Lovely hotel. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. My son attended the funland and Orchi was very friendly and helpful. Assisting him with the games. Lovely to talk to as well, she showed an interest in our trip and helped me plan my next days activities. Will love to visit again soon.

We had a fantastic stay at the Park Plaza Riverbank. Everything was great, from the service to the overall experience. The hotel is in a wonderful location right by the Thames—quiet yet very central. Great connections: • Underground: Vauxhall Station (Victoria Line) is only about a 10-minute walk away. • Bus: The Princes Gardens stop (Lines 77, 344, 360) is almost right outside the door and takes you quickly toward Waterloo or the City. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

The kids had an amazing time in the kids room at the hotel. Orchi looked after them so well, she was very patient and kind and also a lot of fun!
