I'm really shocked at what we have experienced at this hotel today. First we could not check in until after the play. Which is ridiculous. The best part is when we could check in they gave us an inferior room. I booked a room for a king size bed and a pull-out couch sofa. And instead we got a king size bed and a chair. Not even close to what I paid for. What is sad is that they just didn't care. I really think Marriott hotels are going down hill.

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends who have stayed here many times. The hotel is beautiful, with a welcoming and green courtyard in front and a cozy historic lobby. We stayed during Wimbledon and the hotel seemed overwhelmed: our room was not ready at check in time, the breakfast room was chaos even after waiting for a table, and elevators were often full. There was also noisy, unexplained construction in the building that made our room unpleasant during daytime hours. Water pressure in the shower was poor. The location was great, on a quiet block around the corner from the tube and within an easy walk of major attractions.

The entire hotel is beautiful the courtyard in the heart of the city is a 10. The lobby is a piece of art. The room was perfect two bathrooms for a family every hotel should offer that. The concierge desk was amazing so helpful simply the best! Food and drinks were fantastic. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer!

I'm a business traveler with over 3000 nights in hotels. The St. Ermin's Hotel was one of the best I have stayed in when it comes to location, cleanliness, staff friendliness/helpfulness and hotel amenities. I stayed here for a holiday in London with my spouse, and it was great. The breakfast is excellent - my wife really liked the PeanutButter machine! Afternoon drinks were also awesome! We have stayed here twice, and it never disappoints.

We have stayed here two times. It’s a lovely hotel in a great location. Clean and has very comfortable beds. We couldn’t eat breakfast at the hotel because the wait for a table was always too long. But there are several breakfast options nearby. I would stay here again.
