Good home base.
Good home base. Gorgeous lobby, beautiful entrance and the breakfast was a 15 out of 10. Seriously awesome breakfast. Food in the restaurant also very good. Even though we paid for a room for four, it was rather tiny. I would recommend for a family of four to get two rooms in order to have a “American“ style and standard of comfort. Location is top-notch walkable and close to Big Ben, the eye, the park and royal sights as well as easy access to the tube and plentiful Ubers. All in all, stay for the location. Overall experience is good, short of great.

Easter Weekend Get Away
A great hotel which met all our needs, nice big room(by London hotel standards) , breakfast included, all staff friendly and efficient , and a good location with underground station and bus routes 5 minutes walk away. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel
Location was perfect for us as first time visitors to London. Made it so easy for us to see the changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace without getting up even earlier. Rooms were clean. My daughter loved the rainfall shower head. Loved seeing the history of the hotel. Staff was so friendly.
