I loved staying at The Stafford. Everything is luxury… from the very comfy beds and linens and towels- to the copious supply of quality guest amenities. All the staff are kind and helpful. Flower arrangements are bountiful. Plenty of drawers and cupboard space in our room. Cupboards have lights that turn on automatically. Our newly renovated bathroom has an electronic toilet that doubles as a bidet with a heated seat. My husband didn’t like the heat but I did The only thing I missed in our room was fresh air. We had to have aircon instead The concierge team are v efficient and helpful with calling taxis, booking restaurants and giving directions There is a well known pub(Bertie’s)attached which serves good salads and is very festive

I was on the planning committee for the Suncoast Hight School 1975 50th reunion. I have never received such exceptional, professional, responsive, competent, amazing customer service. Brian (food/beverage manager) is to be commended for going above and beyond the call of duty to provide white glove, gold start, blue ribbon customer service. The event was flawless thanks to Brian and his staff.

Quality small London boutique hotel conveniently located to many quality restaurants, shopping and London attractions. The staff if courteous, friendly, cheerful and accommodating. Older historic building with an interesting history that has been converted to a hotel. Great value if you are looking for quality service but don't want to spend “Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons” pricing. Rooms are a small and in need of upgrading but sufficient. Nice restaurant and bar which i am told is in scheduled for major renovation this fall.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay at The Stafford. We were warmly greeted, offered a quick tour of the hotel, and offered a complimentary beverage in the salon. The hotel exudes charm, which we really appreciated, and the service is impeccable. There are so many wonderful restaurants, museums, parks, and shops (!) within walking distance. We hope to be back soon.

It's all about the staff at The Stafford! My favorite hotel in London and probably in the world! If you can't stay there stop by the bar...not to be missed. Look it up when you're there.

My cousin and I had the most fabulous trip! The Stafford London was the most perfect, wonderful hotel, and we could not be any happier!
The staff was amazing, and yes, please let Alan and Nick know how much they helped us, as this was my very first trip to London!
We so appreciated the perks, and enjoyed the wine in our room!
