We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was great. The room was spacious and the reception area is lovely with many staff available to help! Donald was particularly lovely, he was super helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for us!

Incredible: closed on Tamise river and an impressive view on Big Ben. Décoration very élégante and modern. Rooms are very good, all is super clean and large, confortable. Staff super . I recommended. I m going to book again for sûre !!!
