Nadia was the face of this hotel for us. She was so sweet and has the best smile in the world. Checked us in early and everyone else treated us nicely. Will recommend this as a great London experience for anyone looking for one.

I think I am a Park Plaza fan, this particular a park Plaza Riverside took me by surprise, I booked due to the reasonable price and location but when I arrived I was so impressed from the greetings of the concierge door staff helping with my bags, the decor and feel of the hotel is really nicely designed and modern. I met Selin at the reception and I can honestly say I had ‘the best’ service, not only prom her friendly professional manor, she was personable and also extremely thorough as I made two bookings, originally for 1 night then booked separately another night which she was already aware of and had ensured I have the same room, Selin informed me about all the facilities I can use including the timings and made my welcome and stay so pleasant, this is actually how you should feel when you choose to spend your time with a brand, I very much recommend and I will definitely be staying again.

A wonderful stay with truly breathtaking views of Big Ben and the River Thames. The service was excellent, and Taras was especially helpful — friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. My son attended the funland and Orchi was very friendly and helpful. Assisting him with the games. Lovely to talk to as well, she showed an interest in our trip and helped me plan my next days activities. Will love to visit again soon.
