Park Plaza London Riverbank

We visited Park Plaza London Riverbank bar and restaurant with our family and overall had a really lovely experience! From the very beginning, the welcome was warm and professional. Priyanka, the hostess, greeted us with a smile and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably, setting a great tone for the evening. We were also very lucky as that night there was a live show with an amazing singer that entertained our evening. We started our dinner with cocktails,where Konstantinos did an excellent job. The drinks were well-balanced, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and expertise.

Taras was amazing, our original room was not what we booked so he moved us to a beautiful river view room with spectacular amenities. Thank you Taras and the Plaza Riverview

Checked in with super helpful Erik, a trainee and his lovely colleague Taras. I’m claustrophobic and requested a room on a lower floor because I can’t use the lift. They were so kind and understanding and happily re-assigned my room from a higher floor and…gave me an upgrade to a wonderful room with a river view!! I love the room and the hotel. 5 stars from me , thank you Erik and Taras :)

Hotel was right on the river, south of Parliament. Convenient to transportation (buses, tube stations, etc) and multiple sightseeing locations within walking distance. Second time staying at the hotel, would stay there again if looking to stay in the same area.
