Reviews for Rosewood London

Wonderful location and service!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Excellent location for sights, for walking, or for talking the tube. Incredibly attentive and thoughtful housekeeping - when we came back to our room we found a few little surprises that show real attention to detail - they left two small teddy bears for our children (made our kids' day!), put a bookmark in my book, left a small cloth for wiping the screen of our iPad, amongst other things. Reception staff (particularly Regina) made us feel at home with friendly and welcoming attitude at check-in and also later when we needed some help changing money. The rooms have super comfortable beds too! Only issue we had was with the concierge who could have done more to sort out one of our small requests (a dinner cancelation we ended up sorting out ourselves directly with the restaurant staff).

The best experience in London

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

Our stay at the Rosewood was exceptional, with standout service from Satish, the dedicated doorman. Always waiting outside to assist us, Satish ensured a seamless experience, offering quick service and invaluable recommendations. His warmth and dedication left a lasting impression. We'll unquestionably seek out Rosewood properties for future travels, eagerly returning to Rosewood London. I would also like to add that the maid staff is nothing short of the best and were kind to assist anything that we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

First time visitor

This was our first time at the Rosewood. First impressions walking in were 10/10 with the decor being absolutely magnificent. The objects d’art are interesting and unusual in a very warm but spacious lobby. There are bowls of chocolates all over the place which make it impossible to keep walking without helping oneself to one or two for the road! The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, well lit and elegantly furnished. The only thing that didn’t score highly was the vicinity but this is a personal thing as it was a bit far from where I’m comfortable and familiar with. The breakfast was adequate and the service not bad- it perhaps lacks a bit of warmth although staff are always professional.

Beautiful Hotel with Wonderful Service and Location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We stayed in the Rosewood London for a week on vacation with our children in February. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely and tranquil courtyard nestled in the heart of London. Our Superior Suite was perfect for a family of four and housekeeping provided a rollaway bed. The bathrooms were exquisite with a rain shower and a soaking tub and a second powder room in the living room which is perfect for families. We were even able to host our extended family for one afternoon in our room. The service was impeccable throughout our stay with the concierge team very willing to help with recommendations, and the housekeeping was excellent and we loved the turn down service. The Front Desk team was lovely and accommodating and was even able to get us into our room by 12:30pm which was very appreciated after our overnight flight. The location is excellent we used the tube everyday to explore all the cultural attractions and it is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We dined in Holborn Dining Room and there is a children's menu, although you may need to request it. We used the chauffeur service from the hotel, it was pricey, however coming in on very little sleep we thought it was worth it and it was a beautiful car stocked with water which we appreciated after a long flight. There is a lot of security in this hotel and it feels very safe, and one of the gentleman escorted me to Holborn Dining Room in the rain which was gracious. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for the wonderful service and central location. We look forward to our next visit!

Great hotel for families

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This hotel is amazing for families I would recommend this hotel to people how need a place to stay in London. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to us and to our 10 year old son. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was great. And room service was great as well. They have a beautiful bar that is a must to visit. And the location is very convenient for the theater, visiting museums, and shopping. We will be sure to come back any time we visit London.
