This was our first trip as a couple to London and it was perfect. Central location meant just about everything was walking distance. Breakfast service was excellent. Dinner at Caxton's Grill was very good -- I had the Wagyu steak and my wife had the gnocchi. The door staff was always helpful. Thank you!

My parents celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary at the beautiful St Ermin's as it was the hotel where they spent their honeymoon in 1966! My sister and I accompanied them on their visit. As soon as they arrived they were treated like royalty and like old friends, with a warm welcome from the duty manager Akshay, and his team. Throughout their stay, Akshay was so attentive and caring and really took time to ensure they had the most fabulous stay. He told Mum & Dad all about the history of the hotel, the hotel bees, and the spy links which was fascinating - we immediately ordered the book "House of Spies" which details the hotels role in British Intelligence, particularly during WW2. They needed an accessible room on the ground floor as Mum is in a wheelchair. The room was perfect for them with everything they needed, and it was spotless. The porters and the doormen were all polite and helpful, with a perfect balance of good humour too. We unfortunately didn't catch their names but there was an Indian gentleman who was very kind, and a doorman who wore a flat cap who was great too - Mum and Dad were sad they didn't get to say goodbye and thank you to this chap in person. The bar staff again provided the perfect balance of flawless service and friendliness, and the bar itself had a great atmosphere. We ate at the Caxton Grill and both the food and the service were perfect. We felt for the quality and ambience, it was very well priced. The maitre d was a fantastic gentleman and again made a fuss of Mum & Dad for their celebrations, which really made the evening extra special. One of the servers, Melissa was again very attentive and so lovely - thank you. Overall the hotel is visually stunning, from the approach to the entrance, stepping through the doors and seeing the beautiful white swirling design and the decor inside - everything is amazing, even the smell! However, it is the staff that elevate St Ermin's even further - without exception, everyone was kind, attentive, professional and friendly. We cannot thank them enough for making Mum & Dad's 60th wedding anniversary so special. Whether named here or not, a huge thank you to everyone we interacted with - the hotel should be very proud of their team! We will definitely be back soon!!

We had stayed at the hotel and bought food and beverage vouchers and unfortunately we had one of our aunt passed away and we were unable to use the £80 voucher which the hotel refused to refund. Talked to the manager Akshay Bhatia who was not helpful at all. For early Chek in as Marriott platinum member we were asked to pay £120- to check-in ard 11-12 Also make sure the type of bed you reserve

I spent one night at St Ermin's in January with a friend. The interior is beautiful, and I loved reading about the historical background, showcased through the art through the hotel. The service was amazing and the room was immaculate. The dinner and breakfast at Caxton Restaurant were exceptional. I will definitely be visiting again!
