Park Plaza London Riverbank

Amazing from start to finish, celebrating our daughter's 21st Birthday, they kindly upgraded our rooms and presented the birthday girl with Balloons, cake and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The service was excellent, amazing rooms and breakfast. Thankyou to all the staff for being so welcoming and a special shout out to Christabelle for looking after us.

We have had a perfect weekend in a lovely suite at the Park Plaza Riverbank. From the warm welcome by Mond at Reception who quietly, quickly, and efficiently sorted out exactly what we wanted, to the wonderful food and service in the restaurant - with lovely music from Sirene, the duo who frequently play there - to every encounter with the hotel staff, we could not have asked for more. The PP Riverbank remains our top favourite hotel for a luxurious get away from it all base to enjoy ourselves in London.

My daughter and I had a great time at the hotel. We were welcomed by Selin who set a high level of friendliness and professionalism, she gave us a free upgrade and welcomed access to the executive lounge. All staff members were polite and professional, refreshing to even see housekeeping staff say hello as you passed them in the corridor. Room and all communal areas were lovely and clean too. Views amazing across to the Westminster , in room dining- delicious. Quick and easy checkout. Would recommend and stay again.

Myself, my 3 and 4 year old visited for a trip to London. They had a great time in the hotel, staff were extremely friendly especially Yusuf at the front desk (lovely Sudanese gentleman) and a wonderful lady Irene at breakfast (extremely accommodating lady from Ghana). Everybody made my children feel considerably welcome. Have travelled a lot and the staff culture at this hotel appears to be really good and it makes the place. Decor and fittings are exemplary but staff made it a home away from home.
