Everything about my stay is excellent, from the comfortable room to the overall atmosphere. I would especially like to thank Madhu for being so kind, professional, and attentive — their warm service truly made my stay memorable. I would be very happy to stay here again!

We liked the hotel very much. Service was excellent throughout. All family (of three) was enthusiastic of space and confort. Breakfast couldn't be better for variety and quality. Of course, we would have loved to have a room with a view, but we appreciate that it may be difficult to accomodate all guests in rooms with a view. Check in was very slow, but it's nobody's fault: just too many people checking in at the same time. More people at the reception in cases like this would be a good solution though. Location is great, just 15 minutes walk from the Big Ben. Overall, fully satisfactory and highly recommended.

Checked in this hotel with my partner and Christabelle who assisted us was so lovely and personable. She gave us good recommendations what to do in the area and upgraded us to an amazing view when I mentioned that it was a birthday celebration. It made it even more special Christabelle done that for us. Everyone in the hotel was so accommodating and friendly I felt like I was being treated like a VIP. You have to prebook to use the spa amenities, albeit a tad bit small it still was a relaxing trip. The sauna when we went was having some issues unfortunately. Nevertheless still an amazing place to be. The restaurant Chino Latino was stellar too! The chill atmosphere and dark vibes of the restaurant really felt elevated with the jazz band. The food was superb and immensely delicious. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.

I was allocated an accessibility room despite having booked an executive room, and the reception staff were not particularly pleasant. The device used to control the curtains and lighting wasn’t working. Breakfast was very basic and nothing noteworthy. We had planned to use the pool, but there was initially no availability. After complaining, I eventually managed to secure a booking, however, the pool is located on the first floor and upon exiting the lift, there was a strong, unpleasant odour, similar to sweaty socks and body odour. The smell permeated the pool area, prompting us to decide not to use the facilities. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and we were keen to leave as soon as possible.
