Park Plaza London Riverbank

Amazing experience, especially nadia ahmed who helped me check in early so i ddint have to wait for a room, as it was my wifes birthday she was caring and considerate and went above and beyond i really appreciated it.

My family had a wonderful stay here! Our room had a beautiful view, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the atmosphere in the Executive Lounge. The music, beautiful views, and balcony made it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The hotel’s location is also perfect for traveling and exploring the area. I especially want to thank the Security Manager, Damion, for making our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful in assisting my family with getting around the hotel and recommending places for us to visit. He even showed my nephew the kids’ game room, which quickly became one of the highlights of our stay—we honestly couldn’t have done without it! Damion also made a point of checking in with us whenever he saw us to make sure everything was okay. We are truly grateful for his kindness and exceptional customer service. Because of him and the wonderful experience we had, we will definitely be returning to this hotel. One suggestion I would offer is for the Executive Lounge. Since the windows do not open, it would be helpful to keep the milk jars and charcuterie items covered for freshness and cleanliness. It would also be nice to have a greater variety of breakfast and lunch options each day, including more hot food selections. Lastly, I think it would be great to have a designated area where guests can microwave their food. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning!

This hotel has a great view of Thanes river towards Big Ben and London. Good location right near the Salamanca bus stop and close to the Vauxhall Tube station. Many restaurants and shops (Tesco) nearby in walking distance. It was a great stay with my family. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Big Ben. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained, with an excellent bathroom. Another big advantage is that the rooms have air conditioning, which is not always easy to find in London hotels, especially during warmer days. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Saif, who provided excellent and very attentive service at the Executive Lounge on the 12th floor. The price is reasonable considering the location and London standards. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sadly, our stay at Park Plaza London Riverbank was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness of our room was unacceptable. There were numerous hairs left in the shower, which raised serious concerns about whether the bathroom had actually been cleaned properly before we arrived. We also had a ripped bedsheet, and the floor/carpet was dirty and had clearly not been properly hoovered. We had also paid for breakfast to be delivered to our room on both mornings, yet we did not receive the breakfasts we had paid for as expected. What I find particularly frustrating is the way the hotel has dealt with this since. I have contacted them numerous times with an official complaint, asking for an explanation as to how a room could have been presented to guests in this condition. Instead of actually addressing my concerns, the response has essentially been “thank you for your feedback.” This is not simply feedback – it is a formal complaint about the cleanliness and service we experienced. I have photographic evidence of the hairs in the shower and the condition of the room, yet I still have not received a satisfactory explanation as to how this was allowed to happen. For the amount we paid over £1700 for 2 nights and the standard you would expect from a Park Plaza hotel, both the stay itself and the subsequent handling of my complaint have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Park Plaza London Riverbank and would not stay here again.
