First of all great location at a 8 min walk to Buckingham Palace & Big Ben. Charming Entrance so inviting and the staff very friendly and welcoming no matter the service. Rooms cozy and warming, toilets really small (a minus here) but the beds and the linen so comfortable. (Pillows a 7 out of 10), water stations a plus plus although they care to put it in the room every day not like some hotels they only care for the first night and then neglect you. The staff, again, really welcoming. Breakfast offer very very good (the line to be seated a bit annoying). The lunch food simply perfect during the four days. Congrats.

Very nice hotel, located right next to the tube. Also, the restaurant and bar was nice, the hotel was decorated for Christmas, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

We stayed at St Ermins for the first time last weekend for my son’s wedding. The building is beautiful and the staff are lovely, so friendly and welcoming. We upgraded to an Executive Room and were very pleased with it. It was nice and spacious with three large windows, the bed and bedding were very comfortable and we had a sofa sitting area which came in very handy because we had a lot of people coming in and out of our room in connection with the wedding. The wedding ran very smoothly and was a huge success, mainly down to the amazing work and support of Claret, the wedding coordinator. Claret did a fabulous job in the weeks leading up to the wedding and all day/evening during the wedding. I can’t recommend her highly enough, she is worth her weight in gold. The breakfast was very nice, a wonderful selection and choice. The wedding breakfast was of the highest standard. The presentation of the food was beautiful and it was all absolutely delicious.

Convenient location with short walks to Underground and major tourist sites. Comfortable, well appointed interiors reflecting the building's intriguing history in a modern way. Staff - especially Zain - could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of tasty and healthy choices. Lounge area was nice for relaxing. We'd stay there again.

We went with our family last week during Thanksgiving Nov 2025 and stayed 6 nights at the St Ermin's hotel. The service overall our entire time there was fantastic! I want to especially acknowledge Federica who is the Duty Manager there and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, they upgraded our family to a huge, beautiful suite (yay!), however it was super cold in the room and after several attempts, the heat was not working in the suite (boo!). However, she was able to move us to a higher floor and secure two rooms for our family. While not at big as the original suite, she made sure we were comfortable and good with the rooms and since it was two rooms, it did give our family a chance to spread out especially staying there for 6 nights. She also threw in a couple of amenities to make things 'right' which I greatly appreciated. All-in-all, we had a great time in London and would not hesitate to stay at St Ermin's again especially when the service is this impeccable.
