St. Ermin's Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel! It’s a beautiful historic property with so much character, elegant rooms, and incredibly plush, luxurious towels that you normally only find at the very best five-star hotels. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Daniela, who took such wonderful care of us and helped make our stay even more memorable. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The terrace is a fantastic place to relax with a cocktail overlooking the beautiful garden, and we loved the unique touch of the hotel making its own gin using herbs grown right on the property. We stayed for four nights and truly wished we could have stayed longer. The location is also fantastic, an easy walk to Big Ben and the London Eye, with a great pub just half a block away. And surprisingly, the hotel also served some of the best fish and chips we had in London! St. Ermin’s exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A stay at the St. Ermin's is more than a mere hotel stay. It's downright experiential. From the elegant lobby to the delicious meal offerings to the hotel's fascinating history, it's unlike any hotel we've visited. The staff is sublime. Paulina at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile every day, making us feel like we were old friends she was thrilled to see again. Carlos gave us a fascinating one-on-one tour, transferring his own passion for St. Ermin's to us. Amite was the consummate concierge, eager to help in every way possible and offering wonderful recommendations. And Temesghen gets the Hero of Our Visit Award. I received an email in the middle of the night that our train north for a once-in-a-lifetime visit to the Bronte Parsonage had been cancelled. I ran down to the lobby at 6 a.m. in a panic. Temesghen told me the concierge didn't officially come on duty until 7:30, so he jumped in to pinch-hit as concierge and absolutely saved the day. He had the idea to put us on a bus north and booked it for us. Thanks to him, I got to experience the #1 item on my bucket list, and I will be eternally grateful.

Beautiful old hotel, warm welcoming vibe! Nice touch to have wine, snacks and performances on the veranda in the evenings which allow guests a chance to meet. Great walkable location for seeing the royal sites and enjoying London. Highly recommend.

St. Ermin’s is such a beautiful hotel with impeccable service and in close proximity to so much! The staff all went above and beyond to make sure any needs were met. The lobby is stunning and their signature scent that pumps through the airways is amazing! Their breakfast buffet is top notch as were all of the cocktails we had at the bar and terrace. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit London!

This was a beautiful hotel in a perfect location! It was perfectly situated between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. The staff was excellent and the rooms were nicely appointed. It's really stunning when you walk in and has a really cool history. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet too!
