City break
Had lovely time , breakfast was a great selection of cooked/ continental foods ,room was very comfortable,bar entertainment was not the best ! Nice walk in to city centre alongside the Thames,not far from the London eye and a lot of experiences shriek ,Paddington,London dungeons bars and restaurants.

Fun in London. Nice hotel in excellent location. A few things not happy with but overall very nice. Elevators were really dark and one set were very small. Electronic lighting controls were irratic at best. Needed to stop at desk for bathroom tissue.

Poor online service
The online booking system is awful, doesn’t let you booking error, doesn’t let you verify your booking details before payment. The online helpline takes too long to respond, they can’t change errors. For every change want more money. The front desk check in same way.
