I stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. Near Paddington Station which makes it incredibly convenient, yet the area is very safe and chic. It’s also perfectly positioned to explore the city, right in the middle of everything. taxi, walking and public transportation. The staff were amazing: extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout the stay. My room was incredible (suite) beautifully designed, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The toiletries were fantastic as well (Penhaligon's); you truly don’t need to bring anything because everything is provided and of great quality. What I loved most is the atmosphere of the hotel. It feels very authentic and stylish, with much more character and charm than many large luxury chains. It’s a place with real personality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a stay in London.

Fabulous stay. We arrived early and knew we would be too early to check in however Hamish and Vishnu were extremely helpful. They offered to keep our suitcase and arranged for them to be taken to the room. I asked on arrival if I could have a quiet room and on checking my booking they moved our room to ensure my request was met. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms lovely and very clean All the staff were very friendly and attentive and the night shift member of staff (sorry didn’t take his name ) was very helpful in advising on place to eat etc. location is very good we enjoyed the walk into the sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return. Thank you

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
