Park Plaza London Riverbank

Park Plaza provides wonderful CARING service. On May 22nd the night before embarking on a two week tour of the UK my wife's glasses broke. She had no spare pair. Aradom, Louisa and John stepped in to solve the problem. Using a glue, John carefully repaired the broken frames. My wife could see. The repair saved our trip lasting the entire trip. We are grateful for the help we received from Aradom, Louisa and John. We stayed a total of 4 nights at Park Plaza and received friendly helpful service by all adding to the enjoyment of our UK tour. Thank you Park Plaza!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it won’t be our last. This year as well, we had a great, spacious, and clean room. One thing that bothered me a little, but wasn’t a major issue, is that during our stay the room was only cleaned once, even though we left the cleaning request switched on every day. However, since the room was generally very clean, this wasn’t a big deal. It was just a bit inconvenient to regularly ask for towels and toilet paper. That being said, this was quickly resolved with a short request at the reception, and we always received whatever we needed. One thing I would particularly like to highlight: the gentleman who brought our luggage to the room on the first day (I believe his name was Wilson) was incredibly friendly and kind, and always managed to put a smile on our faces whenever we saw him. He definitely made our holiday in London even more enjoyable. I am already looking forward to my next stay at the Park Plaza London Riverbank.
