Stayed here before partly because we like the rooftop bar/restaurant. But about a week prior to our stay we got an email to say it would be closed from 3:30pm for 2 of our 3 days stay for 'private functions' which was a disappointment. But as we would have lost out financially if we had cancelled we decided to proceed with it (although no option to cancel was offered). Checked in online 'to save time' yet when we arrived the front desk could not find our booking and the reason was because we had 'checked in online'. They still needed to process our CC even though that was part of the online check in so the whole process took a lot longer than previously when we didn't check in on line. On both nights of the private functions there was a bass thudding sound throughout much of the hotel and particularly our room on the 9th floor which was directly below the roof top venue. Although we mentioned it to reception and they agreed that such functions should not interfere with the enjoyment of guests, it went on until after 11:00pm and even after it had finished there was further disturbance for some time with the sound of tables and chairs being moved about. None of this is really satisfactory for a hotel claiming to be 5 star!

Exactly the fantastic location and service we were hoping for! Roman was a true gentleman in greeting us warmly, arranging for an early check-in, and seeing us to our room. Wonderful!

All super good and cool great actic bar. Personnel effcient for example Roman is the kindest person:-)

Our room AC has malfunctioned, we were moved to a different room with smaller window unlike the fl window we had and had to pack our luggage twice. The duty manager was unprofessional and just offered to put us back in our previous room category, nothing in return for the inconveniences. When we spoke to Sruthi, she handled it very professionally and had upgraded us to a balcony room with breakfast, she saved the stay and represented the hotel in a very pleasant, welcoming attitude.

This is my third visit to this hotel and it never disappoints. Checked in with a lovely gentleman Roman at reception who kindly showed us to our room and was very helpful and professional but had a lovely manner. Our room was amazing as always.
