Great Location for Tourists!
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. This was our second time staying there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is massive. I especially liked the hotel's fresh honey from their own apiary!

Perfectly situated!
We had a great experience here within easy walking distance to so many sites. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and the bar was a fun retreat after touring all day. Breakfast buffet is plentiful.

The Only Place to Stay in London
St. Ermin’s is truly one of the best hotels in the Autograph portfolio. From the moment I arrived, the staff worked tirelessly to make me feel comfortable. I was in London for a wedding. While the wedding party and most of the guests stayed elsewhere, I was happy I chose The St. Ermin’s although it was across town from the wedding events. The concierge desk is staffed by true pros. Gary and Jose, along with a younger gentleman whose name I don’t know helped me with may questions. Stelios actually walked my luggage with me to Mailboxes etc to ship. I had in room breakfast this trip. It arrived within min of my phoning to order. The housekeeping staff is efficient and friendly. The entire staff works as a team and it shows in how well this hotel succeeds at making everyone feel welcome. It starts at the top. Denisa in reception oversees a very busy and active reception desk. Even being so busy the staff is pleasant. St. Ermin’s is my happy place.

An outstanding stay!
We had an excellent week long stay at St. Ermin's Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and has an outstanding and attentive staff. Zain in guest relations was particularly helpful with any questions we had, and followed up daily with us regarding our visit. The hotel is conveniently located in Central London within walking distance to Westminster Cathedral, Parliament and Buckingham Palace. It is also a block from the St. James Park Underground station. Our rooms were spacious and the housekeeping and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. Complimentary wine was offered each evening in the lobby and was a great way to meet other guests. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium level member and stay regularly at Marriott properties for work and personal travel. St Ermin's is exceptional. My family and I highly recommend it. We plan to return again.
