It is an absolute gem. It is central, yet not in the most crowded or touristic area. The restaurant is very good and the bar area very relaxing. The terrace is perfect for branches. The rooms are comfortable and the stuff very pleasant. There us a gym, which is often very quiet. The place us perfect for any kind of leisure. It looks very charming and unbelievably beautiful from both outside and inside.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in anywhere we have traveled. The room was great, a tad small, but otherwise great. We loved the fact that it had 2 bathrooms! The food on the breakfast buffet was delicious and I felt a large variety of food was offered although I enjoyed the eggs and Canadian bacon the most! The beds were more that comfortable and my husband was actually able to fit on the bed as he is well over 6' tall! The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff very knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly. I loved the location. It was within walking distance of many sites as well as the Tube and Starbucks, my girls' favorite! Would love to stay here again sometime! My only issue is upon checkout. We were charged a NO Show fee even after I called several days earlier to correct our check-in date and was assured that it had been corrected and sent a corrected confirmation email. I even called and spoke to a clerk directly 3 days before our trip began. We checked in as soon as we arrived and were told that all was fine. When we checked out my husband was furious when he saw the NO SHOW fee had been charged anyway. I was told that there were 2 confirmations and that we missed our original check in time instead of the corrected date. I have since emailed the hotel and as of today, have not had any response. I hope that the general manager sees this review and will contact me somehow. I tried to find a way to contact him directly but was unable. This is a wonderful hotel and despite this glitch, I would recommend it and would love to stay again sometime in the future, if I can get my husband to go back!

Beautiful hotel with old but elegant ambiance. The breakfast buffet was part of our package. Exquisite choices and service It's very near The Underground. We did the night walk at The Tower of London and other holiday walking. It's our first visit to an "Autograph Collection" hotel.

The staff is top notch. The rooms are nice. The bed I had was very comfy. Had 1 meal, room service, the staff was wonderful, brought me ice, which I hadn't asked for. Had 1 meal in the bar, great service, food was very good. The building is lovely.

What an amazing experience. I visited this hotel with a very good friend and was a bit skeptical since it was so much cheaper than the other hotels in the area. Since it was close to all of the main things we wanted to see we decided to take a chance. We booked a junior suite which was huge. The bed linens on the Kind bed were amazing the pull out couch in the living room was so comfortable and well made we could not believe it was not a bed itself. the bathrooms are modern and spacious with full size products in the showers which is always a nice touch. WiFi was super fast (free since we booked on and the concierge was so incredibly helpful. they gave us great dining tips, directions and assisted us with a seamless trip to Windsor (we never would have gotten there on our own) We had free breakfast with our stay (I am not sure if breakfast is included with all rates). The breakfast buffet was amazing, eggs, toast pasties, etx (anything you can imagine). There is also an a la carte menu but we were fine with the buffet. The bar in the hotel lovely and offer amazing specialty cocktails. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in London and this place just feels like home. I cannot wait to come again. Thank you!
