Park Plaza London Riverbank

​We had an absolutely wonderful vacation and loved our stay at the Park Plaza Royal Riverbank. The location is perfect—very central, extremely convenient, and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. ​The service across the board was excellent. A special mention goes to Abu and Ramesh at breakfast; they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They truly made our mornings brighter. ​Our only minor suggestion is regarding the breakfast buffet. We stayed for 9 days, and the food selection was exactly the same every single morning. A little more daily variety would be a huge improvement for guests staying longer than a few days. ​Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay!

The Riverbank is a great location for tourists- lots of restaurants nearby and close to the Boat Tours. The hotel has a lovely pool as well as a Sauna and Steamroom.

The best hotel in London by far. The location is excellent. My first choice hotel .. and I am fussy! The concierge service - especially Tony - is the best I’ve experienced.
