Reviews for The Landmark London
We visited this hotel last year, bedroom was spacious and very comfortable overlooking the restaurant, it didn't have a window for fresh air and the air con was sometimes not working propely therefore we felt clostraphobic in the room. however it was big and spacious, with a good big bathroom. The restaurant for breakfast didnt have fresh variety, food tasted out of date, scrambled eggs were like rubber - don't understand how they couldn't cook simple scrambled eggs. We had good service from the the staff though, they were very attentive, provide free babies milk for our 3 year old everyday, 3x a day. This made our stay convenient and comfortable with a child. there is a store across the hotel to grab snacks. cafes are right at the door step for breakfast and lunch. the burger bros restaurant is a must visit, their american beef burgers are simply the best i've ever had!! We went to alot of arabic and iranian restaurants nearby in a taxi as we could only eat halal food therefore hotel has good halal restaurants walking distance. The hotel deserts are lush, we had chocolate fondant cake with different ice-cream flavours every night and this desert was to die for, the best i've had anywhere. We were so addicted to this that we couldn't go to bed without going for this every night and staff were very kind to us (we had a noisy child) they were helpful and always smiling. the restaurants at the hotel are top class too and food is spot on. Just the breakfast put me off but this wasn't too much of a problem as we got good few options right outside the hotel. The tube station is right across the hotel which makes it convenient to travel around london. Cabs are lined up right outside the entrance, the hotel doormen help with taxis they are very nice & helpful đź‘Ť
Myself and my Mum stayed at the Landmark as we had a concert at the o2. The Landmark is in perfect reach of 2 good tube stations which are close by. The whole hotel has an incredible feel, as soon as you step foot inside. The doormen and all staff are always so polite and you are made to feel extremely special. Upon our arrival at the Landmark, our room wasn’t quite ready (we were quite early before check-in started). We decided to use the amazing facilities of the Spa which did not disappoint. A lovely pool area, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna! We were feeling super relaxed when we got called as our room was ready! We were upgraded into the most beautiful room. We had a lounge area, two large double beds and the most gorgeous bathroom with everything you need being provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap etc.) Our whole experience from start to finish was incredible and I am never let down by this amazing hotel. Also, the breakfast was so yummy and worth every penny! Looking forward to staying again soon!!

I have just returned from another fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Was in London to attend a concert with my daughter and stayed here overnight. We arrived at hotel early afternoon and went to use the spa while waiting for our room to be ready. The spa was so relaxing and was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours before getting ready for our concert. We then went up to our room which as usual was amazing. Overlooking the beautiful atrium. Enjoyed using the lovely smelling toiletries provided in the luxurious bathroom before heading off to our concert. Breakfast was fantastic in the morning too. Easy check out and very friendly & helpful staff as always. Even the doorman offering to get us a taxi. Can't wait for our next visit in June.

My wife and I arrived at the Landmark at noon on Friday April 20. We had booked an Executive King Room at a 3 day for the price of 2 rate. Our taxi pulled up and we were greeted by the doorman, Rupert. He is a gem, warm, welcoming and helpful. Throughout our stay every interaction with Rupert was a positive experience. The desk clerk informed us that our room would be ready in 2 hours and suggested some places for lunch and she would call. An hour later she called. We returned and discovered we were upgraded to The Atrium Suite. Three elegant rooms plus a three section bath. Everyone we dealt with was warm and friendly, our suite was terrific (if we could we would move in permanently) and the hotel is 5 star quality. This was a terrific ending to a 2 1/2 week trip to Ireland and London.

A weekend away with my wife and friends staying at the Landmark, going to the theatre, an escape room experience and then finishing with Sunday tea at the Landmark left us all with that special feel good afterglow. It was just the best way to celebrate a couple of big birthdays.
