Impeccable service in this excellent five star hotel in London. Very generous and delicious Continental breakfast. I always like to return to the Landmark and I am never disappointed . Very good spa. Beautiful palm trees in the winter garden.

We only stayed here for a single night while visiting London for a show but would definitely return. The hotel is located opposite Marleybone station so it very easy to get to. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was a good size and looked out over the central courtyard where the restaurant is located. We had piano music playing most of the Saturday which was very nice. There is a spa in the basement which wasn't overly full enabling us to use the Jacuzzi both days We only ate breakfast in the hotel but it was Excellent, a fantastic spread.

We've held our annual conference at The Landmark for about five years and it is an excellent location with great facilities, good management, good food, and that extra something special as a venue. The location is great (right next to Marylebone station) and the venue itself is stunning.

The Landmark! What an apt name for a hotel so gorgeous from the outside as well as inside! The spectacular facade does perfect justice to the this iconic London hotel. It's located right next to the Marylebone station ( the back exit of the hotel leads you right onto the station). Just a short 2 subway stops away is the Oxford Circus for all the shopping and the Baker's street restaurants are a comfortable 5-7 mins away. The station has a Starbucks and a Marks and Spencer's food outlet amongst other interesting shops. The family room was super comfortable! The sheer size of the whole room is extraordinary especially in a city like London. The huge TV was such a magnet for my son! Loved the lux bathroom too! One of the finest hotel room's we've ever stayed it! We could even see the London eye from our room window! The wifi coverage was great and loved the tea /coffee maker too! The lobby of this hotel needs to be 'experienced'! Such lovely tall palm trees creating an oasis of luxury, comfort and class. The whole hotel has a palatial feel to it which is just extraordinary. It's huge but we never had to wait for an elevator, which is an amazing feat! A special shoutout to the Concierge! Thank you so much for all your help. The hotel staff is experienced and made us feel very comfortable! A big thank you to the front desk to help inform and exchange our old £50 and £5 notes from the local bank and The doorman for the smiles each time we entered and exited the hotel! Can't wait to be back at the Landmark soon again!
