What a special stay. I love coming here and was my first time over night. Just sitting in the lobby people watching, drinking in the bar and looking at the old films stars that have been. The savoy was a great treat for my birthday. Had lunch in kaspers, then a swim, sauna and steam. Drinks in the bar and then waking up to breakfast in our room such a relaxed place I recommend it to everyone 🙂

A stay at a 5-star hotel is out of our usual "price range" but we wanted to treat ourselves and so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were "pampered" with individualized attention at the reception. Staff were polite, helpful. and always made an effort to answer our questions. Our requests to housekeeping were promptly answered. At another 5-star hotel in London, we were "intercepted" and told we could not enter because we were wearing jeans. At the Savoy, though we wore jeans around the lobby & to go out and explore the city, I never felt that I had "broken" a dress-code rule. Lunch at Savoy Grill: impeccable service. Nice atmosphere/music at the American Bar having an evening nightcap.

My wife and myself have just returned from a stay in the Savoy and I felt that I wanted to express our complete satisfaction having received a first class quality service from every aspect. Furthermore, when logging in to Trip Advisor, I was amazed to see a few, but supprising, poor reviews?? I can only assume that, based on our experience, these must have been exceptional circumstances at the time of their experiences, and wish to advise the staff and Management of the Hotel that we believe they can be quite proud of the professional way they treat their guests in a quality environment. We felt that they went that extra mile to be of service in every detail. Very well done!

Every staff is very polite with smiles. When I arrived by a Benz, they immediately called me "Welcome Mr. Yang", I was so surprised because I never stayed at this hotel before. The receptionist, I don't remembered her name correctly, Dorja? A Belgium girl, she was extremely sweet, very polite with great smiles. Thanks for offering me the best room view in my category, I could see the river Thames & The Parliament partly. The house keeping lady was nice too. In turn down service, she made the room very well done and keep asking me if I need anything else. The breakfast is stunning. A beautiful restaurant of course. The spot light is that it's a three level high class dining tray. So presentable and the service is good. I stayed in Ritz London also, but I think The Savoy is the best hotel in London, Ritz comes the second. Mr. Yang, staying 22 April.

I visited The Savoy on 21 may this year with my friends and family for dinner at the kaspars sea food bar. And iam happy to say we left after dinner feeling overly satisifed with not only the food but with the service we recieved. If i remember correctly a gentleman named Stef served us. He was patient and kind to explain the menu and though we were a large group he was impeccable in his service . I specially want to thank their manager Rajat for the amazingly trained team that served us and helped make our trip the most memorable one. I for sure will recomment a visit to Kaspars at The Savoy for all those is looking for the perfect dinner with their loved ones.
