Very comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly staff

Erik the receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and made check-in feel quick and effortless. What stood out most was his genuine kindness and professionalism. He made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another booking, and his helpful attitude really set a positive tone for my entire stay.

The Park Plaza is a fantastic choice for a birds eye view of the Thames and the Houses of Parliament. After a long flight and lost luggage, the kindness of Dani and Musab at reception in elevating us to a suite was absolutely priceless. We were delighted to be given the room early, affording us the opportunity to sort out our luggage at Heathrow before dinner. Our suite is divine and is the absolute best blessing we could have wished for. Thank you with all my heart ♥️ As impressive as the view is the outstanding service and genuine hospitality of all staff. Tom at luggage services is great. The in room dining was lovely and promptly delivered. The bedding is fresh and clean and the coffee machine and robes are an excellent addition. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves a quality hotel experience with outstanding views.

Perfect location for business or vacation. Easy to get to and so close to public transportation. Hotel staff were exceptional.

i was disanointed mainly with my visit as i was trying to check in early, checked in online and the room was still unavailable which was fair enough. we checked in later in person and the room still was not ready. we then went back later and was told it was ready and it needed inspecting, it affected our plans . then it took an hour and half for this to take place where we had to wait in the bar. we also got to our room after requesting a higher floor and was placed on a low floor with not the view we paid for at point of sale. we complained and was moved to a higher floor but smaller floor, i personally feel a refund or complimentary stay should be offered. the rest of the stay was good and a hustle and bustle hotel, very clean breakfast was not the best election of hot food with limited range. very clean rooms and nice friendly staff
