Park Plaza London Riverbank

Very convenient location for our Tate Britain visit. Very pleased with the hotel, the staff and the facilities. We had a very pleasant stay.

I had a great experience. Silfa from the front desk was great! She made our checkin process really smooth!

Lovely hotel, bit of a walk from Waterloo, but we knew that. 3 adults in one room was comfortable. Comfy beds and room well equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, iron, tea/coffee and fridge. Love the ice dispenser in the hallway. Hallways and lift areas have very dimmed lighting, so quite dark. Queues at breakfast but staff were very efficient. Overall a great visit.

Receptionist Selin, was very informative and ensured the start to our mini break was fabulous. Room was ready early, so could drop our case off. The executive lounge nice views from the 12th floor, everywhere very clean and location ideal to explore a different side of London, not so tourists.

I stayed at the Park Plaza London Riverbank with my wife and kids, and we really enjoyed our stay. The family room was lovely and spacious, and breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choice for everyone. Check-in was first class, with the team making a big fuss of the children and even giving them goody bags, which they loved. The location was fantastic, right next to the river and not far from the Houses of Parliament. They have a brilliant kids’ play area, with games consoles, table football, basketball, and more. Liza, who was working in the kids’ area, was friendly and polite, and made sure the children were having a fantastic time. We would definitely stay here again.
