Very guest oriented staff and helpful. Fantastic view to the river. Short walk to big ben. Not many resturamts around the area otherwise all good :)

A nice base in London
We had a nice stay, the room (suite) was spacious with plenty of room for a family of five and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel was clean and relaxing. The pool was quite small (although very clean), the room was not completely equipped with ever we needed - i.e. empty shower and shampoo bottles. Service was responsive when we needed it. For the price it was as expected and I would stay here again.

Amazing
Syeda and Rhamas made my partners birthday extra special with some ballon decor and cake which topped off a day out in London to a clean a fresh room with a lovely view. Thanks to these two and the whole staff for making it possible!
