Room was shabby with broken furniture and room cleanliness and servicing was not forthcoming without asking. Never again

Excepional stay
Would highly recommend, clean, pleasant staff, big room, swimming pool and steam room clean and easy to use. Bar area very nice, really friendly staff

Excellent Service
Excellent service throughout. Warm welcome upon arrival, help with bags, complimentary bottle of wine. Great breakfast, variety of fresh, cooked/continental and vegan options. Spacious seating area and helpful staff. Beds are very comfortable, AC, lights and settings in room were in good working order. Prathana by the pool/spa was very kind, polite, helpful and accomodating. Over all experience was amazing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. From our time time of arrival we were welcomed and felt at home to being assisted at the check-in right up to the breakfast The staff entirely are well trained on all the departments. Definitely would love to return. Great customer service. Thank you to all the staff

Great location
The location, staff and quality of the hotel were excellent, but this was let down by a bathroom sink that didn't drain properly , obviously due to a blockage and the rain forest shower head that was caked in timescale and leaked from the connection. We reported this and it was noted. Not withstanding that I would definitely stay there again
