Park Plaza London Riverbank

We've stayed here before and will stay here again. We love this hotel and opt for the upper floor room with a balcony and a view. Yes, it's more expensive, but so worth it. There's something very special about relaxing on the balcony and looking at The House of Parliament, Big Ben, The London Eye, and of course the Thames River. The location is hard to beat: near to the center of the city with easy access across the many bridges in the area.

Great service at check-in, Jadelle and Srinithri found me a room even though it was hours before official check-in and were super helpful😊

My laptop bag was stolen from this hotel’s breakfast restaurant and the housekeeping and restaurant staff service was subpar

Alex at the front desk was amazing, a great representative of the hotel!

Lighting in the overall hotel floors and rooms could be better it's dark inside, breakfasts could have more variety
