Amazing stay!
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in experience was amazing. The room was fine, although it wasn’t the cleanest and it smelt funny (no windows) it was ok. The service was so good, all staff smiling and offering help. The service in Chino Latino however wasn’t th finest, it started off well but we had to keep asking for things, even had to get up to ask for the bill, which isn’t ok in my opinion, when yore slapping a 12.5% service charge on anyway. The food was outstanding, so it didn’t really take away from our experience, and the live music was incredible.

Wonderful stay - special thanks to Khaldoon
We had a great stay at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, we stayed 4 nights in Feb to attend a couple of gigs in Brixton and celebrate an anniversary. The hotel was lovely, the staff were very friendly and attentive and it was in a fantastic location - very central to everything we needed. Following a maintenance issue with our initial room, Khaldoon assisted us with great care and attention - upgrading us to a wonderful suite and helping us to move all of our belongings whilst we were out for the day. Khaldoon worked hard to make our trip special. The sauna and steam room facilities were also fantastic. We made good use of them and they were very well maintained by the staff. Overall a fantastic stay, special thank you to Khaldoon for all his generosity and assistance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service and lovely rooms
Had a fantastic time at this hotel, was greeted by Vidani at the reception and was checked in with efficiency.She provided me with valuable information and and alist of things I am able to at the hotel (the swimming pool and sauna).The breakfast was fantastic and had wide variety to choose from.

Best hotel in London
From start to finish this was easily the best hotel I have stayed in, in london by far. Staff were amazing, facilities were too. Location was great, getting to the hotel from euston was easy. All in all 10/10
