We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located and beautifully designed. However the staff really make it exceptional. - everyone we met was so kind and warmly professional. We have to make a special mention for Nneka, who was especially accommodating and made great effort to enhance our stay, as it was for a birthday. She is a credit to the hotel and made our experience completely memorable - we will certainly now make this our go to hotel for London trips.

We love this hotel, it’s central, close to Waterloo. Always impeccable and the front staff helpful. The rooms are all clean, comfortable and regardless of size chosen, perfectly decorated.
