What an amazing hotel ! Staff: The way the staff of St Ermins treats guests should be in an instructional manual for hotel hospitality! At all times, the hotel staff made us feel like we were a pleasure and a joy to have on site. No request is unreasonable, every request is a pleasure for them to fulfill. They don’t just get you what you are asking for — they offer more in response than what you even thought to ask for. And this started before we even left home, with long and thoughtful emails from no less than three different members of the staff, offering us a choice of rooms and so on. They left us delicious treats upon check in, and a bottle of bubbly with cake for our anniversary a few days later, and London-theme coloring books for the kids, and a lovely box of little shampoos to bring home. We had requested an early check in, but upon arrival our room wasn’t available. I was expecting to be told to wait in the lobby…. but no, they handed us the keys to a different room and told us to please go rest and relax in that room until ours was ready!!! It never would have even occurred to us to ask for this! Rooms: We saw and used two rooms, both spotlessly clean, full of useful amenities. Well lit. Very comfortable. The room we were offered to rest in temporarily was quite tiny but very suitable for a single traveller (or couple looking to see the sights, not sit in a hotel room). The actual room we were given was an unusual but larger version of their “family room”. It was huge, with two full bathrooms, including one with a huge shower and huge double sink. Also had doors to close between the main bedroom and the rest of the room - really felt like a large suite. We loved this room. Housekeeping was excellent and turndown service wonderful. (Note: the bathrooms had rain showers only, no detachable or adjustable shower heads or different settings.) Location: It is a 60 second walk from the front door of the hotel to the entrance of St James Park Tube station. And St James Park itself. Maybe 5-7 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey & Big Ben & Westminster tube station etc. Walked easily and quickly to Buckingham Palace. Lots of cafes and restaurants and even a small Whole Foods within 90 seconds walk of the hotel. You can walk to Westminster pier to catch the Uber boat. You really can’t beat this location! Food: Breakfast buffet was very plentiful with lots of stations, hot and cold options, etc. The à la carte breakfast menu is quite reasonable and plentiful. We ate dinner at the bar a few times, we were always too late for dinner in the restaurant. There is a small kids menu. You’re also just a few minutes walk from so many restaurants, cafes, etc. and we ordered UberEats one night and ate in the room. Kids: We saw a lot of families with kids, but we never heard any noise. The kids had a good time doing the scavenger hunt that the hotel provides. The room was great for travelling with kids/teens as we had space and two bathrooms. It felt very quiet and safe. Why are you still sitting there reading this review, go book this hotel fast before it sells out!

Another fabulous stay at the St Ermin Hotel. Visited on a theatre trip with my daughter. The hotel is perfectly located to walk to/ from Covent Garden and the theatre district as well as Piccadilly, St James Park, Buckingham Palace and a wee bit of shipping on Regent Street. Lovely comfortable room, fabulous bed and shower and a coffee machine. Great breakfast and cocktails on the terrace. Lovely relaxed visit thanks everyone.

Very centrally located hotel, just a few steps from the St. James Park tube station. Even though the hotel has a lot of rooms, the service was very good, I never had to wait more than a few seconds for somebody to take care of my requests. Everything was very clean, the room was quiet and had a good size and enough space to put my things away. For all that it offered, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! Room, staff, and service were all top notch. Location is close to key London sites. Also right near St. James underground line which made getting around a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again during my next bust to London.
