Park Plaza London Riverbank

As a returning guest, I once again had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Every time I visit London, this is where I stay — and it never disappoints. The location right on the Thames is excellent, with Westminster and central London within easy reach. The rooms were spotless and comfortable as always, and the breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection every morning. I'd especially like to thank Mr. Erdal for his warm hospitality and attentive service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I'll be back on my next visit to London.

Very good for the money. The staff were incredible and made the whole thing really perfect for purpose. Unbeknownst to many of them I was actually here in preparation for brain surgery so the fact they were all so attentive and the hotel was so good really made me feel at easy. But regardless of whether they knew why I was there it was the same great service from the moment I stepped in the door Really good price too for all this, one of the rare times I get to put 10/10 for would recommend to others

I have said what was my impression was during my stay, you can treat your guest better, show more care about them so that they think to come back again when in London next time. I couldn't find religious care in your hotel, i.e. no prayer room, no prayer mats in the rooms neither in the public areas. Thanks to your kind staff member to open one of the side rooms for me to pray!!

Booked well in advance for anniversary night. Being a premium member appears pointless as zero of the described benefits were available. The breakfast was very poor for which I was refunded. Overall very disappointed with what was meant to be a happy celebration. I discussed the issues directly with the hotel team. Will I return to this hotel…NOT NOW after this experience.
