Do Not buy any vouchers

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 23 hours ago

We had stayed at the hotel and bought food and beverage vouchers and unfortunately we had one of our aunt passed away and we were unable to use the £80 voucher which the hotel refused to refund. Talked to the manager Akshay Bhatia who was not helpful at all. For early Chek in as Marriott platinum member we were asked to pay £120- to check-in ard 11-12 Also make sure the type of bed you reserve

Amazing location, amazing service, & amazing food

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 23 hours ago

I spent one night at St Ermin's in January with a friend. The interior is beautiful, and I loved reading about the historical background, showcased through the art through the hotel. The service was amazing and the room was immaculate. The dinner and breakfast at Caxton Restaurant were exceptional. I will definitely be visiting again!

Felt at home.

Our recent stay at St. Ermin's Hotel, Autograph Collection was absolutely exceptional from start to finish — truly a five-star experience. Location: Perfectly located in central London, close to major attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and refined. Atmosphere: The hotel strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and at home. The décor is stunning and creates a luxurious yet comfortable environment. Rooms: We were very pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it was immaculate throughout. Value: Outstanding value, especially with the generous complimentary upgrade. The level of service and quality far exceeded expectations. Cleanliness: Spotless in every area of the hotel. Housekeeping maintains the highest standards. Noise Level: Despite the central location, the hotel was wonderfully quiet. We enjoyed peaceful nights and restful sleep. Service: The service is what truly makes this hotel stand out. Every team member we encountered made us feel welcomed from check-in to departure. A special mention to Kim from the Breakfast team — she was amazing and a great asset to your team. Her friendliness and attentiveness really enhanced our mornings. Amenities: Excellent amenities that added to the comfort and overall experience of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable visit. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Classic Elegance, Coolest Pedigree

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

This is classic, old-money elegance. No oligarchs or demi-royalty parading about - just nice, sophisticated people. Staff is extraordinarily courteous and professional. Shabazz at Concierge is The Man. How can you NOT feel cool in a place that was the HQ of the SOE in WW2? Even got to bump into some serious power people (think Davos-level) late one evening in the bar. Can't wait to get another chance to stay and hang out there and feel like you're in a 007 flick.
