the location is accessible, with nice ambiance both staff Ruziel and Agnelo were so lovely, friendly, courteous and accomidating Esp Ms. Ruziel has an excellent customer service and approachable. Shea so lovely. Will be back for sure.

This is one of the best 5* hotels in London. The hotel is large as are the rooms! If I’m staying in London I always look at this hotel first.

WONDERFUL EXPEREINCE
We arrived and were greeted by the very friendly member of staff at the reception desk.We were able to leave our luggage and depart to see a show at one of the West Ends theatres. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and the bathroom had a bath and a shower and two sinks. The bed was large and very comfortable.After a good nights rest we had the wonderful breakfast,I have stayed in many hotels over the years with work and with pleasure but the Landmark,s breakfast is fantastic and has probably the best selection of different items to eat of any of the breakfast that I have had over many years in different countries around the world.A truly wonderful experience and I can see why this hotel is in The Leading Hotels of the World,it certainly lives up to the fact it is in the LHW.

Amazing stay and fantastic birthday breakfast
We had an amazing stay at the Landmark Hotel with first class service. From the very outset with the booking, Tracey Bent was extremely kind and helpful when I was looking to reserve a special room for my husband’s birthday. She helped me and made sure I was happy with the room she organised. Tracey answered all my queries in a polite and courteous way. She is a great asset to Landmark. We are so grateful to her and we will definitely come back again to this wonderful hotel and recommend it to our friends and clients. Sana on the reception desk was polite, efficient, helpful and amenable. Sana was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful delight to see with delicious food set out so beautifully. The breakfast servers called Blessing and Rodica provided us with a delightful service and nothing was too much trouble. These four members of staff are worthy of special mention due to the exceptional care given during our stay which made it so special. These members of staff are a great credit to the Landmark Hotel. We cannot wait to return.
