My Forever London Hotel
This was my second stay at St Ermins, and I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else! The location is terrific - a 5 minute walk to Westminster Abby, 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, right around the corner from St James Park tube station. It's tucked around a corner with beautiful greenery (and because it was Christmas, many many lights), and is charming from the approach to opening the door to your room. There is history and it has the ambiance and appeal of an older building, but it's amenities are modern, clean, and cozy. The service is terrific, the breakfast bar is incredible (shout out to Ramos and Alex for being so awesome), the lounge tea is perfect after a long day of walking, and the rooms are spotless, quiet, and comfortable.

Truly Exceptional Customer Service!!! The Hotel staff from Daniella, Nahid, Washeem were remarkable. They set the standard for hospitality!! The hotel is a great location with charm and elegance. However it's the level of service that stands out the most! Thank You!!

Great boutique hotel
Loved everything about this boutique hotel, its decor, the service, the elegant coziness of it and the staff. They all went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend staying here and am glad it is now part of the Marriott hotel offerings.

St Ermin’s Hotel perfect location and staff that always go the extra mile.
I had a wonderful stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of character and charm with plenty of history centred around Winston Churchill. while still offering all the modern comforts you could want. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location is fantastic—quiet yet central, with easy access to major attractions like Big Ben and Westminster Abbey with public transport St James Park Tube station less than 5 Minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality ingredients, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt calm and elegant. St. Ermin’s is a true gem, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding service in London.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional. Food was excellent. This was our second stay and we will be back. Highly recommend.
