St. Ermin's Hotel

Overall experience was exceptional. Concierge (Gary) was super helpful with tickets for theatre and musicals. Breakfast was great as well. Location was perfect and across the street from the tube.

Absolutely loved our stay at St Ermin's. First, the location in Westminster was perfect. Short walk to St James Park, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Churchill Museum, Trafalgar Square, Mayfair, etc. Second, the staff made us feel like we'd come home. They were beyond friendly and attentive. Third, our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and efficiently refreshed every morning. We booked the executive suite and according to our adult son, (6'3"), the pull out sofa bed was quite comfortable. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was superb. And finally, the appearance and decor of the lobby was both warm and elegant

The location is perfect. Rooms are Clean and comfortable. The people are very kind and you feel like home. The atmosphere is spectacular. Price value very good compared to other options.

Fantastic hotel in Westminster near the tube and Westminster sites. Great home base for all the parks and London things. In particular the hotel staff was amazing. We had booked another accommodation originally that cancelled on us the morning we arrived in London and the staff at St. Ermin's treated our problem like their own and got our group of 8 situated as close to each other as possible. I should have booked with the St. Ermin's originally, and will do so again next time I'm in London.

Great hotel experience and perfect location. St. Ermin’s made our stay truly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and focused on making guests feel at home. The location could not have been better, just steps from major sights and the Tube, which made daily sightseeing incredibly easy. After logging plenty of miles each day, we always looked forward to unwinding at the hotel bar. The staff there was exceptional, especially Daniel, who made each evening enjoyable with great conversation and outstanding cocktails. I highly recommend trying his Old Fashioned (a unique take compared to those in the US) and the Vesper. One of the managers, I think Ahmid, I feel awful I can't recall accurately, but he made our morning each day very welcoming and offering assistance. A true gentleman. Thank you to Daniel and the entire team for an excellent week. Highly recommend this hotel.
