Really enjoyed this hotel. From Heathrow, you take the Heathrow Express (15 min) to Paddington and it’s under a 10 min walk from the station. When we arrived, we were allowed to check in early (it was around 8 AM), but please note it costs £120 to do so. The room was a typical size for London (small but you can have a suitcase or 2 open). Bathroom was also a decent size. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Close to numerous restaurants and tube stations for access around the city. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable (a tad soft for our liking), and the heat worked great. Plus the windows do open if you want some fresh air. Some things to note: - shower pressure was very strong. Not a bad thing, but if anyone wants to shower and NOT get their hair wet, make sure you have a great shower cap - as a result of the strong pressure, the water would drain very slowly - only a small triangle dish on which to put your shampoo and conditioner. We have more stuff than fit on there.

Emma, Sunni and Piyush saved our 15 day trip from being ruined! Our travel agent had made a mistake with our booking at another hotel, not only did Emma and Sunni deal with the agent and the other hotel, they also let us hang out in the hotel lobby for almost 2 hours and offered us beverages! They were extremely welcoming and hospitable and provided us with incredible stay and service for 6 days.

We had our Christmas lunch at Hyde hotel. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very festive and the stuff (Buddhika and Binod) was really kind with us… Definitely recommended!

Had a lovely stay at The Roseate Hotel, London. The staff were extremely sweet and kind amidst our chaos, making us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. A special thanks to Emma and Sunni for their warmth and helpful nature they truly made a difference. Would definitely recommend this hotel! The location is in the central London nearby to all attractions. The atmosphere of the hotel is very calm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious clean and has basic criteria’s. It’s definitely a value for money. It has a restaurant as an amenity as well. There is no noise in the hotel, which is not needed.

We loved our stay at the Roseate. The front desk staff Sunni and Emma were delightful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We love a small boutique hotel with an adjoining restaurant and bar and this one suited us perfectly.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
