Grand Hotel in a beautiful building with modern conveniences and great location. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the facilities excellent. We booked the family suite which was spacious enough for 4 of us with 2 double beds, a setting area and a large bathroom. Thoroughly recommend.

All staff provided the best customer service and made my family feel very welcomed. From Kira helping accommodate the needs of my family of six during our phone reservation to the front desk staff at check-in and David at the switchboard, by answering my numerous questions on the day of check-out and making me laugh. I can not say enough kind things about the staff. This was the first hotel that the staff did not glare at us upon entering the hotel. Father of a 15 yr, 12 yr, 9 yr and 19 month old.

The front desk supervisor was rude. We had an issue with our bed covers and I took a lot of effort to solve it! The staff are not caring or intrested in the guest's satisfaction and comfort. The furniture needs renovation.
