As you turn the corner into the hotel driveway the garden approach welcomes you into an oasis of calm. Inside you will find everything you expect from a hotel like this - attentive, courteous and professional staff, beautifully kept public areas, quiet and luxurious rooms. I recommend this hotel highly. Oh, and it's 2 minutes walk from the tube and less than 10 from Westminster Abbey and Parliament.

We could not have asked for anything more! The facility, staff and food all exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and well located near major attractions and the St. James Tube. The staff is welcoming, professional and did an excellent job of taking care of our family during our stay. Their service was the best I have ever experienced in 40 years of world travel. We ate most of our meals (Breakfast to Dinner) at the Caxton Grill. The food and staff there were excellent and the manager, Andreas, went above and beyond at each meal. We met Nadir on our last day at breakfast at the Caxton Grill and he could not have been more attentive to our needs. There is a wine hour each night in the hotel lobby for guests. We also enjoyed activities and entertainment during our stay that is provided for guests. This hotel is a great value and a true gem of London!! I cannot imagine staying anywhere else now that I have experienced the St. Ermin’s.

Hadn’t stayed here for a while, but we needed to be over this side of town for an event and were really pleased we chose to return. We received a lovely welcome from the reception team on arrival, which immediately set the tone for the stay. When we returned later that evening, the bar service was fantastic. Everything was delivered so effortlessly and it gave our group the chance to properly relax, chat, and unwind. The room was delightful, easy to get to, wonderfully quiet, and properly dark once the lights were out, which made for an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive: no queuing, a delightful menu selection, and once again genuinely great service throughout. A really enjoyable stay from start to finish.

I have stayed at St Ermin's Hotel on a number of occasions, and I have to say that the level of service and hospitality is just fantastic . The cleanliness of my room and all the public areas is tremendous, and huge congratulations to Ankica and her amazing team. I was warmly welcomed by Denisa on Reception and the check out by Khusi was equally good. Finally, I must compliment Juan and the concierge team for their friendliness and also being so helpful. Keep up the great work !!

From the moment you step inside, this hotel feels like a carefully curated work of art. The interiors are stunning—every detail, from the lighting to the furnishings, reflects thoughtful design and timeless elegance. The architecture itself adds to the experience, blending character and sophistication in a way that makes simply walking through the space a pleasure. The food and drink are just as impressive, with beautifully presented dishes and a drinks selection that feels both refined and indulgent. Every meal feels like a highlight rather than just a necessity. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. It’s impeccable—attentive without ever being intrusive, and consistently warm throughout. The general manager deserves special mention: incredibly friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. A genuinely exceptional experience from start to finish.
