great Experience at St Ermins Hotel London
From the time we arrived , we were received well by Mr.Bruno .We walked in for Check - in (Booking under Dr Shanthi Ratnam )and was such a honour to have met Ms Melita D’ Souza @ Front Desk .She made everything so easy and such a pleasant experience. She was so obliging and we felt Reassured. . The Caxton Bar and Grill staffs were great as well . Mr.Amara to name and a few others waitresses. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. wonderful memorable hotel
Wow. This place was really magnificent. The location was perfect, staff was kind and attentive and the little 'touches' in the rooms were so much appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer. We had a lovely time at St Ermin's. Will for sure be back.

A wonderful experience
The St. Ermin's Hotel was a wonderful experience. Located in the heart of London's Parliamentary Area (Westminster), the hotel is a short stroll from landmarks like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abby. It's also close to the Underground for easy travel to other attractions. The hotel has a fascinating history dating back to both World Wars, especially World War II, when Churchill used the property as a planning base. It is said that the British Secret Service was created here. Everyone at the hotel did an outstanding job of making our stay memorable. The rooms are very comfortable, and the linens and bath amenities are very plush. The breakfast buffet was one of the finest we have ever had anywhere. I can't recommend this property enough.

A memorable stay.
St. Ermin's Hotel was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in the Parliamentary area of London (Westminster) and is a short stroll away from Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. Every single person on the staff did a terrific job of ensuring a memorable stay. The rooms were very comfortable, and all of the bedding and bath amenities were very plush. The breakfast buffet is one of the finest we have ever experienced. I can't recommend this hotel enough. The hotel has a fascinating history dating back to both World Wars, but especially World War II. Used by the British Government for war planning, the hotel was a frequent visitor of Churchill.

Highly Recommend St Ermin’s
St Ermin’s was a beautiful hotel. The staff was always present to assist you and had a great attitude. The hotel was in an excellent location and walking distance to many attractions. Every day they had activities including wine tasting and music in the courtyard. I would highly recommend St Ermin’s.
