Excellent, would definitely stay again
Phenomenal staff, brilliant room, great location. Only issue was trying to order room service online, but upon calling via the room phone it was sorted very quickly and food was lovely.

Great Stay
Lovely hotel, bit of a walk from Waterloo, but we knew that. 3 adults in one room was comfortable. Comfy beds and room well equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, iron, tea/coffee and fridge. Love the ice dispenser in the hallway. Hallways and lift areas have very dimmed lighting, so quite dark. Queues at breakfast but staff were very efficient. Overall a great visit.
