St. Ermin's Hotel

We stayed for business for 4 days. The reception and common areas were beautiful. The room was quite nice, perfect condition, high ceiling, but not large for the price. The one issue we had was the TV was a dumb TV, and we couldn't access anything except a few British TV channels and even they were slow to work. I couldn't connect my phone. The service was impeccable. Lots of staff, all prompt, thoughtful and dedicated. They made us feel special, giving good advice for local sightseeing and arranging taxis and more for us. This was the highlight for me. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Great English breakfast items and a quality range of other breakfast foods. I was never tempted to eat out for breakfast!

What a great hotel! We chose the hotel due to its location and could not be more happy with our choice. The hotel is charming but the real star is the staff. There are so many to name but I will list just a few. Two of our favorites were the bartenders, Si and Daniel. They always greeted us by name and it was clear their attention to detail was top notch. The evening happy hour was such a nice touch and allowed us to meet other staff as well as guests and hear about their day. As a result we changed our itinerary slightly to take in a museum we didn't know about. What a plus! We had a small issue with construction outside our room however the hotel offered to move us and the Caxton Grill Manager sent a nice bottle of wine to our room for the inconvenience. It was clear that they take every opportunity to provide a great customer experience. We will definitely visit again and would not think of staying anywhere else in London. St. Ermin's is where it is at!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time staying at St Ermin's hotel which is conveniently located walking distance to the subway. We always start our day with a hearty breakfast at the Caxton Grill that offers hot breakfast and some array of pastries and fruits. The staff were friendly and very welcoming that makes you feel at home. Special shout out to Naheed, the manager of Caxton Grill for taking time to speak daily to each guest and makes friendly conversation. He provided us some tips where to visit, what food/s to try, and even sent us a bottle of champagne on the eve of our 25th Wedding Anniversary, such a thoughtful man! Prompt service recovery was provided when the celebration package I ordered was not satisfactory and the hotel waived the fees and provided some decorative candles, heart shaped balloons, and flower petals in our bed! We will definitely come back for another visit and will gladly endorse staying at this hotel.

Best luxury hotel in central London + best for photography + friendly staff + good breakfast, overall good and will visit again!
