St. Ermin's Hotel

The hotel was beautiful with a fabulous location. It has historic resonance and kind staff. When I got home and realized I had lost my kindle, they found it and mailed it for a very modest fee.

A wonderful, charming hotel in the heart of London. Less than a 10 minute walk to Buckingham palace with a tube station on the corner. Many coffee shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable,, with excellent beds, pillows and duvets. We slept well. Nice touch-they have Dyson clone hair dryers in each room, much appreciated by my wife. Nice pub on the premises. We felt welcomed every time we left and returned to our room. We will stay at St. Ermin's during our next trip to London.

This is the second time staying at the St. Ermin's Hotel and there is a reason I will continue to return when I am in London. The hotel and property are simply lovely from the gardens at the entrance to the lobby with so many charming seating areas guests may visit, unwind, and relax, to the spectacular staircase leading up to the afternoon tea room and more seating areas, to the bee garden! The rooms are comfortable and unique and the hotel is well located close to many restaurants, attractions, etc. However you feel like you are in a tucked in oasis! The real heart of the St. Ermin's are the Concierge and Doormen staff, they are the first people you encounter and the people who will make your visit special. A kind word, a wonderful suggestion, they go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome and special! Can't wait for my next trip to the very special St. Ermin's hotel!

The staff at St Ermin’s is the best I have ever had and I have travelled many places in the finest hotels. They are not only good at it , they genuinely enjoy doing it! The hotel is welll managed. Multiple concierges and desk attendants at alll times. Good location, historic building with clean and well maintained rooms. Highly recommended!!

The We have stayed in European hotels for more than 50 years, starting with hostels on 5$ per day and a chicken coop on Santorini then slowly moving to better hotels until we could finally could afford 5 star accommodations, such as, the St. Regis in Rome and the Pulitzer in Amsterdam. St. Ermin’s takes a back seat to none of them. The staff at St. Ermin’s is amazing. They are genuinely happy that you are here and delighted to help you with any request. Great breakfasts, good dinners, 24 hour concierge staff, St. Ermin’s doesn’t miss a trick. And the location would be hard to beat. The “Tube” is next door, and Big Ben an easy 10 minute walk. A great place to stay during a London visit!
