Excellent stay and exceptional service from Irene and Samuel!

Great stay. Silfa and Nikki on the reception desk were outstanding and went above and beyond to provide me the best stay possible. I was staying for business and they were able to quickly accommodate me with an early check in and a great room. They were both a real highlight of the stay. Thanks both!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, but what truly made it unforgettable was the phenomenal service from Breeze. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so welcomed and valued. Breeze is truly a star, and because of her, we can’t wait to return!

We arrived early to drop off our bags before enjoying some sightseeing around London to find our room already available. We stopped in a suite room, and the views over the city were incredible. The room itself was very spacious and clean, with lovely amenities. We also had access to the lounge, which again included some lovely refreshments and great views over Westminster. Our stay included complimentary continental breakfast and access to the pool/sauna which made for a very relaxing morning before check out. Overall, it was a great stay and felt well looked-after throughout, with a huge thank you to Sneha on the reception desk for making our stay so special.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in experience was amazing. The room was fine, although it wasn’t the cleanest and it smelt funny (no windows) it was ok. The service was so good, all staff smiling and offering help. The service in Chino Latino however wasn’t th finest, it started off well but we had to keep asking for things, even had to get up to ask for the bill, which isn’t ok in my opinion, when yore slapping a 12.5% service charge on anyway. The food was outstanding, so it didn’t really take away from our experience, and the live music was incredible.
