Amazing stay!
St. Ermin’s was an amazing hotel with some of the best service and staff. Nahid helped bring the energy in the AM and Daniel at the Caxton bar made us feel welcome. Great location.

Excellent hotel
Spyridon R. Greece August 2026 This is our first time staying at this hotel in London. I consider it to be an excellent hotel that has a very good price/product/service/location ratio. I would like to emphasize the feeling it gives you, as if you were in a mansion with a large garden at the entrance. From the first moment we were served by Mr. Velimir at the Reception, he is polite and very good at his job. I also met Mr. Stelios Misailidis, at the reception, a kind Cypriot who serves all customers and takes care of every detail. I learned that the general manager Mr. Douglas has created a team and a structure to upgrade the hotel and the services. The result is excellent! I was impressed by the kindness of all the staff and their good mood. I would like to note the order, cleanliness, quietness and nice atmosphere. However, I noticed two major shortcomings in the room we stayed in, it does not have a shower and the small magnifying mirror to make shaving easier is missing. Finally, I think the establishment of the Summer entertainment event is an excellent idea, it has an interesting different program every day. Soon, we will come back to this hotel.

Visit
The hotel was fabulous; Great location and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with one notable exception…the croissants always seemed a day old. The staff was excellent, attentive and knowledgeable. I’ve experienced this several times in other hotels…the shower didn’t drain well. It would be nice if that could be fixed. We will be back to St Ermins. London is a wonderful place and requires numerous visits.
