Poor unforgiving management
Would not recommend due to poor service and lack of access to talk to hotel staff. We had an unfortunate incident come up where we had to change the dates of our trip due to a medical issue. We tried calling the hotel multiple times on different dates and the front desk never answered the phone. We eventually were able to contact them through an online method and they simply refused to work with us or change the dates. They wanted to take the full amount of our payment as nonrefundable, even though we had paid for several rooms for this trip and even paid extra for upgrades for the rooms on top of the regular fee. Stay away as this management team is extremely unforgiving and does not communicate well.

On my last review I wrote about an appalling incident that happened to me and my son at the park view plaza riverside hotel london that left us both feeling unsafe and not understood as the appalling door supervisor not able to supervise a paying hotel guest who spewed out hate speach to myself and my son Spoilt my whole hotwl stay and experience around the area

Don’t waste you’re money on breakfast!
Hot buffet food was cold, quality of the food was poor, cheap quality options, poor selection of fresh fruits, overall our experience was not what we expected.
