St. Ermin's Hotel

Wonderful hotel located in a quiet neighborhood but in the heart of Westminster. with an underground stop a block away. Service is wonderful and staff provides impeccable level of assistance. Rooms are nice and spacious.Breakfast buffet is the great and continually refreshed. Happy Hour at 5PM allows folks a glass of wine and the ability to mingle or ask questions. Bar serves yummy drinks and is always lively. I have stayed in a lot of Marriotts-St. Ermin's stands out for service. Nahid, the Guest Relations Director couldn't have been more helpful with directions and must sees! Definitely will return!

St. Ermin's is a beautiful property with staff who go above and beyond. I said to my husband multiple times that I had never encountered a friendlier hotel staff! Every time we would interact with someone I'd think they couldn't be any friendlier...then we'd interact with another staff member and they would be! Their staff is truly above and beyond. They are the best part of the hotel. The property is beautiful. Our room was always well attended to..plenty of room, waters refreshed daily, all special requests accommodated. Onsite bar and restaurant options are wonderful. Wine happy hour on weekdays. The daily breakfast was perfect with a huge variety of options. We loved that the hotel was set back in a little alcove. It was also less than a 3 minute walk from a tube station and very close to many sightseeing options. Would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel is a hidden gem from its history, elegance, location, architecture, comfort, and impeccable staff. I travel, and travel well. . . This is in my top 3 hotel stays of all time globally. I was absolutely blown away with pleasure.

Our first visit to London was materially enhanced by staying at St. Ermin's. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful, particularly Khushma Chandarana on our arrival and Aizaz on our departure. The hotel building is beautiful and well-appointed. The hotel's location affords ready access to nearby significant sites, e.g., Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and Westminster Abbey, and to transportation. And the well-equipped fitness center with a recumbent bike was much appreciated. Thank you.

I had a very good stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel. The building is beautiful and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the bed was really nice to sleep in. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect - close to many places I wanted to visit. Breakfast was tasty, and I enjoyed sitting in the lovely hotel courtyard. Overall, I felt relaxed and happy during my stay. I would gladly come back to St. Ermin’s Hotel again.
