6th Visit and another 10/10 !
6th stay at PPLR, and another 10/10. This time it was just my wife and daughter. Whom, now will stay nowhere else when visiting London. They took advantage of the pool and room service. We ‘think’ the Hotel expected the 3 of us (it usually is); even setting a third bed in their room !, which was incredibly thoughtful, unfortunately I had to work. Thanks again for making the family feel special, we’re already planning the 7th stay in August. Also, friends of the family stayed at PPLR last week, they absolutely loved it.

Will not stay there again. Staff good, breakfast good. Hotel tacky with blue lights and very poor lighting in the rooms
I will not stay there again. Dark and tacky blue lighting. Rooms have no bright light at all it’s like 20 watt everywhere. I did not feel safe, someone knocked on door several times at 1:00am rang reception but did not hear back, mentioned again when checking out. Staff nice and breakfast good. Large hotel could be made beautiful.
