St. Ermin's Hotel

Our return trip to St. Ermin’s was as fabulous as our first visit, maybe better! From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. Danae at the front desk is so kind and helpful. The terrace bar is such a treat! The hotel has a quiet, relaxing vibe but is in a perfect location close to so many things. Our room was very clean and comfortable. They sent a little birthday cake and kind note to our room for my birthday- so thoughtful! We can’t wait to visit again!

As a longtime time Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member and Vacation Club owner, we had an exceptional experience at the St. Ermin's hotel in London. Our first visit to London, we were seeking a centrally located hotel to visit London's icon history and experience. Every staff member at the St. Ermin's was friendly and always willing to help and provide valuable advice on navigating the restaurant choices and getting to our tours and events on time. The concierge team was always responsive in getting a taxi when needed and guiding us on walks to the Thames and sites in Westminster. Had breakfast each morning and its buffet did not disappoint. Would highly recommend St. Ermin's to anyone who wanted a reliable hotel in London.

We stayed at St. Ermins for a short stay in London. The staff was phenomenal in every respect. Shout out to Archie who was the most respectful young man I've met in awhile. Whenever we saw him he had a smile on his face. He also recommended several local pubs for us to try. Thanks Archie. The hotel has alot of history behind it and is very classically decorated. It felt like home from the minute we got there. There are events on the front porch (yes, they have a large front porch) pretty regularly that draw guests out to socialize. Once again, it felt like home. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast. The buffet was beautifully laid out and had more food than you could imagine. Again, the service was great. The location couldn't have been better. There was a Starbucks around the corner, Westminster Abbey about 3 blocks away, Big Ben and the Thames River alittle past that. In the other direction Buckingham Palace was a short walk. We did the Hop On Hop Off bus tour and the one of the bus stops was 1 block away. All in all our 3 days at the St. Ermins exceeded our expectations and we will be returning for a longer stay in London. Of course we'll be staying at the St. Ermins.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating. A special thank you to Polina at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. She kindly searched for an available room upgrade and was able to arrange it for the entire duration of our stay. We truly appreciated her exceptional service and attention. We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
