A lovely hotel located on the River Thames

A lovely hotel on the River Thames between Lambeth and Vauxhall bridges. Ideally situated for what we wanted to do for our wedding anniversary weekend. The resturant Chino Latino was very good and the meals were excellent. The live entertainment was good. The hotel has a lovely ambience and our room was quiet and had a fantastic view over the Thames looking towards the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. All the staff looked happy and were really helpful , especially as my wife had a mobility problem. Two of the staff deserve a special mention, namely Elaheh and Abdul in the executive lounge.

What an absolutely gorgeous hotel, the room was stunning and we were blown away with the incredible view of the Thames 💙 We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant - Chino Latino, Food and live music was amazing and Priyanka and Shaun couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful! Thank you so much for adding to our perfect stay! We'll be back x

Jadelle was the lady who helped us to do check in, she was honestly very very amazing, the service was top 10 honestly never have I meet someone this nice in London , she really took care of me and my partner for his birthday , I wasn’t sure this would be a good experience but it was a really good one she really took care of us .

Great location overlooking the river Thames. Bus stops across the road, staff were very attentive and helpful, we were upgraded by Nadia, she was so lovely and helpful and upgraded us, we had a river view! The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. We also got a call to our room asking if we needed anything. Fabulous service.
