Excellent Customer Service
Wonderful experience here. The hotel is clean and beautiful. What really puts the hotel above and beyond is the customer service. On top of many kindnesses from the staff, Graeme heroically walked us all the way to our train helping with our many suitcases. He situated us on the train and really went the extra mile. The entire staff is very welcoming. Thank you to everyone at the Roseate Hotel!

Brilliant Stay - Will return
Wonderful one night stay including breakfast (which was excellent). A superbly located boutique hotel. Exactly what we were after - exceptionally clean, well appointed and quiet. Vishnu at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming. Would certainly recommend Roseate House.

Delicious Vegan Afternoon Tea
I did the vegan afternoon tea here and it was so flavorful and filling. They have many different options of tea and the two I had were lovely. It is the perfect amount of food, and service was great. Buddhika was so attentive and kind, he asked me about myself and made me laugh. I would highly recommend!

Luxurious Afternoon Tea Experience
First time experiencing the Afternoon tea in London, and it had to be the Hyde Bar at the Roseate House. What a pleasant place and a delightful experience. Loved the vegan menu, and special recommendations by Buddhika Pradisanka, definitely an expert to help us try this luxurious experience on a Sunday afternoon.

The staff was very helpful, the location was ideal - near a central tube stop and an easy walk to Hyde Park! Rooms were pretty and almost like visiting a friend's London apartment.

I purchased a package to The Royal Park Hotel in London. It was exactly as promised and more. The property was beautiful, quaint, and well decorated. The rooms were spacious, and the staff was exemplary. A fantastic trip!

The Royal Park Hotel in London was a fantastic hotel. The staff were attentive but discreet and the rooms luxurious and spacious. We had my son staying in the same room as ourselves, and the hotel accommodated children attentively.
