Best bellman
St. Ermin’s Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—close to so many of London’s top attractions while still feeling peaceful and elegant. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome that immediately made us feel at home. The hotel has a charming, inviting atmosphere that blends historic character with modern comfort. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to make our visit memorable. Their outstanding hospitality made all the difference. I would highly recommend St. Ermin’s Hotel to anyone visiting London and would happily stay here again!

Amazing Stay at St. Ermin’s
I stayed at St. Ermin’s with my spouse for 9 days while visiting London. Upon arrival, the staff went above and beyond with welcoming us to the hotel and making us feel at home. It was so refreshing to go back to our hotel after a day full of site seeing. The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Staying at this hotel was one of the best parts of the trip and it quickly felt like home. I already miss the smell of the lobby and the kindness of the staff.

Great hotel in a perfect location
I had a wonderful stay at the St Ermin's Hotel in London recently. The service was outstanding, from the Front Desk (whose kind staff - thank you, Denisa!) worked rapidly to accommodate early check-in during a very busy week for the hotel, to the Housekeeping, Concierge, and restaurant staff. Could not have asked for more attentive and helpful staff. And a lovely hotel to boot.

A magical stay
My husband and I had a magical stay at 100 Princes for our anniversary! The staff went above and beyond to assist us and ensure we were enjoying our stay. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and the food was amazing. We had the afternoon tea and it was delicious! The location was perfect for walking to the old city or the new city. We hope to stay again next time we visit!
