Highlight of London Trip
Fantastic location, beautiful historic building with secret tunnel to Westminster Abbey used by Churchill, phenomenal staff.. warm, friendly and helpful, and very comfortable, clean and cozy accommodations. Location is perfect with easy access to the tube and walking distance to major attractions. Wonderful restaurant, lovely high tea with signature honey from their own bee hives and gluten free options. We loved it so much, our teens wanted to live there and the staff felt like family after only a few days. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Exceptional stay at St. Ermin’s!
My stay at St. Ermin’s was exceptional. Everything from the location, to the amenities and the food I was served. Above all, the service blew me away. We were greeted by Carlos at the front desk when we arrived with a very warm welcome. Bruno from the restaurant felt like he could be a friend, very personable and kind. When we had breakfast, Edna was also very attentive and made an effort to take care of our every need. You don’t find service like this in just any hotel. Nahid with the food/beverage for the hotel has done an incredible job because the lunch I had at The Caxton was one of the best meals I ate here in London. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations. Throughout our stay, we noticed and appreciated the hotel’s acute attention to detail. Very recommendable. Great location.

thought i was in heaven but no just the foyer
really enjoyed this beautiful quaint venue . the staff could not have been more obliging , the room ample yet the foyer, the free wine hour and the elegant harpist transported me to a new level of five star. so easy to get to and bed so comfortable after a long and ardious journey

Beautiful hotel
This was definitely the best stay we’ve had this year. The hotel itself is beautiful, the room cleanliness was a perfect 10/10, and the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to return!

My Forever London Hotel
This was my second stay at St Ermins, and I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else! The location is terrific - a 5 minute walk to Westminster Abby, 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, right around the corner from St James Park tube station. It's tucked around a corner with beautiful greenery (and because it was Christmas, many many lights), and is charming from the approach to opening the door to your room. There is history and it has the ambiance and appeal of an older building, but it's amenities are modern, clean, and cozy. The service is terrific, the breakfast bar is incredible (shout out to Ramos and Alex for being so awesome), the lounge tea is perfect after a long day of walking, and the rooms are spotless, quiet, and comfortable.
