Park Plaza London Riverbank

I had a great stay at this hotel and it met all of my needs perfectly. Nikki, the manager, was especially helpful—professional, attentive, and very effective at making sure everything ran smoothly. I was genuinely impressed by the overall service and hospitality. Highly recommended.

It was a comfortable stay at the Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel. Our concierge, Mac, provided excellent customer service. We will definitely return and recommend this hotel to our friends when visiting London.

Called upon arriving in London to arrange to leave our luggage as we were visiting a sick friend , upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by Viduni who graciously checked us in early , so grateful ! Our room over looked the river towards Battersea would have liked to look at Westminster but perhaps you pay more for these . Room was spacious and clean with a wonderful walk in shower. Breakfast was plentiful, if I had one suggestion it would a better vegetarian selection , our hostesses were bright cheery and welcoming , tables were cleared quickly . Ideal location if you want to be just outside the madness but within walking distance to the tube and a bus stop right outside . Would stay here again when next visiting

The location is perfect, the atmosphere is great, the room we got upgraded for my husband's birthday and was amazing,views of the river so tranquil and peaceful. The room was clean, value for money, peaceful and service from staff was topnotch.. a big shout out to Silfa on reception who greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed.. she is exceptional ❤️. Breakfast was lovely and the location is so close to so many attractions nearby.. will definitely come again.

The check in was excellent with Azedin, he was very helpful and the first impression from the hotel was excellent because of his polite and customer friendly behaviour. Thank you so much for the kind, for the fantastic room and the hospitality.
