Park Plaza London Riverbank

I just wanted to leave a review to say how amazing Maryjane from Guest Relations was when I visited Park Plaza London Riverside. My partner and I are looking at hotels for a future anniversary trip, so I popped in to have a look around and get some information. Even though I wasn't actually staying at the hotel, Maryjane took so much time to help me. She showed me around, talked me through the different room options, explained the upgrades and packages available, and recommended the rooms she thought would be best for a special occasion. What I appreciated most was how friendly and genuine she was. She was really easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely welcome from the moment I arrived. The whole experience left such a good impression on me and honestly made me even more excited about the possibility of staying here for our anniversary. A huge thank you to her for being so helpful and lovely.

All staff we had dealings with were pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was lovely and clean, ideally located and well presented.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options available every morning. What truly made the experience special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an outstanding breakfast experience.

The room was filthy! Packed with dust everywhere, even on our bed! All the tables and window cills, all the cupboards, shelves everything had so much much thick dust. My husband had an asthmatic attack! . He was wheezing the whole night. The bathroom sink and toilet had stains in it and hadn't been cleaned properly including rust on shower doors. There was underwear from a previous guest on our balcony chair!! The balcony hadn't been cleaned at all for a long time. The curtains were fraying and coming down and some of the furniture was dated and had chips in it . It was a lovely room (we had a suite ) and the space was nice but very very unhappy with how unclean it was.

I was on crutches and had to travel on a work trip and everyone was so helpful and accommodating in ensuring I could get around and also had a room with accessible shower. It was daunting travelling with accessibility issues and the team really helped.
