Amazing stay
As part of my Husband's 70th birthday celebrations we booked a 4 day trip. We had an amazing time at this fantastic hotel. Every member of the team were friendly, efficient and really want you to have a wonderful time and we did. We would happily recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Because the team are so fantastic we were surprised when we checked out today. That the 2 gentlemen on the door watched as my Husband George went up and down the stairs to move our luggage to our car. Our chauffeur jumped out of the car to help load the cases, but George had already carried them down the stairs. I can't lift as I have fractured my back. The doorman/porter opened the car door but we would have preferred help with moving the luggage. Thank you for a fantastic stay, Alison and George Smith.

Exceptional Second Visit to St. Ermin's Hotel in London
The location of St. Ermin's Hotel, Autograph Collection in London is ideally located within walking distance of many sites including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, the London Eye, the Churchill War Room, grocery stores, and taxis. From check-in to check-out, we received exceptional service from the hotel and restaurant staff during our four-night stay with a special shoutout to Duty Manager Roberta Vabuolaite, who went out of her way to make our second visit to St. Ermin's Hotel a memorable one. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. We will definitely stay at St. Ermin's Hotel again.

Superb hotel. Definitely an autograph collection hotel and one that is an icon in the area. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Service was even more incredible than the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure the visit was wonderful. Also, breakfast and tea were superb! Staff-Thank you for making this a special trip!

Lovely and Comfortable
We loved everything at St. Ermins Hotel. The location was perfect and we could walk to so many attractions and sites. The room was lovely and comfortable. All of the staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely return!
