I don't usually write reviews, especially not long ones, but after a full week here I feel like I owe it to anyone considering booking to be honest about what we went through. This wasn't a one-off bad day. Almost every single day of our stay, something went wrong. It started at check-in. We were told our room "wasn't ready yet" — even though it was well past 3:30pm, which is meant to be the standard check-in time. Not a huge deal on its own, but looking back, it was basically a warning sign for the rest of the week. The minibar was a joke. We were there seven nights and not once was anything restocked. On top of that, some of the items sitting in there — the chocolate packs and the aochol Asahi, Asahi 0 and Morreti — were all expired. Expired alcohol in the minibar of a hotel this price is honestly kind of alarming. Breakfast was a daily letdown too. The chocolate muffins were out of stock every morning, all week. And the service itself was a mess — there was clearly plenty of food sitting ready at the pass, but only one poor food runner was covering the entire floor, so everything came out slowly. Hot and cold dishes would arrive at the table at the same time, so there was barely any room to put things down, and by the time we actually got to the hot food, it was already cold. Then there was room service, which honestly might be the worst part. We tried calling three separate times one night and no one ever picked up. In the end we had to ring reception just to get someone to take our order. Food took about an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold — and instead of a proper tray with a napkin, the food was just placed directly on top of a tissue. That's not something you expect at this kind of hotel. And to top it all off, sleep was a struggle too. The rooftop bar noise carried well into the rooms below, and the window didn't even block out the morning sun properly, so we were getting woken up early regardless. For what you're paying to stay here, none of this should be happening — not the food, not the room service, not the noise, none of it. I really hope management actually reads these reviews and does something about it, because right now this doesn't feel anywhere close to the standard it's charging for. Wouldn't stay here again, and can't recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff from the moment we stepped out of the taxi to when we left. Staff were wonderful , Hitel was gorgeous and the location was perfect

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to Roman for his outstanding service and warm welcome at reception. He was very professional, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location! Easy to walk to most sights, quiet at night. Rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable! Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing, especially Shwin our waiter!! Also had dinner in the restaurant our first night and that was awesome! Service was top notch and the food was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!
