Another great stay
I have stayed at St Ermin's Hotel on a number of occasions, and I have to say that the level of service and hospitality is just fantastic . The cleanliness of my room and all the public areas is tremendous, and huge congratulations to Ankica and her amazing team. I was warmly welcomed by Denisa on Reception and the check out by Khusi was equally good. Finally, I must compliment Juan and the concierge team for their friendliness and also being so helpful. Keep up the great work !!

Impeccable
From the moment you step inside, this hotel feels like a carefully curated work of art. The interiors are stunning—every detail, from the lighting to the furnishings, reflects thoughtful design and timeless elegance. The architecture itself adds to the experience, blending character and sophistication in a way that makes simply walking through the space a pleasure. The food and drink are just as impressive, with beautifully presented dishes and a drinks selection that feels both refined and indulgent. Every meal feels like a highlight rather than just a necessity. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. It’s impeccable—attentive without ever being intrusive, and consistently warm throughout. The general manager deserves special mention: incredibly friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. A genuinely exceptional experience from start to finish.

A wonderful stay
Our experience was amazing. The doormen, front desk staff, the bartenders in Caxton (Danijel, Radical and others) were so kind, personable and compassionate. We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience. This is where we will stay when we make it back to London.

Wonderful hotel and location
Beautiful hotel. Frederica was so very nice. She remembered it was our 30th anniversary and had a special gifts of cake and champagne delivered to help us celebrate. She included a handwritten personal note as well. Top notch service in a great hotel

Great family visit
We felt right at home during our stay. It was such a welcoming atmosphere! The breakfast offerings were delightful and we really looked forward to the evening receptions each evening. My daughter also really enjoyed the scavenger hunt she was given to complete. I wish i could remember his name, but make sure you go see the bartender on the terrace! The “St. Ermin’s Smash” is lovely.
