Helpful reception
Stuck in London due to our little boy being in st Thomas’s hospital . Hotel is close by. Have had to extend our stay a day at a time , due to “not knowing” . We were given an upgraded room, on day 1 . Lovely looking out over the river . Every time we have had to re book the room - day at a time - we have generously been allowed to keep the suite , at a downgraded rate . Selin and the guys on reception , keeps putting herself out for us and getting approval. Much appreciated - thanks

Amazing staff and hotel
Amazing hotel , super friendly and helpful staff . Pratmana, at the pool desk was extremely beyond helpful in advice concerning the hotel :1) So nice to experience this at my stay .

I had an excellent stay at Park Plaza riverbank. Great views, great amenities. Marc helped me set check in and the process was smooth and so professional. Everything is outstanding, such a great value for money.
