Great service and location, but gym is disappointing
Nice hotel, in a great location. Individual staff are lovely, but on occasion there seem to be a lot of people around and some confusion about who is taking responsibility. The gym is really disappointing for such a clean, modern hotel. A small room in the basement with dated equipment lacking in features: no integration with Apple Watch on the treadmills, and no rowing machine. The rooftop bar is very nice, but the ladies at the front desk seem concerned that it might not be cool to be friendly or smile. 😉

Very nice and comfortable
My stay at the ME London was so lovely! Very comfortable and the location is great; central to a lot of fun places to check out and not too far from the shopping hubs. Hanaa at the front desk was so nice and helpful when I wanted to extend my booking. Everyone as well was so nice and accommodating and I'm sorry I didn't get to learn everyone's names.

Jezabel and Diana are the best!
I had the most wonderful experience at my stay with my friend Maya. We had the most amazing girls night and enjoyed the breakfast. But honestly the best thing was the guest experience. Diana and Jezabel from Aura team prepared the most delicate and elegant setup and wrote a mirror message that I read every once in a while just to remember how a queen I felt by their care and attention to detail. Honestly one of the best nights of my life and thanks to Jezabel and Diana who made us feel as if we were the most loved and important persons on earth!!! I will be definitely be coming back as a guest. Thank you Aura team!!! <3 London has become a great experience because of you girls!
