Very good location and good pool and sauna house. Lathasree at reception has been super helpful and patient. We were a group of 7 and there were some decisions to make, but she waited and with good attitude, which elevated the whole experience of staying here. Thank you.

This is the only hotel that I stay at, their service is exquisite. I loved the complimentary items in my room which made my birthday an even better stay. The cleanliness, the impeccable manners of the staff, you just couldn’t ask for anything else and if you did, they would most definitely provide it for you.

The location was great - breakfast was excellent. However, I phoned twice to request a river front view and was told none were available when we arrived, even though someone else in our group was given one, and they were dismissive and did not believe I had called ahead. No apologies.Just rudeness. Also, the strong smell in the lobby and elevators was cloying nausea and migraine inducing - if you have ANY sensitivity to strong scents, do not stay here

genuinely one of the best hotels i've ever stayed at. the staff are absolutely amazing. i could not thank them enough. they upgraded our room and even gave us a late checkout without hesitation. they are there to help you every step of the way and it's a place i keep going back to when i have meetings. couldn't recommend it enough. genuinely such a nice room, nice breakfast!
