Reviews for Plaza on the River, Club and Residence
The experience was great due to the convenient, and beautiful location of the hotel. The staff overall was superb! If you are looking for a romantic experience, this location is perfect. It has the most pectacular view of the River Thames and Big Ben!

From the room being dirty and uncleaned (think filthy bathroom. Dust you can write your name in. Shockingly poor staff with a poor grasp of English. I could go on!) Kind of like a 5 star Fawlty Towers (if you are old enough) but they charged me Ā£400 per room a night for it. I was shocked and very disappointed. My Mums 70th Birthday and i could have done without the aggrovation. It gives me no pleasure to write this review but it was a shabby experience. Having said all that, i booked two rooms and one was ok. The lady in the restaurant insulted all of us over breakfast though.....you couldnt make it up!

The room was excellent but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too hot and no controls in the room to turn down it down. Apart from this the room, a studio, and bathroom were amazing.

This is a super posh hotel with amazing Thames views at a reasonable London price. Highly recommend this hotel for superb amenities, service and value. If you do not get a room with a river view, get the inclusive breakfast as the executive lounge has amazing views too. Though there are not a lot of restaurants nearby, the hotel has an excellent Latin-Asian fusion restaurant and bar with live music. The area is experience considerable growth so it is only a matter of time before more restaurants move in. There is a cute beer barge on the river in front too.

Park plaza Westminster a far better hotel for service, cleanliness and they care what there guest think. The rooms are old and need updating and the cleaners leave dirty cups for up to 2 days in your room.
