Excellent
We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London Riverbank. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and the overall atmosphere was excellent. It was a great choice for our family trip to London, and we would happily stay there again.

Excellent front desk
Firstly need to remark on the front desk staff. Super helpful and friendly. Nadia was excellent and Virginia who even through was in training was super efficient , professional and also helpful. Front desk and check is always the most stressful time and even though there was an issue they solved the problem. The hotel so great, the organisation and service is super. Had the business lunch in chino Latino which was great value for money in a nice setting.

Zero for customer service
Worst customer service ever. I did sleep in a lot of nice hotels but this one's customer service is basically non existent. I can't spend more time on this and just want to say to you if you care (and pay) for a bit if ease of mind go elsewhere. Member of Radisson, booked and prepaid via their website.

Average hotel
We were expecting a better stay that what we had. We had to use an app to order more tea and coffee etc for the room. Same for more soap and fresh towels. In a week our room was only made up once after asking for this to be done.
