Reviews for The Landmark London

Landmark family stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 7 hours ago

I spend a lot of time in London and often bounce around at different hotels/flats or family, and decided to stay at the Landmark for the first time. I had my 11-year-old daughter with me. I love the Marlyebone area, and the high street is only 15 minutes away. Regent's Park is just a short walk. The hotel is beyond beautiful - the marble hallway is simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and lovely, so was the bathroom. The breafast was amazing in its quality and variety. We will definitely go bsck.

Unrivalled Afternoon Tea

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

We celebrated my mother-in-law’s birthday with a Champagne Afternoon Tea at The Landmark London, and it was truly exceptional. Ruziel and Mihai provided warm, attentive, and flawless service, making the occasion all the more special. The setting is simply breathtaking, with the magnificent atrium, palm trees, and the pianist created an atmosphere unlike any other. The sandwiches and cakes were exquisite, perfectly complemented by the champagne. Having experienced afternoon tea at the Savoy, Claridge's and The Ritz, I can confidently say this remains my favourite. Simply unrivalled!

A Timeless London Experience – The Best Hotel We’ve Ever Stayed In

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

From the moment we arrived at The Landmark London, we knew this was going to be something special — and it exceeded every expectation. Our room was incredibly comfortable and impressively soundproofed; despite being in the heart of the city, we heard absolutely nothing. The beds were luxurious and perfect for a family stay. We loved the thoughtful touches like nightly turn-down service and complimentary water and coffee in the room — small gestures that make a big difference. The Winter Garden restaurant deserves its own spotlight. We had dinner there twice, and both evenings were unforgettable. Helmi and the entire team were exceptional — warm, attentive, and professional. On our second visit, they remembered us and made our couples dinner feel truly personal and special. The food was outstanding: the Beef Wellington, the sole, and the ribeye were all perfectly executed — rich, flavorful, and memorable. Easily some of the best dining we’ve experienced anywhere. The location is ideal — steps from both Marylebone and Baker Street stations, with a wonderful selection of restaurants and attractions right on the doorstep. This is, without question, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We will absolutely be back.
