Excellent location tucked away near st James park. Easy access to the tube, walking distance to all the sights. Was super impressed with the tea room and the balcony lounge. Quite the place to stay in London.

Staying at St. Ermin’s was easily the highlight of our recent trip to London. They earn every bit of their top rankings. The moment you walk through the front courtyard, you’re in a different world. The fit and finish of the building are incredible with stunning plasterwork, high-end materials, and real historic character that you just don't get in modern hotels. I was traveling with my wife and 6 month old son. We stayed in a Junior King Suite, and the space, layout, and furniture were superb. I cannot say enough good things about the cleanliness of the entire hotel including the rooms and common spaces. Housekeeping was completely flawless, thorough, detailed, and pristine every single day. The rest of the property was just as impressive: Food & Drink: Amazing breakfast spread, fantastic afternoon tea, and a great bar and grill. Service: Top-tier across the board. Warm, professional, and attentive without any pretension. They made special accomodations for our 6 month old and never made us feel uncomfortable for having a baby with us. They provided all kinds of baby gear without being asked, and multiple staff even offered to help us with him or hold him for us while we ate. Amazing people. Layout: Tons of great places to just sit and relax, from the outdoor garden terrace to the quiet mezzanine library upstairs. St. Ermin’s is the gold standard for London. We’ll be making this our permanent home base every time we’re back in the UK. Flawless stay from start to finish. Thank you St Ermins for making our trip exceptional.

I stayed at St Ermin’s for a special occasion and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. My room was clean, beautiful and incredibly quiet, especially considering how central the hotel location is in London. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a really restful stay. I ordered room service during my stay and the food was excellent. The Wagyu beef burger in particular was fantastic and definitely worth ordering. Breakfast was a highlight. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. There was a huge amount to choose from, everything was fresh and well presented, and it was very well managed. St Ermin’s is a beautiful hotel with lots of character, and the whole stay felt special. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel located to the major attractions and close to public transportation. The property is very charming and historic. The rooms are well-appointed, but on the small side by modern standards. Nevertheless, they are cozy and comfortable. The public areas are spacious and there are many areas to sit and enjoy the hotel and have a conversation. The food options at the hotel and nearby are excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We had a Champagne tea in the Tea Lounge of the hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! Lovely staff and wonderful tea, with gorgeous finger sandwiches, pastries and scones. It was the best tea we’ve had in a long time, and we would definitely recommend it! The hotel itself is very charming and has a fabulous bar too.
