Average hotel
We were expecting a better stay that what we had. We had to use an app to order more tea and coffee etc for the room. Same for more soap and fresh towels. In a week our room was only made up once after asking for this to be done.

We had the best time it's an amazing hotel and fantastic for autistic children, all the staff were amazing with her and us as a family definitely go again thank you.

Great Experience and Wonderful Welcoming Staff
The reception staff at the Riverbank couldn't have been more helpful. I often stay in London and the experience today was exceptional. A warm welcome with a goody bag and the rooms are of a high standard, particularly those with a river view. Special mentions for Evelyn who first served me, Nadia who helped check me in and Alexa who enrolled me in the rewards programme. All within minutes and Josh brought my bag up quickly. great team effort. Thank you

Overpriced Executvie River View with only partial river view
Paying for what I thought I was an upgraded room type ended up being a basic room overlooking the Albert Embankment and the River Thames through a tree. Room was tried and scuffed, bedding had holes in it. Shower door wouldn't shut properly. You get bombarded with upgrade emails to try and get you to spend more. Late checkout is payable by the hour.....
