We stayed at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London for 4 days. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Selin checked us in and was very helpful.

The location is ideal and the room had a wonderful view of Big Ben thanks to Selin that was incredible and change our room to a higher floor and with that amazing view!!!!

I was having a stressful time checking in to the hotel due to using a third party organisation to book. Breeze was incredibly empathetic and assisted me throughout the entire process. Nadia was also very kind and supportive. Their understanding and friendliness was very much appreciated. I ended up having to purchase another room due to the failure of the third party organisation. But the colleagues at the Park Plaza Riverside were absolutely amazing. I’m super grateful for my stay here and how accommodating everyone was especially Breeze. Please extend my gratitude to the aforementioned colleagues. They deserve their accolades
