We stayed at St Ermins for a four day stay and stayed in room 215. It was a beautiful period hotel and the staff were excellent, a warm but unobtrusive acknowledgement every time you saw them. The room was spotless with complimentary water in a fridge that worked, and a coffee machine. The shower in the bath is compact but perfectly adequate. We ate in the bar on one of the nights prior to a show and the food was lovely. Taxis queued up at the end of the hotel entrance so they were always available. The location is a 5 minute walk to the Houses of Parliament so very central to all the sights. We would definitely go back should we visit London again.

Can't say enough good things about St. Ermin's. The staff were wonderful. Couldn't be more helpful or more friendly. Breakfast was terrific. Looked forward to it every morning. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Westminster and Big Ben and Parliament and Churchill's war rooms and Buckingham Palace. Also around the corner from an underground station. This was our second stay. If we return again to London, we'll stay here again, no question about it.

I stayed at St. Ermin's Hotel in May 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring London. What made the stay especially memorable was the staff. Every team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming.A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job,the room was spotless, fresh, and very well cared for. Their attention to detail really made a difference and added a personal touch to the stay. The front desk, restaurant, and concierge teams were also excellent and always happy to help with a smile. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service throughout. I would happily return and highly recommend St. Ermin’s Hotel to anyone visiting London.

This hotel was amazing. So excited to hear about the part it played in WWII under Churchhill's administration. It was in walking distance of some interesting little cafes, such as the asian fusion place across from a nail shop on Victoria. The service was excellent including the front desk. The breakfast was great. The dinners, not so much. I ordered a hamburger medium rare. It was overcooked and I couldn't finish it. Another time I ordered the lamb chops which were huge, but had too much fat and didn't taste like lamb chops at all. Iwe were given a discount off the price because my husband did not like his meal either. Aside from that, we would highly recommend this hotel.
