Well looked after
I found the hotel very comfortable. The staff were fantastic especially Rahul Patel from room service.

Probably better if I had a different room
Drains smelled after using the shower, vent or something rattling which kept me awake all night. Everything else was great especially the staff extremely friendly

Rooms very tired
Stayed at this hotel a few times over the years, our rooms were very tired, dirty, lack of soap etc.

Room less desired
Watch out for the sewer smells in the room, hotel tower to your left on check-in. Room did not smell clean on check in, the option to defer cleaning is not worth it and shows in the lack of cleanliness

Not all it's cracked up to be
This hotel is tired. Dimmed lights to hide the cracks. Double check your reservation too cos they might try to screw you over like they did me. I will be avoiding Radisson hotels in the future as you only get one chance in my book and there are plenty hotels to choose from in the area.
