Park Plaza London Riverbank

We recently stayed at Park Plaza Riverbank in London and had a fantastic experience. The location is absolutely perfect — close to so many attractions and with easy access to transport, making it ideal for exploring the city. Our room was spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning views from our balcony overlooking London — especially beautiful in the evening. A special mention goes to Alper, the Duty Manager, who provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t dine at the hotel, everything else exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Park Plaza Riverbank to anyone visiting London and would happily stay again.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel from start to finish. The moment I arrived, Erick at the front desk made me feel genuinely welcome. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the check-in process. Erick took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail, answered every question with patience, and made sure I was completely comfortable and had everything I needed before heading to my room. His customer service truly stood out and set the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was excellent — spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with an amazing riverside view that made the experience even more relaxing. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful. The food was also very good with plenty of great options, fresh ingredients, and excellent service from the restaurant staff. Every part of the hotel felt well-maintained and welcoming. What impressed me most was the level of hospitality from the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, but Erick especially deserves recognition for going above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for. Small details and genuine kindness make a huge difference, and he delivered exactly that. Thank you again to Erick and the entire team for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere.
