My sister and I stayed at St. Ermin’s Hotel, London for six nights in November 2025, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel is absolutely top-notch—excellent customer service, a delicious breakfast, and a charming, historic building that feels truly special. The double double room was a little tight, but I expect that in a European hotel. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The bath was spacious enough. The room also came with a small fridge that was stocked with water and a chocolate snack. The location is perfect: right in central London, just a short walk from Westminster and many historic and iconic sites. It’s also very convenient for transportation, with a tube station and other options just steps away. Despite being so central, the hotel is wonderfully quiet, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Among the staff, a special shout-out to Nihad, who is the epitome of hospitality. He greeted us daily at breakfast. His warmth and leadership clearly shines through the entire team, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. Speaking of breakfast, the choices were ample-something for everyone to like! The afternoon tea was lovely. We loved our stay so much that we’ve already booked to return this coming November—and we couldn’t be happier about it! Highly recommend St. Ermin’s to anyone visiting London.

the week we stayed at the St Ermin’s was immaculate of the many many positives, my top 2 are the awesome people and the fabulous location the F&B team made breakfast our most important stop in the morning. on day 1 of our stay, Waseem the F&B Head personally walked us thru the delectable and wholesome spread, and he checked in on us so many times during our stay a month plus after checking out, i still cant get over the breakfast experience ... the aroma, the ambience and the attentive staff, Edna & Zain were with us most days, Nahid - a guest service maestro with such good vibes and so many good ideas equally Glen at concierge, with helpful information and jokes got us off to so many upbeat outings. we were out much that we didn’t see the housekeeping staff, who made our room a blissful place to come “home” to and the SW1 address, as in the property business … location – within walking radius of top London & Westminster sights : the Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, being so close you can go early or see them at nite or both location – and it’s still in a quiet sanctuary, parks are nearby, lots of green space. the St Ermin’s driveway makes a great postcard/Kodak/Instagram spot location – convenient for getting around, a block away from London Underground, a stroll away from pubs, eateries and shops, even our hop on hop off tour bus had a stop just across the street

I really enjoyed St Erwin’s. Such a convenient location, absolutely stunning lobby, great cocktails, and very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was really nice and we loved every moment of our stay. We will be back.

Yet another wonderful stay at St Ermins. This is our fourth stay at this great London hotel. We have come here as a couple and also with our son. … at his request ! Ideally situated with the luxury touches you’d expect. The staff could not have been more thoughtful, helpful and professional. Looking forward to our next stay already.

A pro’s/cons review: PROS Excellent location: next to many of the major attractions, and right next to St James Park Underground station, which can get you around the rest of London that’s outside your normal walking distance. Very friendly front staff & helpful concierge Excellent breakfast: It was a busy time in the hotel, and the staff did an outstanding job in coordinating the breakfast area. The food was excellent (buffet) and well displayed. The breakfast attendants were very professional. CONS (and both are minor) The room was a little small, but it was fine for 2 of us with a classy layout (we stayed in the Executive Guest Room). The elevator is small, but the building was converted to a hotel in the late Victorian days, so I wasn’t expecting a typical Marriott-type hotel elevator. You just adapt and overcome. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at the St. Ermin’s hotel. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but this is the center of London, and if you wanna play in that area, you gotta pay.
