Excellent meeting and lunch at the St Ermin's hotel. Just enjoyed a superb team meeting at the stunning St Ermin's Hotel. The property has very spacious, comfortable and contemporary meeting rooms and all with natural daylight! Tom from the sales team who showed us to our meeting room was very knowledgeable, welcoming, passionate about the hotel and demonstrated the true art of hospitality. Lunch in the Caxton Grill was delicious with an awesome lunch menu with so much to choose from. Service from Hamid was quick, efficient, professional and friendly and he made us feel valued guests. All the team members we encountered delivered genuine and exceptional customer service. We would definitely return for another event!

What a stunning stay at St. Ermin's Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our visit. The food was absolutely exquisite, and our room was finished to a superb standard with every comfort thoughtfully considered. The hotel itself is beautiful, and its location in Westminster is simply unrivalled, making it perfect for exploring London. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the capital. We can’t wait to return!

Had a fantastic afternoon tea event at the St. Ermin's - they took incredibly good care of us before, during and after the event. They catered to different dietary needs with ease, provided a lovely room and displays. The service was attentive and adaptable. My friends all commented on how lovely the venue is, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you to Sara and the events team for a wonderful experience.

A truly fantastic hotel with a lot of preserved history that sets it apart from all hotels in London. The location is perfect, you are in the heart of London with St James station right at the corner. The rooms are exactly as shown on the hotel pictures, and the daily cleaning service is spotless. I had a room facing the back of the hotel so it was completely noise free, and I wouldn’t hear anything from the corridors or adjacent rooms. There’s also several spots per floor for you to fill your water bottles or grab a glass and drink it. They did it in a very clever way. But what really set this hotel apart from all other hotels I’ve been to in London over the years is the quality of service by some of its employees. I’d like to highlight the superb check-in and check-out made by receptionist Carlos Martinez, an absolute gentleman. Always helpful, very empathetic and truly represented the values of the hotel. Then I’d also like to extend a big compliment to Quiara Brito, one of the breakfast staff. Without Quiara’s attention, kindness and help it would be a breakfast below the level of such a great hotel. All in all, when a hotel truly shines is not because of its beautiful spaces; it’s because of the marvelous people that work in there to make sure you have the best possible experience. Don’t hesitate to book a room at St Ermin’s. I’ll certainly be back in the future.
