Incredible Service
We went with our family last week during Thanksgiving Nov 2025 and stayed 6 nights at the St Ermin's hotel. The service overall our entire time there was fantastic! I want to especially acknowledge Federica who is the Duty Manager there and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, they upgraded our family to a huge, beautiful suite (yay!), however it was super cold in the room and after several attempts, the heat was not working in the suite (boo!). However, she was able to move us to a higher floor and secure two rooms for our family. While not at big as the original suite, she made sure we were comfortable and good with the rooms and since it was two rooms, it did give our family a chance to spread out especially staying there for 6 nights. She also threw in a couple of amenities to make things 'right' which I greatly appreciated. All-in-all, we had a great time in London and would not hesitate to stay at St Ermin's again especially when the service is this impeccable.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and great service. As a plus, the breakfast is definitely worth it, huge variety and amazing quality!

Amazing Place

Great Hotel in Heart of London
Great location, luxurious rooms, and wonderful staff. The hotel bar is fun and lively. We were able to walk to most places so very convenient. Also prices are reasonable for location.

Very nice hotel, excellent location in central London, all staff very kind and helpful, great breakfast and cool drinks in the evening. Will come back for a third time now.
