Park Plaza London Riverbank

We stayed from 10–14 September for my daughter’s birthday, but the hotel didn’t acknowledge any of the arrangements I had confirmed in advance. Nothing was prepared in our upgraded room, and I spent the day following up with housekeeping, Guest Services, and the front desk instead of celebrating with my daughter. The birthday setup arrived at 9 PM when she was already tired, and although the staff member was kind, the moment had passed. I also showed the Manager the confirmation email, only to be told they don’t have a staff member named Nina, which left me confused and disappointed. A child’s birthday is something you can’t redo, and the coordination simply didn’t match what was promised.

Stayed here over August bank holiday, upgraded to a superior room, no view, and trains running till early morning, room itself was nice enough, fire alarm went off early evening , we evacuated to find fire door blocked and had to backtrack, good job it was a fault

Had a great stay here as a family of 4. The room was clean and spacious enough for all of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers). Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is great - everything in walking distance and access to public transport; great views of the Thames and Westminster. Facilities are lovely - pool, sauna and steam room for weary legs. Food quality and choice is great - breakfast has choices for everyone and highly recommend Chino Latino for dinner - sushi, Thai green curry and sirloin were especially good 😋. We also had room service one night - there’s a good choice and service was great. All in a great stay.
