Exceptional service
I had a great experience with the hotel staff, especially Saeed and Nikki. I had unfortunately forgotten my shirt at home for an event, and they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to lend me one of the hotel staff’s own shirts. Their kindness and willingness to help really saved the day and made a stressful situation much easier. They were both so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. Thank you so much, Saeed and Nikki, for going above and beyond and making sure I was able to enjoy the event!
