Extremely disappointing experience at ME London. I would strongly recommend considering another hotel in London. During my stay, I had a small daytime gathering of approximately 12 friends in my room. There was no late night party or disturbance. Hotel staff abruptly shut down the gathering and told me that having more than two guests in my room was against my “contract,” even threatening to call the police. What made the situation particularly frustrating was the way it was handled. I booked through Booking.com and could not find a clearly disclosed term stating that only two visitors were permitted in the room. When a hotel is going to enforce a restriction this aggressively, particularly to the point of threatening a paying guest with police involvement, that restriction should be clearly communicated before booking. I completely understand reasonable occupancy, safety, and noise policies. What I do not appreciate is being treated as though I were committing an offense simply for having friends visit during the day, especially when the specific restriction being cited was not clearly disclosed to me. For a hotel positioning itself as an upscale luxury property, I expected hospitality, professionalism, and respectful communication. Instead, the experience felt unnecessarily confrontational and hostile. There are far too many excellent luxury hotels in London to spend this kind of money somewhere that makes its guests feel unwelcome. I would not stay at ME London again and cannot recommend it.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Lovely rooms and great location. However housekeeping needs serious improvements. We went out at 9 am and came back at 3.30 to find room was still not made up. When we contacted reception we were told that room can take up to 8pm to be serviced. For a 5 star hotel which we paid over £600 per night I would expect room to be serviced before lunch time and turn down around 6 or 7 pm.

Had an amazing stay at ME London for my 21st birthday! From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so welcoming, making us feel so special and made sure we were really well looked after. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, with a really comfy bed and a big bathroom — 10/10! A special mention to Isabella from Guest Relations, who gave us such a warm welcome and showed us to the rooftop bar, with views of the city, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic with lots of choice. The location is brilliant too, with so much within walking distance. We had the best weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you to everyone at ME London for making my birthday so memorable! ❤️

Most amazing Hotel staff couldn’t do enough so friendly, went for a friends 60th birthday decorated the room lovely… also gorgeous rooms and very clean, Breakfast was delicious, such a choice came hot and fresh, very Central to theatre land definitely will be going back when we come into London very chilled and relaxed atmosphere.

Fabulous hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Great location - Covent Garden, theatre land, The Strand, Trafalgar Square and Embankment all within an easy walk as are a couple of tube stations for further travel. Plenty of restaurant and bar choices on the doorstep as there are shops! Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Lovely big comfy bed and spacious bathroom - large walk in shower and double sinks. We had a balcony overlooking the city - wonderful views. The Radio Roof Top bar is worth a visit - great views and delicious cocktails! Would visit again!
