The St. Ermin's Hotel was a wonderful experience. Located in the heart of London's Parliamentary Area (Westminster), the hotel is a short stroll from landmarks like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abby. It's also close to the Underground for easy travel to other attractions. The hotel has a fascinating history dating back to both World Wars, especially World War II, when Churchill used the property as a planning base. It is said that the British Secret Service was created here. Everyone at the hotel did an outstanding job of making our stay memorable. The rooms are very comfortable, and the linens and bath amenities are very plush. The breakfast buffet was one of the finest we have ever had anywhere. I can't recommend this property enough.

St Ermin’s was a beautiful hotel. The staff was always present to assist you and had a great attitude. The hotel was in an excellent location and walking distance to many attractions. Every day they had activities including wine tasting and music in the courtyard. I would highly recommend St Ermin’s.

Lovely classy old world style hotel near Westminster Abbey We were greeted by by lovely check in staff and got our room promptly Were given a complimentary glass of whit wine which was very welcome after 2 days of stressful travel disruptions trying to get into Heathrow (with air traffic control issues) The room was cute Bed super comfortable and room very clean My only beef was that their was no fan in the bathroom vent bad smells The entire room stunk after anyone did a Pooh Yuck If you opened the window that overlooked the courtyard you got everyone’s cigarette smoke in your room The breakfast was good but a lengthy wait for a table

Top notch stay in this hidden oasis of tranquility in the middle of Westminster hustle. All the staff truly caring and helpful from the moment we arrived till the minute of depature. Both checkin and checkout were quick and smooth. Beautifully restored historic building with lush greenery lining the driveway. Our 2 bed, 2 bath family room was spacious, well equipped, with efficient temperature control, clean and very quiet to guarantee a good night sleep. Fresh water taps are available around the hotel to fill your bottles. For those travelling with your dog- pets are also very welcome, Christchurch Gardens conveniently across Caxton street and St James Park just 5 minutes walk away. Tried a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner at Caxton Grill, all were commendable. Location wise very convenient, in short walking distance to many major landmarks and St James Park tube station just around the corner. Although on the pricier side, it is good value for the money and will definately return to this hotel on next visits to London.
