The stay was terrific, but I in particular wanted to praise an employee named Evie, who was very poised under pressure and helped me deal with some business matters that were time sensitive, and she did so with great poise, grace, and humor. Everyone who helped us at the Landmark hotel was wonderful, but Evie even among them stood out. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful breakfast buffet experience at The Landmark London. A special thank you to Eufelia, Betty, and Ruziel for their warm hospitality. Most especially Eufelia, whose excellent service truly stood out- she made us feel completely at ease and very well looked after.

A beautiful oasis of calm in a lovely part of London. A delightful, former railway hotel so very high ceilings and palatial. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and dining in the Atrium is a treat. Thoroughly recommend. Would never go anywhere else.
