We’ve visited Lumiland at riverbank plaza and were greeted by lovely Orchi who showed us around and helped us setup the PlayStation! We’ve had a great time and enjoyed the welcoming experience thanks to Orchi! Will defo come again!

We had a very nice stay. The rooms are nice and clean with everything you need. The reception and service are also very good. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The pool is small and there should not be much (for children a bit boring). For children there is Lumiland. Great place to play. Orchi the supervisor was super helpful and sweet to the children. They didn't want to leave! In general a very nice experience in this hotel.

I have not stayed at the hotel, so this is for customer service only. Booked a non-refundable rate through my credit card. Quickly realized that the room would not be large enough for my family of five. Reached out to my credit card, then the hotel to explain. Ultimately, my goal was to cancel, understanding I would be hit by a large penalty, but that the hotel would be able to mitigate damages by rebooking the room. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to even consider a compromise. Whenever I called the property to discuss, I would be connected to a person in reservation department, who was on their mobile and difficult to hear (despite an earlier clear connection with the operator) who told me they did not have the authority to make any accomodations, and that I would need to call back for the executive team, who was either in a meeting, not in, had left for the day, etc. After repeated attempts, with follow up emails, I gave up. At this point, we will check into the room and stay somewhere else. Unfortunatey, due to poor customer service, both the hotel and I will lose.

Free upgrade room yet still poor, wet floors, unusable fridge, missing crockery, reduced room servicing, trays left uncollected in corridor, add on food stupidly expensive - £25 each for breakfast!
