Five-star Experience at St. Ermin's!
I booked a family stay at St. Ermin’s hotel, in the shadow of Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey, providing us with the perfect base to visit all of London’s great attractions. We received the warmest of welcomes from every member of the friendliest and incredibly attentive staff. We loved everything from the best breakfast in town to the evening turndown in our delightful room with special honeybee-themed chocolate pillow treats. With such super service who could not return to St. Ermin’s to truly enjoy living in luxury in London!

A super visit and stay
What a great hotel, with great staff! Very centrally located, and ideally near a tube station. Unexpectedly quite for its location. Our room was great, with a good mattrass - very important for us. We loved the decor, the bar area for some drinks before we went out to eat. Had a great stay!

A truly wonderful stay at St. Ermin's Hotel
Our experience at St. Ermin’s Hotel was truly wonderful. I stayed there with my family from November 27 to November 29, 2025, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and airy. Each morning at breakfast, Nahid welcomed us warmly and recommended a delicious meal that we thoroughly enjoyed. Mark suggested an excellent cocktail that quickly became our favorite, and Sagor served us a memorable dinner with great care and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel — it’s a place where you feel genuinely looked after, right in the heart of London.
