Park Plaza London Riverbank

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was well organised, and we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mr. Alper for his exceptional hospitality and kindness. He was always attentive, helpful, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His warm and professional approach made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We would be very happy to come back again!

The location, staff and quality of the hotel were excellent, but this was let down by a bathroom sink that didn't drain properly , obviously due to a blockage and the rain forest shower head that was caked in timescale and leaked from the connection. We reported this and it was noted. Not withstanding that I would definitely stay there again

I was in London for a US Embassy visit. The location of the hotel was perfect, a pleasant 20 minute walk along the embankment. The staff were friendly and welcoming and check in was quite smooth. The room was modern and clean and I loved the ESPA toiletries along with the fluffy white towels and dressing gown. The bed was comfortable and the mattress was firm, which is perfect for me. The room was equipped with iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and an espresso machine. The large TV had plenty of channels to choose from. The only downside for me was the view, I was overlooked and had to close the curtains during my stay.

Excellent!! Everything was excellent, a lot better than expectations! The breakfast was delicious. Abu was great!

Staff are amazing, Janelle stood out and went above and beyond. Feel safe and beautiful rooms, spotless & amazing location - we will be back!!!
