Peaceful
This was my second stay at St. Ermins. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quiet with quality temperature control. The bar is such a nice place to end the day, and the terrace is lovely for an afternoon drink or sushi. It's a peaceful respite away from the throngs of tourists a few miles away.

Highly recommend! Gorgeous/Location/Service
Our family had a wonderful stay at St. Ermin’s! The service definitely stands out as memorable because all staff were extremely helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous and well cared for. Our rooms were spacious and had great views over the front garden. We enjoyed breakfast at the first floor restaurant. The location is central and made it easy to walk around; it’s a few blocks from St Jame’s park. I’ve already recommended the hotel to multiple friends and we will definitely return the next time we’re in London. A special thanks to Daniella, Frederica, and Steve for their extraordinary service during our stay.

Wonderful hotel in a lovely location with great staff
We spent a week at St. Ermin’s and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the tube and plenty of restaurants. It is a beautiful building, very very well maintained. Our room was perfect for a family of four. We thought the staff at the hotel was top notch. They were friendly and responsive. Our kids loved chatting with them. Our kids also absolutely loved the daily cocktail hour events. They were so fun and unique. They also loved the bee terrace.

Loved being able to come back to the beautiful hotel tucked away on a quiet street after being around crowds all day. Less than 5-minute walk to St. James Park, and walking distance to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Right around the corner from the St. James Park tube station as well. Truly enjoyed the afternoon drinks on the patio out front. Want to give a special shout out to Frank Nzobonimana at the concierge desk who helped my family find great tickets to a musical, arrange our airport transport, and for remembering my children whenever they passed through the lobby. Makes St. Ermin's feel like home.
