Brilliant hotel and staff
Brilliant hotel and amazing staff ! Had a fabulous stay here for 2 nights , everyone from the first person who greeted me at the door to the lovely Abdul who delivered my food to my room , so professional and welcoming. Will definitely be back

Disappointing
Been here before with no issues. Today however is a different matter. Checked in - here is where it started. Tried to charge me for breakfast when this was already included in my booking. Room has missing items like a mug to drink my tea from. Called for one and got told to call 3 different numbers. Not 1 person owns an issue. Room is ok level. Bed slightly too hard for me. But that is a preference. Internal rooms be warned that they are interrupted from the whirring of air conditioning units. External rooms are actually quieter. Based on today, and can see why the price here goes up and down. Location is good 15 mins from Vauxhall underground. 20 min walk to Waterloo - great BrewDog there. Haven’t tired breakfast yet - hopefully will be nice like previous visits. Not sure now based on today if I will return. Westminster bridge offers far superior service.

Fantastic stay in a lovely well equipped room with super river views.
I was welcome by Silfa to the lovely Park Plaza. Silfa was professional, friendly and happy to help with any questions. My room was lovely with fantastic river views. Room service was also great.

Absolutely superb customer service from the Park Plaza. Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff always on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble. Particular thanks to Breeze on reception who helped me with a query. She was polite, friendly and helped me quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient central location, great views for breakfast!
Picked this hotel for its location and we weren't disappointed, bus stop to all the London sights just a minute away or underground train 5 minutes away. A large hotel with lovely comfortable rooms and great bathrooms for a relaxing shower. Breakfast was busy but the selection was vast, with every taste catered for, a couple more coffee stations might be a good idea though as queues formed. Lovely friendly and helpful staff at breakfast kept things very smooth. The views were great over the Thames and over to the Houses of Parliament. Would definitely stay here again.
