The staff at St. Ermin's made this stay so wonderful! They're happy, friendly and so very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to shopping and sightseeing. High Tea at the hotel was so delightful! I would recommend and would stay here again.

This is my third time staying a St. Ermin's in an 18 month period of time. I keep coming back because the hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The staff are extremely attentive to your needs. Seeing Edna and Ivan's smiling face each morning for breakfast was always great. Also the wine happy hour is a nice touch as well.

This hotel is simply outstanding. Location, cleanliness, service, amenities and service are all first class. This is our 2nd stay at St. Ermin’s and it will not be our last. Furthermore, we have recommended this hotel to friends and family that have all experienced the same enjoyment.

My wife and I stayed here for five days and it's an absolutely perfect base for sightseeing in London. The breakfast spread in the morning is huge and delicious, the tube station is right next door to take you to all the sights (or work if needed), and you're really in the heart of the city. The staff gave us several tops for restaurants and such and they were all winners.

This was a wonderful find of a hotel! My friends and I stayed here as part of our girls trip to London and it was great. The only complaint was that the room was a little small for 3 women with luggage, but that is a given almost anywhere in the world. The service was top-notch with early check-in, a gourmet coffee machine in the lobby, very helpful staff including track down a pair of lost sunglasses and taking pictures, clean rooms, and perfect location. We were able to walk or take the tube everywhere we wanted to go from the Thames river to the Royal sites to the museums. All for a really reasonable price for a 2 bed, large bathroom room. Highly recommend!
