Park Plaza London Riverbank

We had the best time it's an amazing hotel and fantastic for autistic children, all the staff were amazing with her and us as a family definitely go again thank you.

The reception staff at the Riverbank couldn't have been more helpful. I often stay in London and the experience today was exceptional. A warm welcome with a goody bag and the rooms are of a high standard, particularly those with a river view. Special mentions for Evelyn who first served me, Nadia who helped check me in and Alexa who enrolled me in the rewards programme. All within minutes and Josh brought my bag up quickly. great team effort. Thank you

Paying for what I thought I was an upgraded room type ended up being a basic room overlooking the Albert Embankment and the River Thames through a tree. Room was tried and scuffed, bedding had holes in it. Shower door wouldn't shut properly. You get bombarded with upgrade emails to try and get you to spend more. Late checkout is payable by the hour.....

Great hotel. Come every year sometimes more than once, I travel a lot and this is the one hotel that always lives up to my expectations. Anything I ask for is either achieved or explained why it can’t be. A lot of hotels miss the mark on being helpful. The breakfast, as always, was amazing and Abu went out of his way to help us and even brought our pancakes for my daughter without having to ask.
