Beautiful lobby and exterior
The hotel itself is gorgeous and good location. It was nice to come into the clean, beautiful lobby after a long day. However, the bathroom was SO tiny for our double room. I am petite and there wasn’t much room for me in there. The shower barely drained, so it wasn’t pleasant in there. For the price I expected a nicer bathroom

A magical trip to London with the family, with St Ermins, the perfect base.
We’ve been lucky enough to stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel several times before, but this visit, our first with our children (9 and 7), was next level. The team couldn’t have been kinder or more thoughtful. The kids were treated to a special spy mission complete with prizes, they loved exploring the bee terrace and bug hotel, and were delighted to find teddies waiting in our room. Breakfast was a huge hit too, with an amazing selection to choose from. Our room was, as always, lovely, with comfy beds, large soft towels and beautiful toiletries, and when we had a minor glitch with a blind, it was fixed within minutes without any fuss. The children were also made to feel very welcome in the bar, where they loved their special kids’ punch while we enjoyed a relaxed drink. The location is hard to beat for a family exploring London: just a block from Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Whitehall, the London Eye and the Houses of Parliament, with easy access to St James’s Park tube station if you’re venturing further afield. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, but the hotel’s own food is hard to beat. Thank you, St. Ermin’s, for another wonderful stay and for making the kids feel so special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Experience
Gorgeous grounds, charming interior and gracious staff. We had an issue with a lost item and every staff member we were in contact with was very helpful. I loved that environmental consciousness is fostered by the hotel with the bee hives on site. Delicious chocolates are in the rooms for a sweet snack and replaced everyday. Room service was superb and the daily breakfast we chose to have included was delicious and above my expectations.

Classy, quiet, with great staff
Great choice based on location, facilities, service, staff. Very quiet at night, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast included in outstanding.
