From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, our stay was once again exceptional and deeply personal. We were warmly welcomed and seamlessly assisted by a gracious bellman and front desk team who set the tone for what followed—care that felt intuitive rather than procedural. Throughout our stay, our needs were not simply met but thoughtfully anticipated. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the in-room dining associate who assisted us on two occasions was professional, personable, and genuinely attentive. In a passing comment, I asked whether Christmas stockings were a tradition of the past. Within minutes of her departure, Santa arrived with a sack of delightful treats—an unforgettable gesture and a tradition we look forward to every year. That single moment perfectly captured what makes Rosewood feel like home. Even the quieter moments were elevated. The devilishly delicious hot chocolate offered in the lobby became a small but memorable ritual—rich, comforting, and perfectly suited to the season. It’s these thoughtful touches, often unannounced, that transform a stay into an experience. The hotel’s location further enhances everything else so effortlessly. Being perfectly situated allows for easy exploration—Soho, Leicester Square, and Covent Garden are all comfortably accessible on foot, while the nearby Tube makes the rest of London feel immediately within reach. It’s the rare balance of serenity and connectivity that allows you to experience the city without ever feeling pulled from the refuge of the hotel. Evenings at Scarfes were equally memorable. The mixologist’s craft paired beautifully with the live entertainment, creating an atmosphere that invites you to linger. A special note of appreciation goes to the long-standing hostess who continues to greet us not as guests, but as family—a relationship that clearly reflects Rosewood’s commitment to meaningful connections. We are very much looking forward to returning in January and continuing a relationship that consistently enriches our experiences and keeps us coming back. JY & TT 12/21-27 2025

The Rosewood separates itself in a way that makes it a truly magical experience. It’s not just a stay, it’s a destination, an experience you will not soon forget. From the Mirror room, to the Scarfe bar, to the Pie shop it takes on a life of its own. It is an exceptional experience all year round but the Rosewood during the holiday season is again a step beyond. The staff is exceptional on every level and takes care of you like family. Just everything you are looking for, and again a magical experience you will treasure. Well done.

I visited for a weekend break with my mum, sister and daughter - staying in a family room. From check in the service was excellent , and all of the staff lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and well kept. The additional extras for my daughter , of activity pack, christmas cookie ( sent to room on arrival) and note from the North Pole to exchange for a gift was just lovely and appreciated. We visited Scarfes bar ( however it is a shame hotel guests with children don’t have a bar to drink at after 6pm) - we went out in the evenings so on this occasion it didn’t matter too much. Ate in the pop up Chalet bar - which was very nice , and we shared the fondue which was a novelty. Overall I would return to this hotel, and would recommend to anyone.

I recently created a TripAdvisor account that’s why this review is so late! Our stay at Rosewood London was nothing short of divine. The customer service was a level of exquisite not often received at hotels in the states. This hotel set the bar from its artistic aesthetic for design lovers to its fantastic suites & room service menu. The hotel itself is a work of art. I loved the bath tub, the gym, and the connected restaurant for pot pies. We will stay nowhere else in London!
