Roseate House London, distinguished to be one of the best five star hotels in central London, features 47 luxurious rooms and suites spread across three mid-19th century, Grade-II townhouses built in 1842, restored to the original allure and charm of their rudimentary Victorian architecture.Each room features classic Victorian furniture and original oil paintings from the era, personally handpicked and curated by Jonty Hearnden, antiques expert, appraiser and presenter of BBC’s Antiques Roadshow and Cash in the Attic. Residents can promenade their way to some of the landmarks of London such as Kensington Palace, The Royal Albert Hall, Oxford Street, Park Lane, High Street Kensington and Portobello Road or take a short walk to Paddington station that offers underground access to the entire city and the Heathrow Express to the Heathrow Airport.

BEST HOTEL EVER 🔥🔥🔥
Wow! This hotel is outstanding! The staff were excellent (there were two called Emma and hamish who were brilliant) Bed was comfy, food was great, service was nice the list goes on and on. Will definitely be returning soon and I am very excited to do so. Couldn’t have asked for much more

Warm and inviting staff, beautiful and functional rooms
I moved here from Hilton Paddington and the difference in customer service attitudes was night and day. The staff at Hilton seemed all unhappy to be there and were curt. The staff at Roseate were warm, friendly, welcoming and proactively accommodating. Specifically, Emma and Hamish at the front desk and Mario in the cafe went out of their way to make my 1 night stay truly memorable. And they did it all without my asking. This was my third time staying at Roseate in the past 5 years and the facilities, cleanliness were all too notch. Great firm but supportive mattress, great water pressure and very smart room design while maintaining that old British charm. I genuinely think Roseate is one of the best hotels in London.

Impeccable service and an elegant setting
We made a last-minute decision to visit the city for a day and found a great deal online. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite on arrival! The FoH team, especially Emma, Hamish, and Vishnu were exceptional. Their attention to detail and warm, personalised service were second to none. My little daughter was so delighted by the thoughtful attention she received and by our beautiful suite that we decided to extend our stay for another night! Every element, from the stylish yet intimate reception to the stately four-poster bed and spacious living room, was outstanding. The inclusive breakfast was superb, and Jelena, who served us both mornings, was wonderfully kind and attentive. Room service matched the quality of an upscale London restaurant. Overall, an excellent find! I’m already planning to return next month. A heartfelt thank you to Emma, Hamish, and Vishnu — you truly set the standard for the industry.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
