Our stay at St Ermin’s Hotel over the London Marathon weekend was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and attentiveness truly set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after the excitement of the marathon. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel enjoys a beautifully quiet setting, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep right in the heart of London. Its location is simply unbeatable. Within easy walking distance, we were able to explore some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and the Churchill War Rooms. It made our trip effortless and incredibly enjoyable. We can honestly say we will never look for another hotel in London—St Ermin’s is perfect in every way. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

Had an excellent experience at St Ermin's. I stayed for 6 nights while on a business trip to London, from the moment I arrived I felt welcome and at home. The staff were excellent, the room was small but had everything I needed, the breakfasts were great, and to top it all the location is perfect if you need to be in central London. Plus it's super quiet, you really wouldn't know you're 5 minutes from Westminster Bridge. My only small criticism would be that you can hear hallway traffic quite a bit, however that does quieten down in the evening and caused no issues for me. I would absolutely stay again, in fact I'd regard this as my go-to hotel in central London now.

This hotel was beautiful and in a great location. When I arrived I wasn't feeling well and the staff went way above and beyond to get me the care I needed. I was sorry I didn't have more time in this amazing hotel!

St Ermins is located near the Queens Gate at Saint James Park. To our thinking the best spot in London. The history of the hotel is unique and has the service on all fronts to match. Definitely our go to hotel in London.
