Amazing staff and hotel
Amazing hotel , super friendly and helpful staff . Pratmana, at the pool desk was extremely beyond helpful in advice concerning the hotel :1) So nice to experience this at my stay .

I had an excellent stay at Park Plaza riverbank. Great views, great amenities. Marc helped me set check in and the process was smooth and so professional. Everything is outstanding, such a great value for money.

Fantastic Front Desk Customer Service
A fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between comfort, quality, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable—everything you need to unwind after a busy day. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the service. A special mention to Alaa at the front desk, who delivered exceptional customer service throughout my stay. Professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile, Alaa made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s that level of personal care that really sets this hotel apart. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both quality accommodation and outstanding service—and I’ll certainly be return
