Reviews for St. Ermin's Hotel

St. Ermin’s continues as our absolute favorite hotel.

St. Ermin’s continues as our absolute favorite hotel. The location is unbeatable for Central London. The hotel is beautiful. That doesn’t begin to explain what is so great about the hotel. It offers a truly unique immersive experience of modern British society and sensibilities at their best. The building is a glorious bit of history that also feels fully modern and ecologically thoughtful without sacrificing the quirks and amusements that make an historic building special. It is a gem surroundimng a lushly planted entry courtyard that is set away in the heart of Westminster while maintaining the feel of an oasis. Neither the building nor the gardens nor the location would put this in a favorite category without the wonderful staff. Having visited St. Ermin’s over the years we have been delighted to see top caliber people year after year. Stelios is an almost magical presence keeping the flow of guests flowing smoothly on their way, either coming or going. Nahid is an unparalleled asset to the hotel as he launches guests on their way during breakfast service. With his warm, smiling presence and both attention and assistance to each person, we always have a great start to the day at St. Ermin’s. Rita attends to dinner and tea service with such a professional and caring touch. Each of these people make our journey there special. This trip we had particular help from Glenno from the concierge desk, Gracie and Quiara during breakfast service, and both Alex and Sai from the Caxton bar. There are also dozens more employees who are also working to make a guest feel graciously welcomed and cared for. Although the housekeeping team is invisible to us, their work is also simply outstanding. Such consistency of performance and such obvious care is clearly noticeable and much appreciated.

St. Ermin’s the adventure of elegance

St. Ermin’s is so much more than a hotel! It is truly an experience. From the wonderful staff who warmly greet you at the door, to the cozy spaces to gather, to the fascinating WWII history and even floor 3 beehives! It is warm and inviting and perfectly located for a London visit!

Wonderful hotel

This is such a wonderful hotel to stay in, and the staff make every very personal and welcoming. A special shout of thanks has to go out to Ariane Laitz Ribeiro who really went the extra mile. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of St James's Park tube station. Nearby is the park, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. As I have recently had a replacement hip, I can confirm they are all within comfortable walking distance. Take the time to explore the hotel and learn about it's history which is fascinating. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The shower gels/shampoo are lovely. If you walk up to St James's Park, make sur to lookout for the local pelicans flying around! Certainly not something I was expecting to see, The only downside...we could only stay one night, but hope to be back!

Wonderful Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel St. Ermin’s in London. I really loved the hotel! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome right away. The location is perfect – many attractions, restaurants, and public transport options are very close and easy to reach on foot. This made it very easy for me to explore London in a relaxed way. The hotel itself is also very beautiful, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Overall, my stay was fantastic and I would happily stay here again anytime.
