Rooms not cleaned during stay Housekeeping taking ages to Respond, room wasn’t available on arrival had to wait over 20 minutes for the room

The pool wasn't very clean. Looked nice from afar but once you got in you could see the build up under the edge on the wall & underneath the water. It had a smell to it as well. Rooms could use more detail clean. Won't go into detail but there is room for improvement. Lovely hotel staff, wonderful people. Just expected more cleanliness. In my opinion, breakfast pricing was not worth it. Paid £38 for 2 adults & it was a basic hotel spread for a high end looking hotel. Expected more. Beautiful hotel once you walk in, set at a great location. Just needs improvement is all. Wish we hadn't spent what we did but it didnt ruin our stay. We still had a good time.

The service is really slow. Had to ask front desk numerous times for things. Had to move rooms for bad smell and no one came to help us move, or The room we moved into was very nice with balcony and a lot of amenities like full fridge, washing machine, living room, dining area, separate bedroom and two large televisions.

Disgusting behaviour from restaurant manager Valentino’s - made complaint to front desk manager but didn’t hear anything in regards to it. Broken shower and hand wash pumps - had to purchase amenities from local supermarket. Stained bedsheets on children beds - disgusting for any hotel - hygiene poor. Was told we could only attend swimming with our two very small children (toddler and baby) with a time slot but when we arrived they allowed everyone else in the queue to enter without booking. Wouldn’t stay again!
