Exceptional Stay
As a member of the Leading Hotels of the World I have enjoyed the privilege of enjoying many stays at fine hotels. However I found the Landmark in London to be exceptional. The welcome, the accommodation, the cuisine and staff were all and above my expectations. The location was also perfect, just east of Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

Two night post flight stay
We have previously stated at the St Pancras hotel in one of their suites. This came with the benefit of the Chambers Club lounge which suited our needs perfectly. The hotel closed this lounge and so we saw no benefit to staying there. We decided to try the Landmark and were not disappointed. From tge uniformed doorman on arrival, every member of staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. We had a Marylebone Studio which has a large lounge and separate bedroom with two double beds and a large well appointed bathroom. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We ate in the Atrium restaurant on the first night. The food was excellent and the service matched, a very good meal. We will undoubtedly return

The staff made the stay exceptional. Clearly great management running things.
Absolutely fantastic stay. We stay at other hotels in London at the same level and this rates as the best. The room was spacious and breakfast top class too, with fantastic service from all of the staff. Highly recommended.
