Good location for theatre, however caution for groups which include children. We had a rooftop terrace room which was located directly below a noisy nightclub to 01.30 am making the terrace unusable as I had a 10 year old. The next morning we discovered what appeared to be discarded drugs packaging outside the lift on our floor. Whilst the hotel can’t be responsible for the behaviour of its guests. When given to reception, there was no apology. This appeared an everyday occurrence. It was also impossible to raise concerns directly with hotel as there is no email address and the chat function of website would not work. Not also, that breakfast is not on roof terrace as images might suggest.

just back from a lovely three night stay at the ME thought there was a nice vibe running through the hotel , we had a very nice room with a terrace which i think in the summer months is worth the small extra cost , we liked really everything about the hotel and having stayed at quite a few different 5 star hotels in the capital over the years it is now one i think we would return to .

We bookended a trip to England with two nights at the ME Hotel in London. The staff was terrific and Marina even helped us park and retrieve our car. She was a joy!

Had a lovely stay at this centrally located modern hotel. Our city view terrace room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good a/c. Would definitely recommend staying here.

ME London is a contemporary hotel. I’m used to staying at traditional hotels in London and was really pleased with staying at this beautiful contemporary hotel, which was so well located. Our room and balcony were exceptional. There were digital controls out bedside. I had let the hotel know , in advance, that it was a big birthday for a family member. When we arrived in the room, there were balloons, a slice of birthday cake, a bottle of bubbly, happy birthday wishes written on a mirrored wall, and a lovely personal note. What a welcome and celebratory feeling! Daniel was at reception to check us in. He personally came with us to our room and showed us how to use the digital system. I have mobility issues and he knew that I would have a problem navigating the steps to enter the restaurant where breakfast was served. He told me to call him in the morning, when I’d be leaving my room. I did, and Daniel met me at the lobby elevator and walked with me outdoors, to the street entrance of the restaurant. Marianna was the concierge that literally helped us with everything. She got us tour tickets and reservations, which I know that concierges do. However, her suggestions were suited to our likes and needs as though she really knew who we were. While out, we needed to change our reservation for High Tea. She called a place that would work for us made a reservation , and let us know immediately. One of the restaurants we went to sold a book about the place. We left late and the cashier had closed down. My daughter wanted to go back the next day to purchase it. It was our last day in London. Marianna realized that she wouldn’t have time because we had early dinner reservations/pre theater. When we got back to our room that night, the book was there! Both Marianna and Daniel went above and beyond. They really cared, and we felt so cared for. If you have a chance to go to the Me London, don’t hesitate , Book it !!!
