Park Plaza London Riverbank

We booked an accessible room. Bur it had no shower chair or bench or grab rails and we had some trouble communicating with staff what we needed. The deputy executive house keeper happened to be in our corridor. She was very helpful. The room service receptionist had trouble understanding our order on 3 occasions. We understand she was in trainng but we were surprised she seemed unfamiliar with understanding the room service menu on successive nights. Her supervisor helped out. Full marks to all the breakfast room staff. Excellent friendly and helpful service. It is one of the reasons we have come here specially from Australia 4 times over a period of 11 years.

Overall, a decent hotel. I was disappointed by the breakfast, specifically the juices and blandness of choice.

Irene at the breakfast family room was exceptional. She saw to it that we didn’t lack anything. She went over and above, can’t fault her!

Orchi in the Lumiland room for children during mid-term was great, very helpful indeed.

We recently stayed at Park Plaza Riverbank in London and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to so many attractions and with easy access to transport, making it ideal for exploring the city. Our room was spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning views from our balcony overlooking London — especially beautiful in the evening. A special mention goes to Alper, the Duty Manager, who provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t dine at the hotel, everything else exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Park Plaza Riverbank to anyone visiting London and would happily stay again.
