Nice hotel with a great staff
Great location just outside of the major tourist area, but close enough to get where we wanted to go in no time. The atmosphere was great. Staff was extremely friendly, and took care of a couple of issues with our rooms. Jadelle got us transferred to another room when the first one had an issue that couldn't be fixed right away. The second room we got, the carpet, hadn't fully dried after being steam cleaned, they took care of that while we went out to dinner (at my request). The entire staff were great, always friendly, cheerful, and very helpful. It's a quiet hotel, we had no issues with noise, even in the lobby when it was busy. Room service food was amazing. Over all, it was a great stay even with the slight issues. I would definitely stay at a Park Plaza Hotel again.

Helpful staff
Very helpful staff, Breeze in particular. Accommodating of our early arrival, which meant we could get ready for an event at Buckingham Palace so was much appreciated!
