The room was filthy! Packed with dust everywhere, even on our bed! All the tables and window cills, all the cupboards, shelves everything had so much much thick dust. My husband had an asthmatic attack! . He was wheezing the whole night. The bathroom sink and toilet had stains in it and hadn't been cleaned properly including rust on shower doors. There was underwear from a previous guest on our balcony chair!! The balcony hadn't been cleaned at all for a long time. The curtains were fraying and coming down and some of the furniture was dated and had chips in it . It was a lovely room (we had a suite ) and the space was nice but very very unhappy with how unclean it was.

I was on crutches and had to travel on a work trip and everyone was so helpful and accommodating in ensuring I could get around and also had a room with accessible shower. It was daunting travelling with accessibility issues and the team really helped.

We had an absolutely amazing stay ! We had booked a river view room but upon checking in we were greeted with fantastic news that we’d been upgraded to a suite . The views were breathtakingly stunning absolutely iconic ! So very grateful for the upgrade. If you’re thinking of booking a river view room I’d highly recommend and if you’re thinking of booking a suite I’d also highly recommend . The hotel is in a lovely quiet location and easy access to everything. Room was spotless and very lovely . There was a kitchenette in the suite so we decided to take advantage and eat in to enjoy the view. I’d happily stay again for longer . All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly, helpful and courteous.

The stay was great from check-in to checkout. Staff were full of smiles and couldn't help enough. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was superb, high quality, with a huge range. Only slight negative was the spacing between 'tables for two', which are really on top of each other. Would love to know what the thinking was behind the bath going under, yes under, the vanity unit in the bathroom!

Vastly overpriced bars…service charge for drink which is already overpriced to be served to your table. Attended a dinner on upper floor again 2 bottles of average Spanish beer and double vodka and coke 30 quid….orignally aked for G&T but get this no tonic water…and no offer to get it. Rooms are dated well mine was and very dark. 5 star prices for 3 star reality.
