We've stayed a few times over the last few years, both with and without our children and would honestly find it hard to contemplate being anywhere else when in London. Yes, there's beauty. Yes, I say wow a lot walking around the place but what makes it so ultimately special for me is simply the attention to detail. I'd sooner have that in order than any other aspect. They've just got "it" whatever that is. It was hard to leave there this morning. I'd highly recommend eating at the Grill in the evening then in the morning, breakfast as Jaspers is superb. I'm very glad we decided to stay at The Savoy and would highly recommend it as the place to be in London. Happy days.

My boyfriend I had the pleasure of staying here in September and WOW. It is such a wonderful place and it certainly lives up to its standards and goes above and beyond. The staff are accommodating and friendly, the food in Kaspar's is fresh and the servers are knowledgeable. The room itself was beautiful from the free standing bathtub to the rainfall shower and the massive walk in closet, I felt more relaxed then I have for ages. We also visited the American Bar which is so full of Retro Glamour (and now best bar in the world) it was amazing. Again I cannot speak enough of the service we experienced and would recommend to anyone visiting London.

The Savoy is elegant, comfortable and utterly delightful. The Staff and warm and friendly and so helpful. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom warm and I have never seen so many towels in a hotel bathroom !! The bed was comfortable. Everything about the Savoy was delightful. It is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

We were staying at the Savoy for 3 nights as a family group of 8 to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday..and our stay could not have been any better...from our beautiful well equipped rooms..and extremely comfortable beds..to our first night dining at the Savoy Grill..the professional..attentive but un-invasive waiting staff...and the most delicious belly pork i have ever had the pleasure to consume....from my rather strange Bullet Proof Coffee request for breakfast the next morning..and our superb private dinning experience in Kaspers the next evening on my fathers actual birthday. I especially would like to mention the female member of staff who took care of us that night ..her name escapes me now but she was Portuguese...our whole evening ran seamlessly under her control..professionalism to the highest degree..and such a memorable night for our whole family. The last morning due to an early flight my children and i took breakfast in our rooms..again..superb..flawless and perfect service. There is just one other thing i would like to mention..the overall feeling that you were staying with ‘family’..it felt like you were staying with your ‘rich eccentric aunt’..i don’t think i have ever felt so at home in hotel before. Many thanks for the wonderful experience.
