You might still spot politicians enjoying a reprieve from Parliament at The Royal Horseguards. It began life as The National Liberal Club in 1884 and was commandeered by the Ministry of Defense during both world wars to headquarter the M15 and M16, Britain's secret intelligence organizations. After undergoing a full renovation in 2008, sparkling chandeliers and contemporary accents join the oil paintings and rich red and gold furnishings that still retain the air of Westminster.

Highly recommend! The hotel is in a great location, on a quiet street but just 5 minute walk from a number of attractions and restaurants. Our room (we selected the king river view, which I think was a great value as an add-on) was spacious, clean, and had all amenities we would need. Everyone was very friendly, from taking our bags to the room to bringing us room service (thanks Moht!). Would stay here again!

Only stayed for one night in July , but enjoyed it so much we have booked for New year Eve .The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. We had a small issue which was quickly sorted by Lakshmi the manager. Concierge were helpful and fun to deal with. Forgot to post this , hence late review.

We held a two-day corporate conference at The Royal Horseguards in mid-November (19–20), and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Although we didn’t stay overnight at the hotel, we were welcomed as guests and felt genuinely looked after. The highlight of our event was the team dinner at the hotel restaurant: the food was amazing, beautifully presented, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxed. The staff were really lovely and attentive, making sure all of our wishes and dietary needs were taken into consideration. A very special thanks goes to Olena, who took such great care of our table – she explained the dishes in detail, checked in on us throughout the evening, and made sure we had the best team night ever. The hotel itself is in a stunning location and has a charming traditional British style. The absolutely fabulous Christmas decorations added an extra touch of magic and made us feel the festive cheer early. I would highly recommend The Royal Horseguards for corporate events and special dinners.
