We enjoyed our Marleybone Suite. By London standards it was huge. Separate living room, bedroom with a huge king size, bathroom with double sink, separate tub, shower, and toilet. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the gorgeous atrium, and superb drinks at the intimate Mirror Bar. Service was excellent. The only downside is that the decor is dated.Walking down the halls, the floors creaked under us. Despite that, the Landmark remains a first rate choice in a great location.

What a delighted welcome , the waitress was so knowledgeable about teas and so attentive. This hotel should be very proud of the the team that is responsible for giving such world class service . Delicious tea and super amazing scones . My boyfriend has found a new tea choice thanks to the great staff expertise and recommendations. A great hotel and wonderful way to spend your afternoon.

The rooms in this historic hotel could do with a spruce up (and I gather the management is doing this soft renovation as I write) but they are among the most spacious in the city. We were upgraded to a two room suite and enjoyed the extra room and large two sink bathroom with separate shower and big deep bath. It's a large hotel with lots of conventions and groups but we were on an upper floor near the end of a hallway so noise was never a factor. The location was right across from the Marylebone train station and near the Baker Street underground tube station thus very handy for getting about the city and to places like Oxford (frequent direct one hour commuter train to that city all day long). We liked the Winter Garden atrium where breakfast was served for its high six storey ceiling and palm trees. Choice of breakfast items was quite extensive and frequently replenished. Our favourite spot in the hotel however was the Mirror Bar for its top notch cocktails, tasty savoury snacks and quiet tucked away location.

An OASIS of EXCELLENCE I give this hotel six stars out of five. Nothing in our stay in The Landmark was less than perfect. We arrived for a seven days family vacation. Two family rooms for four adults, a child and a baby. I corresponded with two ladies in reservations. The responsiveness of Ms.Kria Bent and Ms. Carola Casaccia was quick and out of the ordinary. It was clear that "EXCELLENCE" was in the DNA of this hotel. Upon arrival, Reception was professional, quick and very friendly. The family rooms we received were very spacious, each 52 square meter room with a large and very comfortable bathroom . The hotel location is perfect. Across the street (20 meters) from Marylebone station and 5 min walk to Baker Street Station so we had access to some 5 or 6 metro lines. The hotel is in walking distance to Regents Park (7 min) and Oxford street (17-20 min). The Free WIFI is easily accessible and very fast, the best I experienced in any hotel. We dined at the 222 hotel restaurant. Good food at reasonable cost. My wife also used the in house hair saloon and loved their professional level. The hotel has a great inside pool. One can often judge a hotel by its breakfast. On a holiday this is the kick-off for the day. We stayed in different luxury hotels around the globe. This one is an exception. Breakfast is served in The Winter Garden, a beautiful very large restaurant in a high atrium (open up to above the sixth floor) , surrounded by PALM TREES, under a glass ceiling which is full six floors above your table. An OASIS in London. What a way to start a day ! We were six for breakfast. Following the first day, they kept a table of six for us. The choice is exceptional. A selection of different juice types made of fruits and vegetables (I counted 7 types), an impressive vast selection buffet and a great choice of eggs made to order, And the breakfast TEAM ! WHAT A TEAM!!! I wanted to mention names but the list got longer over our seven days and I would not like to miss and hurt someone. The TEAM at Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and they made every day a great one. The Landmark is an exquisite hotel which exceeded all our expectations. We will definitely return !

Very nice hotel but the gym is also public , so the pool and gym are crowded with people who are not guests The jacuzzi isn’t hot - sauna not hot - steam tiny and not hot - Ps - at breakfast the pre made scrambled eggs are gross like in all hotels that do that - order fresh
