The facilities do not fit the size of the hotel: - the pool looks filled with 10 people only despite the reservation system in place (try to get a free spot!), - at 9am no more free table in the breakfast area (had to eat in the "family experience" area in some basement). The sauna at 60°, steam room feels like not workimg at all. Coffee and bathroom furnishings not checked/filled, while impossible to reach the reception or room service over the phone.

My kids have absolutely loved the lumi land at the hotel Liza was very polite and welcoming thank you. I would recommend it to all staying and visiting.

Erik at the front desk was very helpful. Great location, very close to the Thames river and in walking distance to many attractions/sites. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Tub drain gurgled constantly. The lighting system did not allow you to turn on bathroom light without turning the rest of the lights on in the room.

Thanks to Madhu, we had a warm welcome and we could switch our room so we could check-in in the morning. That was much appreciated!

I had a really great experience and that is thanks to Medhu. I arrived much earlier than anticipated with a big group of colleagues , which I know can be difficult to manage, but he was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout. He truly did his best to accommodate all of us and made the whole arrival process feel smooth and stress-free. His warm attitude and willingness to help immediately made me feel welcome.
