St. Ermin's Hotel

From the moment of check in, we had a fabulous experience. The hotel is charming - perfect location but on a quiet street out of the hustle and bustle. We loved our room - well appointed and comfortable, the Caxon Bar was lovely and the service was impeccable at every turn. Will absolutely return!

This hotel makes you feel at home. Everyone from getting out of the taxi, checking in, beverage in library area, a meal @ Caxton (restaurant, bar), housekeeping & turndown service...all were friendly. Since I was traveling alone, I took advantage of complimentary wine hour a few nights, and had the pleasure of speaking with others. If I return to London, this is my hotel of choice.

Spent a few days here recently and honestly enjoyed every moment 😍 The hotel exceeded my expectations — clean rooms, attentive staff, and a very relaxing environment 🌅 Would recommend to friends.

St. Ermin is a beautiful hotel centrally located short walking distances to iconic sites like Buckingham Palace. The staff is very accommodating and helpful & the hotel is impeccably clean. It was so nice to return after a long day of being a tourist. The breakfast buffet has 200 items & the evening wine and canape was an especially nice touch. We could not have been happier with our stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel. Check-in was smooth, the staff kindly held our bags while we explored London’s major sites, and the location was perfect within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), and close to Buckingham Palace. We were fortunate to receive a family room upgrade with a newly updated shower. The hotel has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere and is remarkably well maintained for its age. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and would absolutely return.
