We had a great Birthday weekend getaway here in May. The room we stayed in was fab, with a fantastic view over the river. The staff and Guest Relations Managers were all really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the tube (5 -10 minutes) and is within walking distance of both the London Eye and Battersea Power Station (approx. 30 mins)

The hotel has a great location, facing the Thames. The room I was staying was very spacious and had everything for a comfortable stay. It was lovely surprise to receive complimentary chocolates. The room has nice digital features. It is very easy to check in and check out online. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym and spa.

Excellently located hotel with all the major attractions within walking distance and the view of Thames from the room added to its charm. We were there for four days and was very happy that we chose to stay here- the staff was good and helpful. The room was pretty good with a spacious bathroom.

We went to this gorgeous hotel on the bank of the Thames - me, my daughter and her son. We got this beautiful room with river view and a separate bedroom. So - if everything was so great, why then a 4 instead of a 5? Well, only one reason for that: The sleeping couch in the living room gave me back ache the first night. I asked for a mattress the next day and it came promptly. However, that was not sufficient to avoid the contact with the springs, but when we doubled it, it worked ok the next three nights. But - my general view - this is a great place to stay when in London. Great!
