Perfect hotel that enhances a trip to London
St. Ermin is a beautiful hotel centrally located short walking distances to iconic sites like Buckingham Palace. The staff is very accommodating and helpful & the hotel is impeccably clean. It was so nice to return after a long day of being a tourist. The breakfast buffet has 200 items & the evening wine and canape was an especially nice touch. A special thanks to Bruno who always greeted us with a smile & brief conversation whether we were coming or going

Exceptional Stay in the Perfect London Location
We could not have been happier with our stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel. Check-in was smooth, the staff kindly held our bags while we explored London’s major sites, and the location was perfect within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), and close to Buckingham Palace. We were fortunate to receive a family room upgrade with a newly updated shower. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere and is remarkably well maintained for its age. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and would absolutely return.

Warm relaxed and friendly
The hotel is perfect location for visiting all of the landmarks in central london with a majority within walking distance. The staff make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the front door with warm heart fell smiles in every staff member face and they all went that extra mile in everything they provided for you. The rooms make you feel at home and relaxed and the White Company toiletries are a delight to use. Would highly recommend staying here amd can’t think of any other hotel that comes close for friendliness and a real hike from home. Thank you to everyone.

Exactly as you would expect
What a lovely hotel. Located right in the heart of Parliament Square, walking distance to so many sites we wanted to visit. Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and an excellent breakfast. Definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Excellent hotel- review from a repeat customer
Everything about St. Ermin’s is great! Every member of staff, particularly Aizaz, was friendly, helpful and kind. The food is excellent and the location can’t be beat. The rooms were clean and comfortable. This was my second visit to St. Ermin’s and I intend to stay again when I return to London.
