Hotel was has a great location and the room was clean upon arrival. Unfortunately the entire property smells like a combination of your grandmother’s closet and mildew. When I notified the front desk they sent up engineering. He disagreed that there was a smell but sent housekeeping to spray some room freshener. Obviously that solved nothing. By the 4th day of my 9 day, stay all of my clothing smelled like moldy grandma. Additionally, at checkin they asked how often I’d like my room cleaned. I told them every other day would be fine. During my 9 day stay the room was cleaned zero times. On the 5th day I asked them to change my towels. They gave me 4 new towels and left the old ones. If not for the strange smell, which was also in the elevator and halls, I would have enjoyed my stay. Beverly Hills is lovely.

We had a Wonderful experience at the Mosaic Hotel. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a very welcoming, well run establishment. We would recommend the Mosaic Hotel to anyone looking for a boutique hotel with excellent service and environment.

I booked a 2-night stay in a king suite for 03/12 to 03/14 and was placed in a queen standard room. I was told the manager would resolve the issue; I requested that the first night be comped or rate adjusted. I was moved the following day after 1 PM. Unfortunately, I was charged the higher rate for both nights. Today is the 19th and the manager has not returned my call. I do not recommend this hotel.

The Mosaic is the most wonderful small I have ever stayed in . I have traveled the world and it is unrivaled. The rooms are modern with all the technology. It is conveniently located on a quiet street In heart of Beverly Hills. The staff is friendly and accommodating like family.
