Great location, easy walk from Vauxhall station, lots of places to eat and drink. Great views of parliament houses & Big Ben. Really good conference facilities and room was great, service from Selin was excellent.

Our air conditioning did not work, we asked for it to be looked at because our room was hot and we had no windows to open, and we were denied. The maintenance staff tried to blame us and used a food thermometer to test the temperature of the air! We had to get a room change in the end.

The cleanliness of the room was below expectations. For the price of the stay, I expected much higher standards. There was visible dust on the floor, as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the bathroom was in poor condition. Overall, the cleaning quality needs significant improvement. It was disappointing for a hotel of this category.
