We had a wonderful stay nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff from the moment we stepped out of the taxi to when we left. Staff were wonderful , Hitel was gorgeous and the location was perfect

The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to Roman for his outstanding service and warm welcome at reception. He was very professional, friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location! Easy to walk to most sights, quiet at night. Rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable! Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing, especially Shwin our waiter!! Also had dinner in the restaurant our first night and that was awesome! Service was top notch and the food was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at the ME London by Melia and what a letdown. It claims to be a five star hotel but the level of service lets it down. Pros: location in Covent Garden and excellent access to shopping, restaurants and theatres Cons: despite being Melia members and asking for quiet rooms, we were given rooms close to the Stk steakhouse area with music and the loud bass blaring until the early morning hours. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one of the rooms but instead of sending an engineer to fix it, told us to figure it out on the electronic panel. Spoiler alert: it still didn’t work. We checked out at 12pm (no late checkout available) and tried to use the restrooms an hour later. We were made to feel as if we were criminals with multiple staff members questioning our motives as one of our members had mobility issues and couldn’t use the stairs down to the lobby. And this was all in spite of us checking out an hour earlier. Essentially this was a really disappointing experience. The Melia brand is better than this.
