Stayed here after requesting a particular view. Whenarrived told the person had stayed there for 2 months and trashed the room. I did not have a good view. My brother had a great one. No lighting in bathroom, dresser drawers rolled open and wouldn’t close. Very dirty.

Shower has pink bacteria build up from not cleaning the head. The drain had hair that needed to be removed. There was no one to speak to about an incorrect computer error that had me coming a day early - you charged me an extra day for a computer glitch! Your staff are paid such low wages they do not help random people in the hall. Your mini bar selection is less than adequate on selections for making additional profit. I had to speak to front desk to address the glitch, told me to go to the website, which then directed me to the staff at the desk again. Asking for scotch tape, duct tape, any time, got me a toothbrush in a box. Your lighting is so generic that doing my makeup was a challenge due to no DIRECT LIGHT AT ANY MIRROR. I had a stranger in public correct my streaky foundation and point to it. Ultimately, I been addicted to traveling and roaming the planet from 14 years old to 31. NEVER IN THE HISTORY OF HOTELS HAVE I HATED THE EXPERIENCE SO BAD THAT I WANT TO VENT AND SPAM THE WHOLE INTERNET WITH THE TRUTH -- NEVER! IT WAS THAT BAD. SHALL I CONTINUE - you have no alarm clock in the room for getting up on time, even if you argue the tv wake up feature is provided, WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AND TIME ZONES. The design of the room was such that no plug that you put the hairdryer is was able to position yourself in front of a mirror. You could only blow dry your hair standing around staring at the wall due to cord length. The only decent thing was the meal special ordered to room. Your breakfast is stupid. You purposely leave the mini fridge empty of yogurt half the week, and people that can't eat starch, muffin, cereal or bread would literally starve due to only having fruit and you call yourself 5 star but your express comes in a machine. I can't eat a yogurt you don't have, I can't eat meat slices that are only fat - Salami, no meat that's protein without high fat chunks in it. I can eat three slices of pineapple and water melon. There is nothing else on your bar or choice for someone that can't touch the muffins or cereal or bread in the morning. Room services comes into your room when the privacy button is one and visible on the outside.

We had a celebration weekend in a two bedroom apartment on 7th October. The hotel was amazing and all of the staff were very helpful and seemed happy to help us in any way possible. During registration we mentioned we were celebrating an anniversary with our daughters and arrived home that night to find a bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket and continental chocolates waiting for us - a lovely touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms well equipped. The views over London an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.
