We had a room with a view of the Thames. It was a single king and spacious. I appreciated being able to open the blinds and control the lights from bedside. That was a plus. Robe and slippers were provided along with free bottled water. Overall the room was clean and the fixtures modern and up to date. The bed was firmer than what I expect from a hotel, but it slept well. The staff was courteous, attentive and very accommodating. It was helpful that we were also about half a mile walk to Vauxhall station and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel.

The room was small and very dark, the elevators are also dark.

My stay began with booking online and radisson hotels emailing confirmation and offers for purchasing upgrades and other things. Although there was what felt an instant hunger for money the upgrades were not too expensive eg £15 for room and £25 for access to the executive lounge. The arrival was a little awkward because I had already communicated to ask if I could check in to my room a little earlier and thoighg it was sorted. Musab (sudanese) at the front desk and his colleague Taleb (ukranian), both lovely and eager to help when it appeared previous communication had gone awry, were truly anazing helping sort a room for me which was as I had booked and even gifting complimentary access to tye executive lounge which was above and beyond what I had asked for. The room was a good size for 1 person but adequate for two. The room was clean, with complimentary coffee, tea, buscuits and coffee. A sofa and two tables (1 a desk), an enormous and very comfortable bed and pillows with the most trendy console to work the electric curtains, mood adjustable lighting and more. The bathroom had a long bathtub, and good shower and bath and shower cosmetics. The room was quiet and reception desk quick to respond to any call. The executive lounge has as amazing view and complimentary nibbles and drinks. It made a pleasant quiet space from the bustle and rush of a stressed london with a tube strike. The concierge (romanian) . A very pleasant stay, reminded me that great teams are diverse, polite and represent the sort of Britain i am proud of. Well done Radisson hotels. Definitely will come back here.
