Me London Terrace River room
I had a wonderful stay at ME London in a Superior Me Riverview Terrace room on the 9th floor. From the moment we arrived, the service was world-class. We were received by Pavel Mirea, who was incredibly kind and professional. He personally showed us to our room and walked us through all the hotel amenities, ensuring we felt right at home. The experience didn't end there; even during checkout, Hanaa was lovely and provided some of the best service we have ever imagined. The staff here truly makes the difference. Whenever we return to London, this will definitely be our hotel of choice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience.
Fantastic experience. A high-end hotel with two restaurants (Stk and Luciano). Breakfast and dinner with quality products. Friendly and helpful staff. Large, bright, and clean room. Excellent nightly room service. Check out by phone. Strategic location, three minutes' walk from Covent Garden and ten minutes from Piccadilly.

Lovely stay in London
This is a beautiful hotel in a prime location on the Strand. It is close to theatre land, loads of restaurants and landmarks. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We were upgraded to a beautiful, clean room with a balcony and lovely Chayma introduced us to our room. Unfortunately after returning to our room at 3.30pm after a day out, housekeeping had not been. This was disappointing but was quickly rectified after a phone call. I would have given 5 stars if not for this. We also found the lights difficult to control but that might just be us😂. Overall, would we return? Definitely.

Very impressive
Hanaa and the rest of the staff were great. From the minute we checked in the staff took care of us. Each time we needed something at the hotel or help getting around the city they were ready to help. They never hesitated to be more than helpful when we asked for anything. The staff always made sure that everything was great and we were happy. The hotel was top notch. It was very clean and upscale. We were very impressed. If we ever get back to London we would stay here again.
