Cannot fault this hotel at all. Brilliantly located. Delightful staff. Immaculate rooms. Nicely located bar and terrace. Didn't eat there due to the well located restaurants nearby. The Bee hotel within is brilliant. Everything very clean and lovely. Breakfast was also a highlight - such a good selection!

In all my travels, this is only the 2nd time I have given 5 stars. I can find nothing to be critical of. The staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms nice and well appointed, and the location is outstanding. Short walk to Buckingham Palace or Westminster. The St. James's tube stop is just around the corner, as are three pubs.. In every way, just a pleasant experience.

Great hotel and very pleasant staff. Steps away from metro station and a few blocks from Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Great location. I really enjoyed the visit with my family in June. There is starbucks right before you hit the metro station.

I can only echo what eveyone else has said. Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. The location is wonderful. Very easy walking distance to the Palace, Big Ben, Wesriminster Abbey, St. James Park, and the tube for anything else. The food was quite good and reasonable for London. After reading the other reviews we were prepared for very small rooms, but they were nowhere near as small as we expected, definitely large enough for our needs. We loved sitting out on the front porch in the beautiful courtyard upon returning from a day of siteseeing.

We have stayed several times at St Ermins and love this hotel. It is the perfect location on a quiet street near all the historic sights. It is an old hotel but Marriott has done a wonderful job renovating the property.. It would be nice if guest could get in the room a little earlier after coming off an all night flight .My only negative comment and this is for ALL hotel...I wonder why hotels put uncomfortable sofas in a room instead of a comfortable chair and bath tubs which are very dangerous.
