We were a multigenerational family arriving at different times from different places, some with Marriott points and some not, etc. The hotel is beautiful, both surprisingly secluded and well-located near a Tube stop and Buckingham Palace. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the lovely evening happy hour. But for us, it was the people who made our trip so special. From Bruna C in the reservations office who sorted out our accommodations (including a handy accessible room on the ground floor) to Stelios M, the senior doorman who kept an eye on holiday street closures and cab needs, we were well looked after. I especially want to highlight Nahid Y in Food & Guest Experience, who greeted us with enthusiasm every morning and always remembered my father's egg order. His genuine kindness, along with that of all of the staff at St. Ermin's, is what we will remember best and why we can't wait to return.

A beautiful hotel with extremely friendly and attentive staff, and some thoughtful perks I hadn't seen anywhere else I have stayed at, such as a complimentary wine happy hour and cold water bottled water filler station on every room. The hotel is rich in history and has a masterfully crafted beautiful lobby. What's more, is that it is extremely conveniently located in a prime spot that is easy to reach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has the money to spare for a premium experience.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk from Big Ben and many of London’s main attractions. The interior is beautifully designed and perfectly maintained, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the light, refreshing wine served in the evenings. A very special thank you to Roberta, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London!
