the day of the wedding greatly enhanced the experience. If you get a chance to visit this hotel you will have a wonderful time.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Landmark Hotel. The staff were exceptional warm, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond. The breakfast was truly out of this world, with an incredible variety and quality that set us up perfectly for each day. What really made our experience unforgettable was the generosity and care shown by the team in making our wedding day so special. Their thoughtful touches and attention to detail were simply unbelievable, and we felt genuinely celebrated throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something truly special.

A wonderful experience, this is how accommodation and ambiance is fulfilled to the highest standard. Discrete exceptional staff who are experienced and professional. The rooms are spacious and spotless, marble bathrooms and beautiful public spaces abound. A perfect spot for business with private areas or to take relatives who may wish to sit and be attended to. Our family celebration was conducted faultlessly with style and understated professional support. Spotless. Superb breakfasts and reception staff with supportive concierge. Our thanks. The spa pool was sadly closed but this did not affect our private enjoyment of fine dining and stay.

I stay at the Landmark a few times a year as my daughter lives in London, it is very close to where she lives. Overall its a good hotel, staff mostly friendly and helpful, a few comments that would improve my experience personally. I often sit in the champagne bar and also the lobby area for drinks or snacks. Whenever i ask for coffee, i ask for cream with it, just plain old pouring single cream, and i am always told they dont have it?! What? really?? In a hotel, with a kitchen, no cream? come on guys, its just lazy and not very welcoming, and please please STOP giving those huge hideous (tesco bought) ginger bread men with the coffee! Yuk! not at all what you expect at a refined establishment like the Landmark! A tiny MADE IN HOUSE choc or biscuit would be so much more appropriate, again, just lazy and unimaginative! It is clean and nicely furnished, would also like to see the menus change more often in champagne bar and lobby, thank you. Oh one last thing, the tv check out in the rooms are NEVER working! please get your act together!
