ME London

Wonderful experience at ME London Hotel. Breakfast at Luciano Restaurant was made exceptional by Shwin, who provided attentive, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful service—he made every morning start perfectly. A special thank you as well to Bella at the front reception for her professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. She made check-in and every interaction smooth and welcoming. Truly excellent service from both team members. I expect to see them again in the near future and would happily return to ME London anytime.

Customer service from Luca and Pavel upon check in was superb. Upon arrival, I learned that my booking hadn’t completed through my companies booking service. During my short stay Luca and Pavel were extremely helpful, making my somewhat stressful situation a pleasant one. Kicking myself as I was unable to stay, Me will be at the top of my travel itinerary next time I’m in London following the amazing customer service I received.

ME London is a nostalgic dream set in a design-forward paradise/purgatory of the 1990s. It can feel a bit much, all yin-and-yang, dark-and-light cleverness... black marble floors and white leather walls starkly designed more for Architectural Digest than for a weekend getaway. I loved the hotel; my partner hated it; and the architects deserve credit for refusing to compromise. I loved that our ME+ Junior Suite was just over 600 sqft (I measured it!), with chic finishes that updated a posh, late-century aesthetic. My squats-averse partner objected to the very low-rise furniture, bed and toilet. He also disliked the lighting, which made reading at night difficult, and the confusing door handles within the multi-sectioned bathroom, which our first morning elicited cries for rescue from the shower room. We agreed that the peculiar windows offered excellent views and were well-glazed such that no street noise reached the 4th floor, and the breakfast was hands-down the best in London. With a perfect location, excellent service and great value, I highly recommend ME London, and I perfectly understand why my partner does not.

I felt wonderful, it was an unforgettable experience, everything went smoothly, check-in was very easy thanks to Mr. Luca, a true gentleman, he spoke to me so pleasantly and I felt so comfortable in his presence, and the hotel was very well positioned close to all the points I wanted to visit, thank you for the unforgettable expe

This is the first time that we have stayed at the ME London having stayed at many Melia hotels over the years and it wont be our last having already booked for a further two stays this year. Great location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.
