We loved this hotel and plan to return. The service was great and the hotel is beautiful. It’s located very close to many historical sites and the St James tube stop. The staff is awesome. The breakfast buffet was substantial and offered many options.

Our hotel was changed at the last minute to this hotel and it did not dissapoint. Excellent above and beyond guest service. Comfortable beds , great high tea experience. Breakfast was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel quiet area oh and Saturdays are acoustic guitarist 🎸 and free wine and 🍾 champagne.

Location is excellent of our first London visit. First room assigned had some noise issues from the lift near by. Management was prompt to address this and offer a new room right away. I can’t say enough about how this was handled. Rooms were well appointed and the interaction was staff were polite. Bar had great drinks. Everything was sufficient that we really did not need for much after the first day. We would stay here again.

This was my second stay at St. Ermins. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quiet with quality temperature control. The bar is such a nice place to end the day, and the terrace is lovely for an afternoon drink or sushi. It's a peaceful respite away from the throngs of tourists a few miles away.
