Modern hotel with bountiful breakfast buffet

Friendly staff, clean room
Friendly staff, easy check in/check out, lovely spacious room. Excellent location with amazing views.

Very poor
Room was flooded when we arrived. When shifted to different room it was not made up ready and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Some staff were good, others were not. Some staff seemed very stressed and others seemed out of their depth. Need better management systems and training.
