Exceptional - 5 stars
St. Ermin's Hotel is an incredible spot to call home for your time in London. We have gone repeatedly over the years as it is now our home away from home. The entire staff are extremely customer focused with an exceptional level of service in all areas from staff at front desk, concierge, bar and restaurants as well as the attendants caring for our room. The location is perfect to easily access all things to do and see in London. If you get a chance, try High Tea and dinner at the Caxton Grill as well as pre/post dinner drinks in the Bar area. Highly recommend as we have never been disappointed.

Excellent evry time
I have used St Ermin's Hotel for several business events and everytime they have exceeded expectations! The most recent event was one that turned from a half day event, with a buffet lunch, to a sit down 3 course lunch for a selected group of our clients. Nothing was too much trouble and, as always, the service was fantastic. Every team member I have dealt with is polite and accomodating, especially when things quickly change. The food is amazing and we have only had good feedback from our clients regarding this. If you have an event coming up and are looking for somewhere then I can't praise St Ermin's and their staff highy enough.

Perfection - as pretty as the pictures
Perfection! Such a perfect location - close to all the tourist spots, Hop On Hop Off Big Bus, great neighborhood restaurants. Friendly staff. Beautiful exterior. Charming interior. Happy hour wine and petit fours. Suite was relatively clean; serviced daily. Elegant furnishings. Would stay there again (and probably will). Stayed at 3 different London hotels this trip (Apr-May 2026) and this one was the best. Very knowledgeable concierges.
