Park Plaza London Riverbank

We love this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room with the river view was amazing! Thank you Radisson for another very memorable stay!

The calibre of customer service I received from Mohammed at the Hotel was exemplary. Mo went over and beyond during a particularly difficult logistics situation I was facing at the hotel , he handled matters with a very high composure and with an impressive calming mindset whilst continuing to support other guests who were entering and leaving the hotel, all with a big smile I must add:). Such professionalism and care merit the highest commendation possible . I extend my sincere thanks to him and the entire hotel team for cultivating an atmosphere full of warmth and lots of positive energy throughout. Although my visit was for business this time , I will certainly return again and again for leisure soon. Many thanks to Mohammed from Park Plaza London Riverbank. He’s truly an asset to the hotel.

Poor experience. I’ve stayed at the Park Plaza riverbank a few times over the years. Tried checking in online, the app wasn’t supported in the UK. Advised the hotel I was arriving at 1330 to check in. Receptionist wasn’t remotely helpful or interested, she didn’t even know I’d booked breakfast in my reservation. She said no rooms were available until after 1500, although the couple who checked in before us managed to go straight to a room. She also said the hotel was fully booked, strange when I looked on the Park Plaza website there were rooms available. Not a great first impression Returned to the hotel at 2300 to finally check in. Although having already done the paperwork for check in another receptionist tried to re-take my details. When I finally got to the room there was a sticky substance on the floor like sweets or pop that hadn’t been cleaned, the shower leaked and the laminate floor was coming away from the carpet!
