Park Plaza London Riverbank

We really had a wonderful time at this hotel. Staff were excellent! They warmly welcomed us helped check in and made us feel at home. We extended our stay and this was made so easy we a great discount and an upgrade of which we were made up. Are room was super clean. Vest view to river Thames. Spacious and had all our needs met. We loved every about it. Kids enjoyed and didn't want to leave. The restaurant was very good. They staff are welcoming and kind. We really enjoyed food in their. We also had the receptionists very helpful. All staff were very kind and helpful we felt like we were in our 2bd home. We hight recommend and we will definitely ve coming back soon. We didn't want to leave but sadly our time was up. We can't wait to return soon Thank you for making our stay full of good memories.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and Mr. Alpar in particular went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. His kindness and professionalism really made our visit special. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

We had the most amazing time at The Park Plaza hotel. My daughter and I had the most perfect stay from start to finish. I arrived early at nine expecting to leave luggage and come back at three to check in when the lovely Anusha on reception told me I was guest of the day. My room was ready and we had access to the executive lounge with free food and drinks ! We were also given complimentary breakfast the following morning! We used the gym and the pool and both were clean and lovely. Even the cleaner was very friendly. The next day we left our luggage and went to explore. Stefan was very helpful despite being busy as it was Good Friday! Thank you!

Lovely room and overall experience. Staff were very catering and answered all questions we had for them. The kids corner ran by Liza was very good and the Easter theme was very accommodating. 24/7 gym had equipment that would do the job so happy overall. Only thing that was disappointing was the swimming pool. One of the reasons behind booking at this particular hotel was the use of a pool, especially for the kids. However, we were unaware of a booking system and it was not stated on the site at all. There was no availability at all throughout out stay, and if the option was there we would of booked prior.

I was going to give it 3 stars but increased to 4 due to the amazing Madhu. I only booked this hotel due to the pool and planned to stay one night. At no point was I told that I needed to book a swimming slot. So when I came to swim I was told it was full, swimming is only 40 mins and had space for only 12 people. I was not happy because all booking slots were taken by guests who were staying longer than one night...I explained this to Madhu who was apologetic and tried to help. He even gave a room upgrade as a sorry, which was kind. Whilst the hotel rooms are slowing ageing I would stay again.
