Brilliant stay, excellent service from Wail at reception who was super helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend

The hotel is ok, *but* it misleading to sell it as a 4 star hotel. It's 3 star hotel, actually. For instance, it's got a tiny swimming pool, and tiny gym and tiny sauna. The rooms are odd: the door between the restroom and the shower is sliding, so you have to decide which to choose at any given time, and the window would not open a bit for fresh air. So the room is dump. The tv screen is small. The misleading part is accentuated because other hotels in London of the same chain, and of the same hotel grading (4 stars) have *much better* facilities and infrastructure. I understand that this hotel is trying to pass as 4 star hotel, but not on our back - on the back of the guests . It's actually infuriating. The value for money tradeoff should consider this hotel as a 3 star destination. Nearby hotels (even within the chain) are preferable

Another amazing stay, and first class customer service from front of house team, namely Alper and Erdal - they helped me with my stay from check in until check out. The hotel has the best location, and at present is very Christmassy, this year extra Christmas light and trees throughout the hotel. Upon checking in, an eco friendly service is being offered, which is great for the environment and helps in a small way. Staff in the restaurant are helpful and friendly, with a great menu on offer. Thank you again as always!

It needs to be noted that the staff in the foyer and in the spa were exceptional. So friendly and welcoming. What a lovely welcome. Sadly the room was underwhelming. The curtains in the room were broken, the shower door hinge was broken, the body lotion was empty, there were only English breakfast tea bags (not a disaster but not 4*) and the tv console was a bit grubby. The breakfast the next morning wasn’t great. There was little to no bread left, and we had two poached eggs that arrived cold. Saying all that, the bed was comfy and the spa was lovely too - I just don’t think we’d ever go back which is a shame as we found the location good.

During my recent stay, my check-in experience was, as usual, very good. The process was smooth and efficient, meeting my expectations based on previous visits. On this occasion, I would like to particularly commend Wail, who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Upon my request for a quiet room, Wail immediately arranged this for me, demonstrating attentiveness and a high standard of customer care. Whenever I required anything during the check-in process, it was addressed and resolved instantly by the staff. This level of responsiveness and professionalism made the experience seamless and stress-free. In summary, I could not have asked for more from the team. Their consistent dedication to excellent service and swift resolution of any issues greatly contributed to a positive start to my stay.
