St. Ermin's Hotel

A truly fantastic hotel with a lot of preserved history that sets it apart from all hotels in London. The location is perfect, you are in the heart of London with St James station right at the corner. The rooms are exactly as shown on the hotel pictures, and the daily cleaning service is spotless. I had a room facing the back of the hotel so it was completely noise free, and I wouldn’t hear anything from the corridors or adjacent rooms. There’s also several spots per floor for you to fill your water bottles or grab a glass and drink it. They did it in a very clever way. But what really set this hotel apart from all other hotels I’ve been to in London over the years is the quality of service by some of its employees. I’d like to highlight the superb check-in and check-out made by receptionist Carlos Martinez, an absolute gentleman. Always helpful, very empathetic and truly represented the values of the hotel. Then I’d also like to extend a big compliment to Quiara Brito, one of the breakfast staff. Without Quiara’s attention, kindness and help it would be a breakfast below the level of such a great hotel. All in all, when a hotel truly shines is not because of its beautiful spaces; it’s because of the marvelous people that work in there to make sure you have the best possible experience. Don’t hesitate to book a room at St Ermin’s. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

Wonderful hotel, food, staff and location in the heart of London.

The beautiful St. Ermin’s made our London vacation that much more special. The staff is attentive and friendly without being intrusive. I need to mention Ariane the hotel liaison who worked so hard to make our stay so easy. Giulia and Kusha at the front desk answered every question no matter how tedious. The concierge desk and the door staff are so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Stelios always makes our stays so special. Steve, Wilfred, and Tergemensen (so?) work tirelessly to make every guest feel welcome. The concierges Gary and Juan always make the best suggestions and know the easiest ways to navigate the city. The amenities are amazing. The room was beautiful. My request for where in the hotel I preferred to stay was honored. The Mon-Thu Happy Hour is a very nice touch. The location is central for everything. St. Ermin’s is the place to stay in London.

Unmatched hospitality and guest services by all staff members. Excellent location makes walking easy to every major tourist destination, including the St. James tube station behind the hotel. So simple and convenient to get around, including to and from LHR!!! Rooms are very nice and quiet, great bar to relax and unwind. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Gym is great for keeping you at the level you were upon arrival. Highly recommend this property.

The staff were so inviting and pleasant to talk to day and night. Our room was very comfortable, breakfast amazing, the historical bar cozy and we were able to walk right out the door to anywhere we needed to get to quickly. We walked all day and returned very late at night and felt extremely safe.
