Beautiful boutique hotel

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Every evening we would go down into the bar area which looked like a high-end pub and enjoy our drinks by the fireplace. The hotel and our room were immaculate. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Bonus - apiary on the 3rd floor terrace!!

Great hotel for families visiting London

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 18 hours ago

I cannot sing enough praises about our 5 night stay at the St. Ermin's Hotel in Westminster for our family of four. We booked our stay based on location (walkable to many sites for our 5 year old) and the family room that had 2 queens, a trundle, and 2 full bathrooms (having more than 1 bathroom is a game changer for any family). First, this is a beautiful hotel that is very charming in its facade. For the room itself, contrary to what I read beforehand about room size, our room had plenty of space to store all our clothes and tuck away our luggage. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our rooms tidy and welcoming upon our return from sightseeing each day. The water pressure and temperature were as if this was a brand new hotel, and the windows did a great job of blocking out noise from the road. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of outlets located around the room to setup multiple areas to charge our phones and devices, plug in our other electronics, and make our room functional to the furniture and layout. I cannot stress enough how convenient having two full bathrooms was for both getting ready to depart quickly each day or to wind down after returning in the evening. The location was every bit as convenient as we hoped. We (including our 5 year old) walked to the changing of the guard, to the playground at nearby St. James Park, to/from Trafalgar Square, past Big Ben, Parliament, and across Westminster Bridge into Waterloo. The tube was also very convenient, and we used to to access farther parts of the city without needing to transfer, like the Tower of London, or to head home if the little one was too tired to walk back. The location itself is off a quiet street with it's own driveway that was great for getting into/out of ride shares despite how busy the nearby streets can get. Lastly, I have to compliment the entire staff for their commitment to hospitality. When thinking about booking, after booking, upon arrival late, throughout our stay, and even when departing. They really showed attention to detail. Virginie confirmed details to ensure our room was setup to fit our needs. Juan and Mario gave family friendly recommendations that aided our trip planning. Maxwell went above and beyond to have my nephew's car waiting to depart after returning from dinner, and Stelios quickly set us up with a taxi to head to the airport that was cheaper than the rideshare we were about to order. The evening weekday reception was also much appreciated when it fit our schedule. This hotel was perfect for us as first time visitors, and it's easy to see why its been recognized so much by the industry!
