The BEST hotel in London
I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel where the welcome has been so warm and the service so exemplary. The genuine interest and personal approach shown to every guest by every single member of the St.Ermin’s team is beyond outstanding. And truly something I have never experienced before. This hotel almost makes you feel like you have returned home - albeit to a luxurious and beautifully appointed one! The menu’s are creative and beautifully executed, the bar is moody and magical and the ambience around the hotel is refined yet relaxed. The perfect combination. It was my biggest pleasure to stay here and I truly hope many other people get to enjoy the spectacular service and majestic magic that is St.Ermin’s.

Amazing hotel, brilliant location & impeccable staff!!
I recently stayed here for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel itself is beautiful and the interesting history makes it even more of a gem. Perfect location for sightseeing and close to the underground for travel around London. The hotel couldn’t have been any more spotless and the room was exquisite, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. What made my stay really special was the staff, Frank especially, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfection and were always friendly and happy to help no matter what time of the day or night. I will 100% be coming here again and look forward to my next stay!!

Best birthday weekend
As a birthday treat we chose this hotel and it was the best decision by far. The hotel itself is beautiful and interesting.The service was exceptional from the first greeting by the doormen and check in staff ,the bar tenders amazing cocktails ,the breakfast layout is superb complimented with their own St Ermins honey 🐝🍯. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff were very helpful with anything we required during our stay. The easy access to the underground was perfect making our theatre visit simple ,and just a stroll takes you to many of the cities main attractions.making an ideal day out walking seeing Buckingham palace ,horse guards parade, Westminster all on its doorstep.
