Great Staff
Staff was amazing! Very attentive from the moment we stepped foot in! Alexa was a pleasure to have checking us in and helping us out earlier than scheduled!

Very happy and would definitely return, however would ask for river view next time
Was able to check in at 11am. Was not happy with room as it was an inside room. Went back to to reception, unable to change room so got free access to the Lounge. Nadia on reception was exceptionally helpful and did all she could to ensure we were too disappointed with the view from the room. All staff we came into contact with were really helpful and courteous
