In the planning stages of a long-overdue trip to London with 2 other ladies, came across St. Ermin's on the Marriott website. The location (5 minute walk to Westminster, Parliament and Buckingham Palace) was ideal, and booking on points made the price very nice. Upon arrival the three of us were very impressed with the staff, all multi-lingual and from all over the world, and the genuine hospitality of all personnel. In particular to be commended was Anthony of the Concierge staff, who gave spot on directions to an excellent close-by pub, took care of luggage, and generally upheld the finest traditions of the Marriott corporation. A double queen room with comfortable beds awaited us, in-room coffee/tea, and enough fluffy bath towels for three women. One very pleasant surprise was a complimentary glass of wine and canapés in the lobby at 5:30. Breakfast starting at 6:30am, excellent selection, and eggs to order on request. Highly recommend the St. Ermin's Hotel, Autograph Collection. Beautiful facility, excellent staff, central location.

The property is beautiful. Staff is helpful. Great location within walking distance of many tourist sights. Rooms are small but well appointed. The hotel is currently under some renovations but except for the scaffolding outside we would not have know, no noise that we heard.

We chose it for the location. You can't beat it! It's off the beaten track and is a short walk to many sites: Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and the House of Parliament to name a few. The hotel itself is quaint and is an interesting part of "history". Our room wasn't ready upon our arrival but was always clean and well kept. We upgraded our room and were told we would have a lovely view but when we arrived at our room all we could see was scaffolding. Not sure it was worth the 30 pound upgrade. We asked for help of the Concierge (2 different ones) but did not find that either of them were worthy of their "keys". I would stay again due to the great location.

We loved this hotel. You get the feeling of luxury and service even as you walk to the grand entrance. The service is very friendly and efficient, the rooms as you would expect, are well equipped and modern. The breakfast in the morning has an excellent array of options, either buffet (hot, cold, fruit etc.) or a menu to order from. The bar was pleasant for a nightcap when returning from dinner as well. The hotel is walking distance from St James Park tube station, 10mins from Victoria station and both Green Park, St James Park and Buckingham Palace are only a stroll away. Highly recommended for tourists wanting a great hotel in a central location.

Wonderful stay at the St Ermin's hotel for my wife and I. The location is truly unique, so close (5-10 minutes) to the Houses of Parliament and the other Westminster's landmark buildings. The hotel has been beautifully renovated (the facades are still being cleant) and the interior lobby is magnificent. The staff has been extremely dedicated and caring (accommodating my special requests for the occasion (wedding anniversary) with great attention). This is a great place to stay. Thank you again so much to the staff for the very nice stay we had!
