Service great, rooms not so much
The people at this hotel are fantastic. Service was impeccable from the doorman, to reception, to the concierge, to housekeeping, to the drivers and at the bars and restaurants. That made our stay. On the other hand, the hotel is tired and the rooms left something to be desired. While our room was large, it was really dark and in need of a refresh. The same could be said for the common spaces. It felt more like a business hotel than a tourist hotel. Have stated at many Rosewoods and was definitely disappointed in this one.

Good Stay in London
Not like other Rosewoods we have stayed in around the world. Junior Suite was nice but the bathroom was extremely small. There is no private enclosed toilet and the shower glass only encloses ½ of the shower causing constant flooding on the floor. We really enjoyed the jazz club and the fine cocktails. The front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the a la carte restaurant was very good and their servers were also excellent. The food at Holburn Dining Room was not as good as we expected it to be. The Ship Tavern is a great pub around the corner. We had an amazing dinner at The Ritz dining room!
