Exceptional Service with a great location
St. Ermin's was the perfect place for myself and 3 teenagers to stay. Our room had two bathrooms, which was incredible amenitity to have with our 3 teenagers. The location was central within walking distance to so many great spots like Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and more. The staff was always available to help with taxi service or luggage. The restaurant manager, Nihad was exceptional. We needed a suit on very short notice and Nihad was able to locate one for us to borrow. He somehow worked his magic and helped make our trip memorable and stressless. Forever grateful for Nihad, his actions and amazing words of wisdom for my kids. I won't stay anywhere else now when I visit London.

Great location! - Our stay hear with the welcoming service did not disappoint! -
My husband and I recently enjoyed a lovey stay at the St. Ermin. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking and seeing much that London has to offer. It is also close to the underground for getting to sites further away. The hotel is seeped in history and does an excellent job in displaying historical items. It is a welcomed atmosphere as its patios, lobby, common rooms are used by guests. A welcome perk it the extensive, delicious breakfast buffet. We had room 546 which was a suite. I appreciated the extra room and the poppy motif. It would have been improved with a luggage rack. I must commend several of the staff member s who made our stay highly enjoyable: Nahid Yasin at the restaurant and Stellios Michaelides , senior doorman as well as welcoming hostess ( young, blonde with french braided hair) , who always greates us with a smile and started our day off perfectly. I would return to the St Ermin again!

St Ermin's Hotel Review
As an American, the AC worked great. Rooms were on the small side, but we did have a door in between bedroom and sleeper sofa. The hotel is older but beautiful and full of Churchill history. Hotel offered wine hour every afternoon and even had dancers. Centrally located. Would stay here again.

Not happy with hotel extra charges nightly. Not right for what we got!!
Not happy with St Ermin's Hotel after they gave us a price over phone for room & then charged more nightly for 2 uncomfortable cots in room for our kids. It was supposed to be a nice family vacation & then they overcharged us big time. Very upsetting!! Also, the breakfast was not great & we got sick on the food, eggs not cooked properly!! Please refund $$ as due!! Thank you.
