The St. Ermin’s is a gem. From the moment you walk up and see the beautiful building, to the gorgeous lobby, and the wonderful staff, you will know if you are in the right place. Our trip was early January, so we got to see the Christmas decorations still up… They were taking them down while we were there. They were absolutely beautiful. My family did the high tea in the afternoon and that was amazing. You get so much food (& tea) for the money and they have options for gluten-free, vegetarian, and more. There is so much history in this hotel, it’s nice to just walk around and take in all it has to offer. We are Bonvoy platinum and got the buffet breakfast in the restaurant for free. It is an amazing buffet. I would pay even if you’re not platinum because it was so worth it. Loads of options for gluten-free, hot foods, fresh honey from their bees, fresh pressed peanut butter, smoothies, and much more. Our room was small, but well appointed. Nespresso machine, electric tea kettle, tea & coffee, hairdryer, comfy beds, robes. It is also in a great location. Walkable to many areas to see the beautiful sites of London. There’s great restaurants and pubs nearby. I would definitely recommend this beautiful resort .

We had a wonderful time, we were there only one night on a birthday trip but we were given a handwritten birthday letter, a cake, and a bottle of Cremant de Loire, one of our favorite wines! The room was very nice, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating. Also excellent location to easily walk around or take public transportation.

We were just looking for a short break at a nice hotel where we could stay inside and relax out of the forecast unpleasant weather. Boy did St. Ermin’s exceed our expectations! From the warm reception into the beautiful lobby, the attentive service by every member of the staff during our stay, to the friendly “Thank you for staying with us” upon our departure, it couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Special notice must be given to Stefano the bar manager who on several occasions was more than warm and attentive and to Bruno our breakfast waiter who made sure everything was proper. It was a pleasure to meet these gentlemen who both gave outstanding service. St. Ermin’s is a beautiful hotel with wonderfully attentive staff.

Love this hotel, our favourite in London especially during the Christmas festive period as it is done so well here. Despite the entry level rooms being small, fairly basic, they are very comfortable in almost every way... bed, linens, bathroom amenities, Nespresso and generous milk, tea etc. I always request a high floor light bright room which they kindly take care of. This year, they thought they were giving us a nice view overlooking the courtyard but unfortunately not only was it tiny, in a corner (we're only here one night) and noisy (must be next to housekeeping), but it really should be sold only for single use. Mainly because there is no space for a bedside table/ light /socket on one side of the bed. When I called down, they brought a small table which just about fitted (though no light possible of course). They did offer to change our room but we were settled by then. Staff are great, very welcoming homely atmosphere, love the wine o'clock (always enjoy chatting to other guests), nice bar with attentive staff too. We'll still return, just not to room 617.

This is a hidden gem of London- the hotel is just stunning and the staff is beyond amazing - from Carlos at Reception who truly welcomed us and made sure we were taken care of and happy to Nahid who is just an exceptional manager- food and hospitality elite. If you are visiting London this hotel is a MUST- location, accommodations, staff and service is just TOP Notch. Hotel is so beautiful and can’t wait to go back. Ty St Ermin’s for making our stay magical.
