The hotel in London with the best staff
Another fabulous trip to the Park Plaza Riverbank. What a great hotel. Just visited the kids fun area organised by Nikki and Liza for Easter, which was brilliant. Great variety of games for children of all ages. Kids were greeted with gift bags and made to feel really welcome. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough with wonderful Eleheh and Leit in the Executive lounge and Khaldoon who looks after us so well every time. Thank you!!

From start to finish the whole booking process and the stay were great. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made lasting memories with my daughter before she leaves home.

Very nice hotel in a good location
A slight walk from the nearest tube station but pleasant along the river. Nicely laid out hotel with a comfortable feel upon entering. Very helpful, friendly staff. Would stay again
