Wonderful stay with thoughtful service and great Amenities
I truly appreciated being upgraded to a larger room, it was a very kind gesture. The room was spotless, everything felt new and functioned perfectly, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk staff to those who helped with my luggage, was incredibly kind and attentive. The gym is a bit small, but it has all the necessary equipment. However, it would be even better if it were slightly larger to give people more space while working out. Overall, I’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

My Favorite Hotel – Always a Wonderful Experience
From the moment I entered the lobby I felt at home thanks to the lovely scent and warm atmosphere. The staff is polite and helpful and everything is extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. The buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh options. I came back because of my first amazing experience and it was absolutely worth it again. Truly one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

A staff & property of understated elegance & care!
There is always a immediate feeling I get when entering a new Hotel. From the Entrance, the Lobby & Bar & Restaurant it was the understated elegance that best describes the St. Ermin's feeling. From Check In to Check Out my wife and I felt welcome at this Hotel. Each morning, we were greeted by Nahid Yashin at breakfast, asking of our plans for the day as left to visit the sights and sounds of London. (thank you Nahid, we will not forget you) At then of the day we would never say let's get back to the hotel, it was always "Let's go Home". That is how welcoming it felt to get back and start the evening! I cannot say enough of how we enjoyed our stay and while visual beauty of a Hotel dazzles the eyes, it is the entire staffs' genuine care & kindness that dazzled our hearts. That is the real understated elegance to describe the St. Ermin's feeling we carry.

Beautiful lobby and exterior
The hotel itself is gorgeous and good location. It was nice to come into the clean, beautiful lobby after a long day. However, the bathroom was SO tiny for our double room. I am petite and there wasn’t much room for me in there. The shower barely drained, so it wasn’t pleasant in there. For the price I expected a nicer bathroom
