The Landmark London

We had an amazing stay at the Landmark Hotel with first class service. From the very outset with the booking, Tracey Bent was extremely kind and helpful when I was looking to reserve a special room for my husband’s birthday. She helped me and made sure I was happy with the room she organised. Tracey answered all my queries in a polite and courteous way. She is a great asset to Landmark. We are so grateful to her and we will definitely come back again to this wonderful hotel and recommend it to our friends and clients. Sana on the reception desk was polite, efficient, helpful and amenable. Sana was so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful delight to see with delicious food set out so beautifully. The breakfast servers called Blessing and Rodica provided us with a delightful service and nothing was too much trouble. These four members of staff are worthy of special mention due to the exceptional care given during our stay which made it so special. These members of staff are a great credit to the Landmark Hotel. We cannot wait to return.

Recommended hotel for a luxury London visit. Large rooms, 5* services and very good indoor restaurant ‘The Wintergarde’. We were 9 (6 adults and 3 babys) and we were spoiled by the hospitality of manager Helmi and our waiter Mihai. Nothing is too much to make everybody happy. It was already the third consecutive year we are here for five days and we always enjoy this familiy weekend. Most rooms are having a window to the atrium and it also makes the babyphones working from every of our three rooms to the Wintergarden restaurant (atrium). Whatever the weather, you can relax and you always have some outdoor feeling. The breakfast buffet is with a very large choice of food for everyone, including vegetarian, for adults and kids … and no queues! Taxi alsays available but also metro is at 50 meter, including bus station. 15’ by taxi to St. PAncras station or 40’ walk.

Our recent stay at the Landmark Hotel was absolutely outstanding, and what truly made the experience special was the incredible team. Even before we arrived, Maria and Lorena were fantastic behind the scenes via email. Their communication was prompt, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. Every request was handled with care and professionalism, and it was clear they genuinely wanted to ensure our stay would be perfect. That level of service before check-in already set this hotel apart. A special thank you to Evie, who put up a playtent for us - such a thoughtful and personal touch that brought so much joy and made our stay extra memorable. We were also very grateful to Linda for kindly extending our checkout time. That flexibility allowed us to enjoy a relaxed final morning without feeling rushed. Daniel from room service and the doorman team was equally impressive - always courteous, attentive, and professional. Whether assisting with luggage or delivering room service, he consistently provided excellent service with a smile. Every one of these team members went above and beyond. It’s rare to encounter such consistent warmth, efficiency, and genuine hospitality across an entire team. They are a true credit to the Landmark Hotel. We cannot wait to return - highly recommended!
