I have been staying in this hotel on and off in January February and March and it is the staff that make it. So friendly and always go above and beyond. I am a Radisson premium member therefore often get an upgrade and they always give me a lovely room. In fact the last time I stayed I got up graded by Vidum to a suite with kitchen lounge separate bedroom all with a wonderful river view plus access to the lounge for breakfast included. I don’t think you could get better than that kind of service.

Lovely room, with a beautiful view of the river, accommodating staff especially Stefan who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Pool & spa was very nice and topped off with a buffet breakfast!

Stayed here for the weekend and have no complaints. So central and very short walk to some of the big sites like Big Ben, we also went to the aquarium which was close by. Big thanks to Anusha who welcomed us at reception. When she heard it was my birthday she upgraded us to the executive lounge which we loved! Breakfast is excellent with great selection, room nice and spacious with view of the river. Over all 10/10 and will definitely be back!!
