You can go few xtra miles
I have said what was my impression was during my stay, you can treat your guest better, show more care about them so that they think to come back again when in London next time. I couldn't find religious care in your hotel, i.e. no prayer room, no prayer mats in the rooms neither in the public areas. Thanks to your kind staff member to open one of the side rooms for me to pray!!

Had a great time staying here with my wife on her birthday weekend away. 20 mins walk from London eye and other attractions

Disappointing
Room requires attention, stayed for 3 nights with 2 rooms and only ever had a room cleaned once which was done very poorly. Emailed the hotel and never had a response. Stayed here previously and the rooms are in desperate need of TLC.

Dim Sum 101!
Chef Emerson was amazing teaching us the art of Dim Sum! He was engaged, patient and clearly experienced in his craft. What a great way to end the day! Thanks, Eddie!
