Bad experience
No Heating and not able to repair during days, Bathroom smells bad, no room cleaning for days under excuse of ecology without advising at check in

One night family stay
Very nice hotel. Cool, calm and luxurious vibe most of the time. Room was clean and comfortable for a family of four (bed and sofa bed). Good location - 8 min walk to Vauxhall tube on Victoria line and short taxi ride from Waterloo. Easy to walk to London Eye/Westminster area. Breakfast was slightly hectic as just a lot of people but stuff are on it and very attentive and available and restocking food all the time. Pool is narrow and long and the changing rooms are very small but it’s a lovely option to be able to go for a swim, sauna and steam room - all very clean and well run. Great staff across the board and the WhatsApp service was great for questions and requests.

Came Back For A Second Time
Decided to try the Park Plaza again for our annual Christmas shopping trip. Much improved after our first disappointing visit back in September with our family. They very kindly upgraded our room and offered us free breakfast. For the money value was excellent and overall the hotel offers a great location with very good views of the river and embankments. The breakfast was good and could be even better with a few adjustments to the food quality mainly the eggs lacked any flavour but overall generally it wasn’t bad. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and made it feel like home. The spa area is also excellent with a very clean pool, Sauna and Steam Room. We will go back again next year and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel in a excellent location.

Amazing service, lovely hotel
We arrived very early and Silfa informed us our room was ready and we could go right up. She was very helpful and friendly. We also received a complimentary upgrade. The room is very clean and spacious. We would definitely be booking again

Lovely 😍
Lovely hotel, beautiful views. All staff were polite and friendly (bar one in the pool that was quite rude and short with us) Stefan in particular was incredibly helpful and very friendly. He ensured we knew how everything worked, where everything was and that we were comfortable. A lovely warm welcome. He is a credit to you
