This was my first time in Los Angeles, I was there for work and had the afternoon to explore LA. The staff were exceptional in helping me find something to do at a very reasonable price. The food is great and most importantly reasonably priced! Rooms are clean and beautiful!

I like Omni Properties, frequently stay at Omni if available. Good business hotel. LA Omni is excellent location to see two prominent LA contemporary Art Museums. The Broad has a fabulous Lichtenstein collection. LA MOCA is less impressive but still, there are worthwhile contemporary works displayed There. I am a professional artist, so I know what I see. I study art. The lobby and ambience of LA Omni is excellent. Stayed in King Room, Club Level which is worth the extra price. This is a pricey hotel even by my standards. Staff professional, friendly, responsive. No issues here. Stayed two nights. Second day was cold showers, not optimal for this level of hotel. Furnishings, nice, shower stall tiny, I can barely turn around in it. If you like a bathroom experience, don’t go here. Tub is tiny and not worth using beyond washing clothes in it. The bathroom, cold shower, crowded and slow elevator due to a conference in progress during our stay , bring my rating down to a “4”.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very courteous and attentive to all of my needs. It was worth the reservation!

We were in town as a family to get a feel for Los Angeles and potential places to live for our son. We opted for DTLA and found the Omni given its location and reasonable rates. The stay was perfect. Both rooms were great, with views of downtown. Our King room on the 12th floor even had a view of the Hollywood sign AND The Broad and Walt Disney Center - spectacular at night. While this is a bit of an older property, rooms (and beds) were comfortable. We asked for foam pillows and they were in our room upon arrival - which rarely happens. We experienced Noe, the hotel bar and restaurant a few times during our stay. Food and drinks were great and we enjoyed the live piano performance (twice). Service overall was spectacular across the board. We interacted with several members of the Valet team during our stay - all top quality interactions and they seem to really care. The service at the front desk and restaurant were equally fantastic. Will definitely stay at the Omni next time we are in town.

Chose this hotel as we were coming to town for the weekend to see a concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall and this is located a quick 5 min walk away. Location-wise, perfect walking distance to the Broad Museum, Grand Central Market, and right next door to MOCA. Friendly staff, clean (but a bit dated) spacious room. One star off as the bed was rather uncomfortable. Would return for excellent location and fair price.
