PERFECT HOTEL EXPERIENCE
Every single staff member was a dream to speak with and interact with. Always so polite and helpful. From check in (Anusha was the member of staff and was superb!! He managed to get us into our room earlier as we had a reservation earlier in London and needed to drop our luggage off) to staff on the door, cleaners and room service , (who even called after our first night to see how our stay was. Such a small touch but goes a long way…. just every staff member we encountered was an absolute delight. We love the plaza hotels and often stay at Westminster plaza but from now on Riverbank will certainly be our first choice.

The pool and spa is super good and clean .And the service was best with prathana .she is really helpful.she explains about the area .
