We stayed two nights in mid July and really enjoyed the nice room and bathroom and the patio. Everything was of a high standard and well kept. We also enjoyed the gardens and the pool. The hotel is somewhat out of the way and we found the location a bit far from Bevery Hills and Rodeo Drive. Service was ok - but nothing special. I cannot fault anything, but I will not remember the hotel for its service. Food was a mixed bag. Room service and breakfast far behind what you would expect, but dinner in the restaurant was very good. I will remember the corn soup as one of the best starters during our Californian vacation. The whole experience is expensive compared to similar hotels we have stayed in and not really worth the price. Standards are far behind what you would expect from luxury hotels in London, Paris and Asia.

Sometimes it is best to say less, the hotel is stunning, the room was stunning(Bel-Air Suite), the service and staff excellent. We stayed for 2 nights 28/29 June and the whole experience was simply the best. If you ever get the chance go, you will not regret it.

This is an exceptional hotel but it is not so much a hotel, as an oasis. Crossing the footbridge from the valet to enter the hotel has the feel of entering an estate of winding footpaths connecting guest room buildings, restaurants, piano bar, pool and fitness center/spa. The hotel is a peaceful world in itself. My wife and I stayed for six nights. The staff was uniformly courteous and attentive, wishing us warm goodbyes on our last morning. The spacious piano bar was a pleasant way to end each day. The hotel has such a feeling of pleasant sanctuary that we ran into a couple we know who live only a half hour from the hotel and were staying for the weekend simply to take a quiet, short vacation close to home.

From the moment I pulled into this hotel to the moment I left I was blown away by the experience of this hotel. This now competes with Claridges, London, as my favourite hotel in the world. The hotel itself is breathtaking. Set in beautiful gardens each corner and turn presents a new beautiful fountain or seating area. Set in many different buildings all painted a beautiful shade of pink you just want to discover every little nook. I spent most of my time just taking photos. Service was AMAZING!! I only experienced the best from the whole team. The valet was incredibly helpful and informative, check-in experience was perfect, waiters at the restaurant were friendly and full of smiles but the award for best service went to Illysa at the pool. She was just incredible. I will only compliment everything so to keep this relatively short - the room was perfect - seemed newly renovated, lovely views and a real log fire. Wolfgang Puck was delicious and perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner - I had all 3. Pool was paradise. Far exceeded any expectations and already booked to come back twice in the coming months. Must try this hotel!

I recently stayed with my wife and two kids in a Bel Air suite. We arrived late but were immediately struck by the beauty and tranquility of the property. Everything is arranged in a very discrete manner so as to maximize privacy and peace. The room was perfect for a family and the staff were immediately family friendly and welcoming - from the assistance at check in to the additional goodies placed in the rooms for the kids - all of which were appreciated by them. At the same time, the property is great for adults too. The food in Wolfgang Puck was superb and the location of the property was great if you want to be in the Bel Air / Beverly Hills area of town. Would definitely recommend.
