50th birthday celebration
The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Room was great and quiet. Nice location. The concierge is very knowledgeable and getting a reservation is their specialty. Breakfast is substantial with an amazing variety to choose from. Gym is small, but sufficient.

The place to be for a typical English Afternoon tea experience!!
Despite arriving 20mn late at our Afternoon Tea booking, our table was kept. We appreciated that knowing the place is famous and usually overbooked. Mark and Retina took a good care of us, serving and explaining the options and the details of every dish. The place is wonderful, very nicely decorated. The afternoon tea experience was great. Tea cups, cupcakes and delights tower very nicely presented. The food was so good, tasty and beautifully designed. Portions were very generous as we weren't able to finish everything. We highly recommend it. Thanks again Mark & Retina :)

Excellent stay at St. Ermin's
The staff at St. Ermin's made this stay so wonderful! They're happy, friendly and so very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to shopping and sightseeing. High Tea at the hotel was so delightful! I would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff
This is my third time staying a St. Ermin's in an 18 month period of time. I keep coming back because the hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. The staff are extremely attentive to your needs. Seeing Edna and Ivan's smiling face each morning for breakfast was always great. Also the wine happy hour is a nice touch as well.

One of the best Marriott properties in a city in the world.
This hotel is simply outstanding. Location, cleanliness, service, amenities and service are all first class. This is our 2nd stay at St. Ermin’s and it will not be our last. Furthermore, we have recommended this hotel to friends and family that have all experienced the same enjoyment.
