Exceptional Service and Heartfelt Hospitality
My husband and I had an enjoyable time staying at St Ermin's hotel which is conveniently located walking distance to the subway. We always start our day with a hearty breakfast at the Caxton Grill that offers hot breakfast and some array of pastries and fruits. The staff were friendly and very welcoming that makes you feel at home. Special shout out to Naheed, the manager of Caxton Grill for taking time to speak daily to each guest and makes friendly conversation. He provided us some tips where to visit, what food/s to try, and even sent us a bottle of champagne on the eve of our 25th Wedding Anniversary, such a thoughtful man! Prompt service recovery was provided when the celebration package I ordered was not satisfactory and the hotel waived the fees and provided some decorative candles, heart shaped balloons, and flower petals in our bed! We will definitely come back for another visit and will gladly endorse staying at this hotel.

Home away from home
The St. Ermin’s in London is our home away from home. We love the location, the hotel with its legacy, the staff at each single department: from the Reception (Shanoor is such a great asset!) to the Breakfast (Winnie is just great!) / dining outlet without missing the housekeeping which provide you with super clean rooms. We have been staying at the St. Ermin’s for more than a decade. It really became our home away from home when in London (at least twice a year). Amazing Experience
Best hotel experience ever. We wanted an authentic London feeling place to stay that was also close enough to all the attractions. The hotel was immaculate, rich in history and the service was fantastic. Nahid spent 10 minutes with me over breakfast giving me the local recommendations for restaurants and markets.
