English elegance and comfort
The hotel was perfect for our family of four. Our sons did not want to share a bed, so we booked a family room with a daybed, which was perfect. It even had two bathrooms so I could have one for myself. The hotel is tucked into a smaller street, so it was very quiet despite being in such a convenient location. The building and rooms were elegant, as was the afternoon wine hour and bar. The room was very clean with nice extras - robes, slippers, coffee, water. Staff were helpful and attentive. If we return to London, we will stay again.

Conveniently located hotel
A very nice hotel conveniently located within easy access of major tourist attractions. The bar & restaurant are comfortable with a very large range of items for breakfast.

Par excellence
Par excellence yet again. Service was impeccable as always. Khushi at check in was such a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and courteous. She even called my room after check in to make sure everything was up to St Ermin’s standards. Room was excellent. Location is ideal. Free breakfast with loyalty program is always phenomenal. This place really is a hidden gem and service like Khuski’s make St Ermin’s my first stop whenever staying in London (5th time here). Can’t wait for the next trip :). Thanks!

A memorable stay in a memorable place
One of the best and most memorable hotels we've ever stayed at. Absolutely gorgeous and historical building, wonderful and professional staff, and exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. Close walking distance to major London tourist sites.
