From the moment you walk through the doors into the Landmark this restaurant delivers an experience that is nothing short of extraordinary. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between elegant and inviting, setting the stage for what becomes a truly memorable meal. The service we received from Lyubo was impeccable, warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Every detail is anticipated, from thoughtful menu guidance to perfectly timed courses, making you feel genuinely cared for without ever being rushed. And then there’s the food simply outstanding. Each dish is a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The ingredients are clearly top-tier, and the execution is flawless. Every bite feels intentional, creative, and deeply satisfying, showcasing both skill and passion in the kitchen. The drink selection is equally impressive, with pairings that elevate the meal even further. It’s rare to find a place where every element from atmosphere to service to cuisine comes together so seamlessly. This is more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Whether for a special occasion or an unforgettable night out, this place sets the gold standard. I cannot recommend it highly enough. My family and I will absolutely be returning. Once again, thank-you so much Lyubo your service was phenomenal!

Not the first time we experience the afternoon tea at The Landmark, this time was more special thanks to the Christmas vibes and the kindness and professionalism of Rodica who took care of us under all the aspects. Vegan options excellent as always, my family also enjoyed the environment (perfect temperature, lovely live music) and the selection of tea. Having tried more than a dozens Afternoon Teas, this definitely sits in the TOP 3

Fabulous setting, awesome service (thankyou Louis!) and the pastries were beautifully Christmas themed. Lovely time had by all.

Amazing stay from start to finish. Absolutely stunning room, the staff we found to be the best and most courteous we have ever encountered in London. We stay in London at least once per month. Faultless.

We stayed for one night in December, we have stayed many times before so we’re looking forward to be back for our annual festive stay. We had afternoon tea which was lovely, such a festive setting with the big Christmas tree. The mandarin scones were delicious. We were served by Roshan who was so friendly and couldn’t do more for us. A credit to the team. Unfortunately a couple of downsides to our stay, unfortunately the systems were down when we went to check in so it was an incredibly slow process waiting in the queue but the staff were friendly and offered drinks whilst we waited. Breakfast - the queue for breakfast was massive and we waited over 25 minutes for a table. For a 5 star hotel this doesn’t seem acceptable. They seemed to have minimal staff on making the situation worse. We could see tables were empty but just needed clearing, it seemed no one had any urgency. The hosts simply took our room number and how many people for the table, no apologies for the wait or positive attitude, no good morning, just lacking overall energy. After we were finally seated we ordered two omelettes and then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to arrive. On the buffet many things were empty and we had to wait for simple things like a plate. For the money of the stay I felt breakfast really let the experience down. Overall it is a beautiful hotel and I’m sure we will be back again
