My New Happy Place
Such a wonderful place, beautiful room with all the comforts. Very peaceful and quiet. Close to transport. All the staff are amazing! Vera, Victoria, Steve and Tim too name a few. Fabulous food. Will definitely be back.

The Milestone remains our home of choice in London.
My wife and I have been staying at the Milestone every time we visit London, which has been about once a year for the last eight years. We have occupied several varieties of rooms and small suites and have enjoyed them all. The staff members are uniformly friendly and helpful, right up to Mr. Pike, the general manager. For example, we enjoy going across the street for tea at Kensington Palace (actually the Pavilion, and formerly the Orangery before it closed for renovations) the first afternoon in London. The Orangery reopened just two days before we arrived, but we didn't have time to book a table, so the Milestone staff kindly did it for us. At the hotel, the food is excellent, and the Stables bar is delightful. The Milestone will always be our "home" in London.

Amazing!
Have stayed here every year since 2017. And as usual … We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The accommodations are outstanding. But nothing tops the amazing staff. From the time we arrived and were greeted with “Welcome Home!” To the time we departed with “Come back soon!” … They all made us feel like family. Our trip was much more fun because of them. See you guys next year!! (Or sooner if we can arrange it!).

The staff at The Milestone are top-notch. We were greeted with a smile and asked about our day or if we needed any assistance every time we walked in to the lobby. Any request we had was responded to immediately. You will be happy with this hotel.

Best Hotel in London
During my recent stay at The Milestone Hotel in London, I had the pleasure of incorporating daily visits to Karve reformer pilates, a top-notch reformer Pilates studio nearby. Let me tell you, this combination made my London trip truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped into The Milestone Hotel, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. The hotel's stunning decor and impeccable service set the stage for a luxurious experience. My room was like a sanctuary, with plush furnishings and breathtaking views of Kensington Gardens.

I traveled to London and stayed at The Milestone Hotel this summer. It was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The service was excellent along with the accommodations. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We stayed at the fabulous Milestone Hotel in London, opposite Kensington Palace. The service and attention to detail of everyone from the manager to our own personal butler was a most truly unforgettable experience. Staff we had never met before even knew our names at all times. Very friendly and professional.

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world. If there was a way to give The Milestone more than 5 stars - I would give them 15 stars. It is quite possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in London or anywhere else. Our room was large and beautiful, with amenities I have never seen anywhere else, like a silver case with printed cards with my name and all the hotel information to give out while I was staying at the Milestone. Every little thing that we might need was thought of. If you read the website - it sounds too good to be true, but it is even better than described.
The staff was perfect. We felt like honored members of a very exclusive club. I had filled out an email questionnaire and they got everything right. When we first walked into the bar, the barman said, "Good evening." He knew our names and then he reached for a bottle of my husband's favorite rum. We will never stay anywhere else in London.
