Beautiful Hotel
We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. A special thank you to Polina at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. She kindly searched for an available room upgrade and was able to arrange it for the entire duration of our stay. We truly appreciated her exceptional service and attention. We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Quick weekend stay, would stay again
Excellent atmosphere and location (next to St James park and tube station), the food options at the hotel (especially the breakfast) were great, and our kids had an absolute blast, the spy game the hotel set up for kids really got them involved in exploring London in a way I didn't expect.

Our stay at the St Ermin's hotel was great. The staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was very nice and provided a good start to the day.
