St. Ermin's Hotel

Just wanted to give my thanks to everyone here at this hotel, especially Amit and Gary, the concierges. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that a suitcase that was supposed to have been picked up by FedEx got delivered to them and finally was able to make it back home to us!! It was a very stressful situation and they really helped us so much. In addition, the hotel is BEAUTIFUL and all of the staff were lovely and so helpful. Wish we were there more than 2 nights!

Incredible hotel! Staff was very accommodating and kid. Rooms are fantastic! Breakfast is top notch. Next London trip we will be staying at St Ermin’s!

Oh my goodness, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and at every turn. I just can’t say enough about the spectacular experience! Our rooms were impeccable and they anticipated exactly what we would we need in each room to accommodate our family - one room had a very comfortable extra bed that was perfect for the 7 year old, and the other room had a crib and even a baby bathtub! The breakfast each morning had an incredible array of wonderful food, including our eggs cooked to order. The location was perfect in every way — easy access to the underground and wonderful shops & restaurants nearby. Every single staff member of the hotel was very kind, very friendly and extremely helpful! We cannot wait to come back!!

St Ermin's is a wonderful hotel, full of personality with the most friendly, professional staff that make you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble, although you probably won't need anything over and above what is already provided. The whole hotel is welcoming, clean and very tasteful. The experience starts when you turn the corner and see this beautiful hotel with a plant filled driveway/entrance that you walk up an unexpected pleasure from the tall buildings of central London. The floral displays in the reception are are designed and influenced by what's happening at the time in the city. They truly are wonderful. Breakfast is a must, the array of delicious hot and cold food options that are available is vast. You must try the delicious honey produced by the hotel bees. You can visit the hives on the 3rd floor. There is a wine hour daily, where you are entertained by various groups, enjoy some wine and mingle with other guests. You may even try your hand at Morris Dancing, all good fun. The terrace bar was a welcome spot to enjoy a glass of wine and stop for a minute from the hustle and bustle of life. Excellent hotel and staff at St Ermins, London. Aside from the outstanding facilities and location, the friendly attentiveness of the management and staff to every detail completed the package for a great getaway. A little hiccup with a room key was quickly resolved. Thanks to Roberta Vilomir, Halid, Eddie, Bruno, Ricky and everyone else. Excellent housekeeping and left a note of appreciation for them. Definitely 5 star level of service, atmosphere and amenities.
