Park Plaza London Riverbank

Super helpful staff. Busy and vibrant hotel. Room next to the lifts but didn’t hear a thing. Swimming pool a little oasis away from the hustle of the city. Big shout out to Anusha in reception for sorting things out for us and being super welcoming and helpful. Wish we had booked a few extra days now.

The front desk person Taras was very helpful and helped us to check in early which we really appreciated. He also upgraded a room and gave us good information.

The quality of service at this hotel is absolutely top-tier, and is the reason I will always choose this location. Little details are above and beyond which is incredibly refreshing after a long day. Absolutely spotless room, with a gorgeous view. Nagji went the extra mile to provide incredibly useful advice and was a massive help in planning a client event. I also want to thank Viduni for her help with a special request. It made the stay incredibly memorable and I I'm immensely grateful. This hotel has stunning rooms and amazing people.

The welcome I received from Viduni when I arrived at the Park Plaza Riverbank was wonderful! A beautiful smile and such a friendly manner. She was very helpful in reviewing an upgrade I had requested. Taras then came to assist with the upgrade and could not have done more to make it happened. He went above and beyond to make sure my request was fulfilled and it made my day! A special thanks also to Adriana in housekeeping who also went out of her way to ensure the room was ready for me promptly. It was absolutely beautiful when I entered and such an incredible view!! What a winning team this hotel has! I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff to anyone! Thank you again Viduni, Taras and Adriana!

Great location for Waterloo right on Albert Embankment with beautiful views over the river, Big Ben abd London Eye. 5 min walk to Vauxhall tube. Hotel had a lovely Atmosphere and mood lighting in reception, we where checked in by Taras who was very informative gave us our room early, unfortunately not a River view but to compensate gave as free access to the Excutive lounge were we had complimentary lunch & drinks admiring the views over the river. The Doorman Rory made our stay extra special going extra mile, directions, hailing taxis and even escorting us to the restaurant Chino Latino which had amazing food try the Sirloin marinated in soy, mirin & garlic it's huge, definitely for 2, and live jazz music was fab, 2 different singers on Fri & Sat night, and we had a lovely waiter who remembered and welcomed us back on the 2nd night. Excuitive Room was comfy and clean, lovely bathroom with bath & shower in, had robe & slippers, Spa on 1st floor, pool quite small so best to book when not very busy or no room to swim lengths. Will definitely revisit this hotel as great location for sightseeing, shows and trip to Battersea power station for trip up chimney lift recommended.
