Not so luxurious, just look at the maid!

Clean hotel with decent facilities (they make you believe). I visited this sham of a hotel a couple months ago with my bacteria detector and ultra uv light to detect the slightest presence of bacteria. I was saddened to see the bathroom resembled that of a dirty, abandoned, pre- homes under the hammer abolishment.

As always we felt at home with the impeccable, attentive, friendly and professional service at all levels. A joy to be back in our room with new even more comfortable mattress, re designed bed linen, towels and slippers. Another memorable experience and we will be back soon.

Had lunch here today. Completely superb. Delicious lamb for main course and sumptuous soufflé for desert. Service friendly and impeccably professional. Never fails to impress, always consistently excellent. I forgot to mention the cocktails- some of the best in London

Every detail perfect. Room a bit small but very comfortable. No teamaking equipment which is annoying as you don't always want to use room service! The Ritz Restaurant has to be experienced on a Friday or Saturday night with live music, singer and actors dancing frenetically. The food is also good. Rivoli Bar super relaxing with a great atmosphere and great snacks!
