Loved the hotel, very genuine experience. Wouldn’t have been the same without Max. He’s an extraordinary help, very cool guy.

My wife and I travelled to London in October to see some concerts and get to know London. We thought we’d stay close to the Strand. We had never heard of the ME Hotel line and were excited to stay there. The hotel was nothing short of perfect in every detail. All the feels of a boutique hotel. The rooms were amazing and the atmosphere was magnificent. The hotel has a personal fragrance that wafts through the air all the time and when you step back into the hotel every night, you feel a sense of calm come over you. On one night, we could hear the music from the rooftop disco in our room and it was a little late. I called the front desk just to ask if they could reduce the volume and surely they did. The music was not a great disturbance but the hotel treated it as such and made sure to ascertain if our stay was fine. Our stay was amazing! The front desk assistant manager Susana Castro and Almhoa (sp) made sure our stay was perfect. And it was. We will return and stay at the same hotel again.

We arrived a few hours before check-in and managed to get in early! We had a glass of Prosecco on arrival and Diana showed us to our room and was telling us about all the amenities available - she was super friendly and helpful up until the very moment we left. Room service was great, a little mix up with our breakfast but it was all sorted very quickly. We would 100% recommend this hotel and already planning our next trip back. Thank you for all the staff for making our time wedding gift even more special!

Arrive 1:30 Rooms still not ready at 3:45 Duty manager says nothing I can do but get it ready quicker. Attitude is all wrong for top London hotel. 4 rooms boomed at £1500 and they don’t care. No jesters or offer to put things right or reduce the stress. Avoid like the plague. I was not the only one at the counter experiencing the same.

We had a lovely stay at ME and overall everything was great. The rooms are consistently very spacious, and breakfast was good. One small downside: since switching to an à la carte format, the selection feels much more limited and the included allowance is quite restricted – many items require an extra charge. That’s the reason for one point less. A special mention to SHEN from the breakfast team: outstanding service – attentive, friendly, and truly professional. We’re looking forward to our next visit.
