I agree with the last 2 positive reviews. We got great communication and service from Ryan on reception. Nice fittings and supplies. Comfy apartment. Bedding and towels highest quality, although bed fairly small. Everything worked ok. Only things I would mention is that despite quadruple glazing and double curtains, that area of London is noisy at night. The shower water pressure is low, which I might have raised if I had been there longer than 2 days. In short we were very happy with the apartment and location.

absolutely terrific location - walking distance to most things London has to offer. The place was spotless and nicely stocked for arrival ( water, coffee, milk etc) . The space flees luxurious, modern for central London. wonderful option to open balcony doors for fresh air. What is really special about this place however is the staff - they are really welcoming and ensure that you are as comfortable as can be managed. Congratulation on running a terrific home away from home.

Absolutely loved this place, the apartment was perfect. The bed and pillows were absolutely wonderful, I loved my stay there. Fantastic location around 10-15 minutes walk to Oxford Street. Lovely variety of shops along Maddox Street. The staff seemed pleasant. Could not recommend enough.

I am a seasoned traveler. I have never experienced anything like this in 35+ years of travel. The suite was not as advertised (did not match the lovely photos online). The space was basically a windowless set of rooms - clean, but shabby and definitely not worth the rental fee. The suite contained only one small window, which looked out onto an alleyway. The furnishings were run down. Harsh lighting everywhere. No elevator (so good luck if you have heavy luggage). No 5 Maddox is a location that is difficult to find (no instructions were sent in advance). I ended up renting another room at an established and reputable hotel for my stay in London.

This is a stunning apartment in an equally stunning location. Clean and stylish and welcoming and helpful receptionist and help carrying bags. There were many stairs to our fourth floor apartment so not great for those with mobility problems. Lovely coffee machine and milk provided.
