Taras was professional, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, which made a real difference after a long journey. The complimentary gift bag was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. Fantastic Hotel Experience Thanks to Taras
First impressions are very important, and Receptionist Taras made ours absolutely perfect. He was fantastic, very positive, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
