Janelle is nothing short of hospital and friendly. I have stayed here many times and this is the first time I have experienced an esperito al check in she is an asset to your company and hotel.

Excellent hotel, modern, within walking distance to all major attractions. Close to stations and bus.

We had a room with a view of the Thames. It was a single king and spacious. I appreciated being able to open the blinds and control the lights from bedside. That was a plus. Robe and slippers were provided along with free bottled water. Overall the room was clean and the fixtures modern and up to date. The bed was firmer than what I expect from a hotel, but it slept well. The staff was courteous, attentive and very accommodating. It was helpful that we were also about half a mile walk to Vauxhall station and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

The room was small and very dark, the elevators are also dark.

All great: location, rooms, hotel staff, service. Delicious food! All family friendly. We’ll be back for sure.
