We have found our new home in London. RH offers the best location possible and the hospitality is world-class. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed and “thoughtful” is the best word to describe the staff, who truly made our trip memorable! Special shout out out the front desk staff who were the first and last people we saw each day. You guys are brilliant. Keep up the good work and we’ll see you soon!

Our stay at Roseate House London exceeded all expectations and was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had in London. The location is fantastic — centrally located, only about a 4–5 minute walk from nearby stations, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. A heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Parvez Unmar, who generously upgraded us to the suite with balcony — an absolutely stunning room and undoubtedly the best in the hotel. It made our trip unforgettable. Budhika and his team specially Bishnu, Emma deserves special recognition for going above and beyond throughout our stay, including allowing us a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. Breakfast each morning was delicious with excellent quality and variety. What touched us the most were the thoughtful details. Since we were travelling with our baby, the staff left a Paddington Bear in the room for her, and she instantly fell in love with it. We were also welcomed with a handwritten card, beautiful chocolate-dipped strawberries, and macarons — such elegant and personal touches that made us feel truly valued as guests. Everything about this hotel reflects genuine luxury hospitality and care. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Excellent stay with my wife. Five wonderful nights. Excellent room. Location close to Hyde Park and two underground stations. Excellent value for the money. Warm atmosphere in this beautiful 19th century space. Very clean and no weird smells. Helpful and courteous staff, especially Hamish and Emma - the best.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
