St. Ermin's Hotel

First time staying in this hotel but I am sure I will come back again because of its ambiences, service, cleanliness & most importantly the friendly staff

St Ermin's Hotel impressed us from our arrival. My family of four adults were a bit tired but noticed the gardens and porch areas at the entrance Staff greeted us, were extremely pleasant and helpful. Stored our luggage as we had arrived early in the day, and our room wasn't quite ready. Answered our questions and then we were off to enjoy the hotel's afternoon tea, which was nicely presented, the food delicious and our tea traditionally prepared. Took a quick tour of the surrounds and then were notified that our suite was ready. The suite was nicely appointed, the daily resupply of water, coffee, tea and the fresh fruit was appreciated. Plus, the chocolate bars for a snack whilst touring about a nice bonus. Roberta welcomed us for the evening wine and nibbles and she was outstanding. Housekeeping kept us with our comings and goings---the room was always ready for us when we returned from our days of touring. The days of our stay went by much too quickly, but we plan on returning soon and will definitely stay at this fine establishment.

Perfect hotel for families. I did a solo trip to London with my 18 month old in October. We had such a lovely time. The 24/7 room service was perfect for a jet lagged toddler. The hotel also provided a pack n play with sheets and cute blankets. Our room had a bathtub - very baby friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated next to st James station and local parks/playgrounds. There are lovely restaurants (kid friendly) across the street. Convenience store next door sells yogurt poches and kid cereal for snacks on the go.

I stayed at St. Ermin’s for one night (single occupancy, first floor) and was genuinely blown away from the moment I arrived. The welcome was warm, polished and personal… the kind of genuine hospitality you only find in truly great hotels. Check-in was seamless, and I was made to feel like a valued guest right away. My room was immaculate. Every detail was spotless, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and refined. The décor strikes a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern luxury. You can tell real care goes into every corner of this hotel. The bathroom was pristine with beautiful finishes and high quality amenities, the whole space felt like a little sanctuary in the middle of London. Despite being right in the heart of Westminster, it was wonderfully peaceful. It’s rare to find a hotel that delivers such genuine warmth alongside five-star comfort and flawless cleanliness, but St. Ermin’s absolutely does. A truly luxurious experience. I can’t wait to return.

Location of this hotel was perfect for our first time to London. Close proximity to many great tourist sites. Staff was excellent and assisted us in travel and restaurant recommendations. As a long time Marriott member, this was one of the best places I have stayed at. I would recommend to all of my Marriott friends.
