Overpriced Executvie River View with only partial river view
Paying for what I thought I was an upgraded room type ended up being a basic room overlooking the Albert Embankment and the River Thames through a tree. Room was tried and scuffed, bedding had holes in it. Shower door wouldn't shut properly. You get bombarded with upgrade emails to try and get you to spend more. Late checkout is payable by the hour.....

Fantastic place to stay
Great hotel. Come every year sometimes more than once, I travel a lot and this is the one hotel that always lives up to my expectations. Anything I ask for is either achieved or explained why it can’t be. A lot of hotels miss the mark on being helpful. The breakfast, as always, was amazing and Abu went out of his way to help us and even brought our pancakes for my daughter without having to ask.

“An Amazing Stay That Made Our London Trip Special!”
We had an absolutely amazing stay! The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, with fantastic views. The service was excellent, and everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. My son and I absolutely loved our stay, and the wonderful staff made our London trip even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
