Dumpling technique masterclass
Really good experience and i learnt some new techniques if you think that watching someone on instagram will enable you to make dumplings professionally then i think your wrong (well most people) you need them by your side watching your every move helping , encouraging and motivating you. it’s not easy but the chefs were super patient and encouraging. Once you’ve mastered the technique you feel like you won’t forget it which should encourage you to try them yourself

I travel a lot, this was special as its my first visit to London with family, stay was equally special, one of the best place in terms of everything, be it location, staff, facilities all were top notch.. definitely visit again
