St. Ermin's Hotel

I absolutely loved my stay at this stunning hotel. It is absolutely beautiful, with incredible historical significance. The staff here are wonderful.. and I will for sure make this my home away from home while in London.

Lebt me Start with this: this is my first ever Hotel Review! Not because i have to write one, but because i want to! I rarely felt as welcomed, as on my stay at the St. Ermins in London! The staff is extremly kind and charming. The atmosphere is relaxing and the lobby is like a museum. Easily the most beautiful lobby i‘ve ever been too. The Hotel is absoluty Family friendly. The lifts are old school, the Rooms are big and clean! The breakfast is worth every penny! I hope that my stay won‘t be the last!

St. Ermin’s Hotel is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is beautiful with a historic charm and modern comfort—the stunning lobby welcomed us with an impressive festive display which set the tone for a memorable stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The macaron in the room were a special touch and I have to say were the best I’d ever tasted! Every detail felt thoughtful and refined. The location is unbeatable—tucked away in a peaceful spot yet just steps from St. James’s Park. We even managed to get free parking right outside! Definitely worth a visit!

I would highly recommend St. Ermin’s for their exceptional attention to detail, high level of customer service, and fantastic location (safe, and just a short walk to the Tube). Every employee we interacted with, from the front desk to the concierge team (who helped us find a place/made reservation for us to watch the superbowl which started at 11:30pm) was warm, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Denisa Calin. Denisa made our 20th anniversary trip truly memorable, starting even before we arrived. Walking into our room to find a personalized anniversary card, dessert, and a bottle of bubbles was such a thoughtful touch. She also followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was perfect and to see if there was anything else we needed to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the 24-hour room service was a great added bonus. We will absolutely be back on our next trip with family!

The hotel property is impeccably maintained and the hotel staff could not have done a thing more to make the stay more enjoyable. Top notch service, from the front desk, to the concierge, to the dining staff, to housekeeping.
