Complaint Regarding Noise and Cleaning Hours We stayed at the hotel for six nights, and unfortunately, on three of those nights we were disturbed by noise from the room cleaning staff, which prevented us from sleeping properly. The room cleaning hours are not appropriate. The cleaning staff start as early as 7:00 a.m. and continue until 10:30 p.m. In addition, they make a considerable amount of noise, including banging, moving things around and using vacuum cleaners, without taking into consideration the guests in the adjacent rooms who may be trying to rest. On one occasion, when we went to reception to ask them to stop the cleaning because our child was trying to sleep at 10:30 p.m., we were actually told that we should wear earplugs. We found this response completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Guests should not be expected to wear earplugs in order to be able to sleep in a hotel room. The hotel should ensure that cleaning activities are carried out at reasonable hours and that guests' right to rest is respected. It is particularly disappointing because we stayed for six nights, and three of those nights were seriously affected by the noise, to the point that we were unable to sleep properly. This had a significant impact on our stay and on our overall experience at the hotel. That said, we would also like to highlight that the service provided by Abu in the dining room was excellent. His friendliness, kindness and positive attitude helped to make our experience less negative than it otherwise would have been. We would like to thank him for his professionalism and for always making us feel welcome. Overall, however, we believe that the issue of cleaning hours and noise should be addressed urgently, as it significantly affects the comfort and wellbeing of hotel guests.

Hotel is very dark and smelled of unclean people, carpets had a film of dirt. When we opened the curtains we had a view of other guests rooms ( we could see clearly into each other’s rooms) So had no choice but to keep curtains closed in an already very dark room.

The swimming pool ans saună were a very Nice experience, Prathana is a wonderful host. Thank you!

Lovely location and we had an excellent room. The hotel and room was clean and Staff were courteous and friendly. It was an enjoyable stay.

This was a rather strange stay; first night we were given room 921 which was on the railway track. We did not know this till we came back to the room at night. Somebody should look at the completely "weird" paintings in that room. We then had room 857 which was better but there are issues; the electric switch that connects kettle/coffee machine was not working; the bathtub piping continuously makes a drumming sound and the bathroom light in the shower flickers continuously. Your lounge timing needs to be looked at. Breakfast in the main hall reminded me holiday Inn experience with plastic tasting eggs, white industrial bread and staff that walked past without looking at you.
