St. Ermin's Hotel

Had a very pleasant stay overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities needed for a smooth stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, making check-in and service easy. There was a slight delay with room service, but nothing too major. The location was convenient for getting around.

Recently stayed at the St Ermin’s hotel as part of a tour with Stephen Ambrose History Tours. The hotel is steeped in history and was a fabulous venue for our group! Absolutely everything about this hotel is magnificent and the entire staff is amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! We always really like Autograph hotels in the U.S. but this hotel was even better! Perfect location, lovely entrance and building, and our suite was great! Really good breakfast too. And very nice staff.

Super good and professional service. Everyone welcomed us with open arms. From the front desk staff to the doormen crew, we felt like royalty. The hotel is located just a few blocks from all the fuzz and tourist rumbles, but it is tucked away in a quiet street offering peace and quiet. The rooms, albeit small, have cozy beds, marble bathrooms, and decent-pressure showers. They also provide amenities such as posh bathrobes, Nespresso coffee machines, water kettles, iron, and minibar. The breakfast buffet is very good, offering a wide variety of options. May be the only odd thing is that there are no accessible electric outlets for the hairdryer.

Our stay at St Ermin’s Hotel over the London Marathon weekend was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and attentiveness truly set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after the excitement of the marathon. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel enjoys a beautifully quiet setting, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep right in the heart of London. Its location is simply unbeatable. Within easy walking distance, we were able to explore some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and the Churchill War Rooms. It made our trip effortless and incredibly enjoyable. We can honestly say we will never look for another hotel in London—St Ermin’s is perfect in every way. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.
