Excellent hotel and ataff
Receptionist Selin, was very informative and ensured the start to our mini break was fabulous. Room was ready early, so could drop our case off. The executive lounge nice views from the 12th floor, everywhere very clean and location ideal to explore a different side of London, not so tourists.

Lovely hotel, great for families
I stayed at the Park Plaza London Riverbank with my wife and kids, and we really enjoyed our stay. The family room was lovely and spacious, and breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choice for everyone. Check-in was first class, with the team making a big fuss of the children and even giving them goody bags, which they loved. The location was fantastic, right next to the river and not far from the Houses of Parliament. They have a brilliant kids’ play area, with games consoles, table football, basketball, and more. Liza, who was working in the kids’ area, was friendly and polite, and made sure the children were having a fantastic time. We would definitely stay here again.

Memorable 27th Anniversary
We recently stayed for a couple of nights at the hotel for our 27th anniversary. The staff has done a great job at making our stay really great. We arrived with our room decorated with balloons and petals, a bottle of Prosecco, a cake, and a hand-written card to congratulate us. The view of the River Thames was breathtaking. The reception team has been amazing. They were constantly busy yet they remain calm, professional and friendly at all times. Breakfast has a huge array of selection and you can order freshly prepared omelette. I want to give a special shout out to Mary Jane and Christabelle who have made our stay extra special. They also helped us with excellent recommendation for restaurants. Overall , great hotel in top location, excellent service, great food, and super clean. Can’t wait to come back again.

Excellent customer service
We chose the Park Plaza for location and standard of hotel. We were welcomed by the door staff and at reception. Selin the receptionist was excellent and explained everything in detail. The room was beautiful with a river view. It was nice and quiet, which Selin chose as this was what we requested. Overall a lovely stay at the Park Plaza and a big shout out to Selin, as she was instrumental in making our stay most enjoyable and seamless. Thank you
