The Orlando Hotel, Los Angeles in Los Angeles, California

Centrally located in L.A.’s upscale walkable boutique and restaurant mile along Third Street in West Hollywood, 5-story The Orlando provides a class-A home away from home. The mellow boutique hotelis within easy strolling distance to glitzy Beverly Center and The Grove outdoor mall, which is wildly popular with shopping-savvy locals and visitors in the know. The Orlando’s 95 large rooms – the smallest clocks in at 300 square feet – exude a sense of contemporary style with dark wood furnishings and soothing earth hues throughout. Upon stepping through the marble entrance threshold, guests have creature comforts like air conditioning, flat-screen televisions, iHomes and soft terrycloth robes at their disposal. Accommodations have separate sitting areas and large desks, should guests be inclined to work while in Tinseltown. Bathrooms with marble surfaces match the surroundings in their color palette and are outfitted with walk-in showers or deep soaking tubs.

The hotel features a comprehensive range of guest amenities. The Orlando has an outdoor saltwater swimming pool—a rarity in Los Angeles—bordered by a sun deck to soak up those Southern California rays. For poolside food and beverage service, simply give the restaurant a jingle via the courtesy poolside phone. If ready for a work out, turn to the well-equipped on-site fitness center any time. Open 24 hours, the gym is outfitted with an army of machines, strength training gear as well as showers and two dry saunas. No need to lug water or headphones to plug into the television: they are complimentary. Celebrate the end of the day with a visit to the resident gastropub. In a rustic-luxe atmosphere, Churchill restaurant offers a selection of 20 chilled craft beers, and British-inspired American fare. A wealth of amenities and friendly unpretentious service combined with a dash of unmistakable allure make The Orlando a certain winner among Los Angeles hotels.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! (I know this is a long thread but try and stay with me) This hotel has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My husband stayed at this hotel while he was on a business trip that was paid for a month in advance by said business (we still have that receipt). Once he got to the hotel they asked him for a CC for incidental which is more than expected, the problem came once he got home and we noticed a fee of almost 600$, we called the hotel multiple time and we were giving the run around more than a few times. At first it was oh leave a message to this person, no that person so on and so forth. And every single time we had to call back because NO ONE ever returned our messages. Two weeks in I finally started calling them every day every hour or so and finally we saw some movement but still no result. From what I can gather an employee at the hotel TOOK my husband CC and CHARGED someone ELSE stay on it. They will NOT acknowledged this. I have spoken to the director of sales Mrs Lou Imperio more than I can count on my fingers and her reasoning is that the charge didn't come from them (when it CLEARLY says The Orlando on my CC) and that it came from some odd reservation that was made online, she backs herself up with this receipt BUT when you look on the receipt it says it was a VISA that was charged and NOT a MASTERCARD like the one that we have that WAS charged.

Perfect night here! The staff was extremely helpful & courteous! Super clean and the beds are to die for💯💯💯 I will stay here every time I visit the area. Thank u!!! I had a 23 hour day scheduled at Cedar Sanai that included multiple tests to be done. I was so well rested in the morning that it made it bearable to get through the day!!!

Clean, modern, friendly staff and great options for food and entertainment nearby. Small pool, fitness center, and other expected amenities. West 3rd Street is a very neat/upcoming area. Close to everything. Be sure to walk down to Farmers Market on 3rd and Fairfax (one of our favorite places). Several restaurants and shops within walking distance on West 3rd Street all very nice. Specifically recommend Joan's on 3rd for lunch (salads, sandwiches) and Goldie's (burgers) for lunch. Spotted George RR Martin at Sushi joint right next to Goldie's. VERY NICE/FUN PLACE TO STAY!

Location. 10 minute walk to the grove. Directly opposite the Beverly centre. Comfortable and stylish rooms. Bed very nice. Lovely bathroom room spotless. Staff so helpful and full of information. Restaurants right on doorstep. Continental breakfast being danishes coffee juice. Great to grab as you walk out. Would highly recommend if after west hollywood location. Would stay there again.

Very nice small hotel on the edge of Beverly Hills. The rooms are well appointed as well as the bathrooms. I enjoyed my stay there and given the opportunity will return. The hotel itself is small, which I like. Located in the midst of many restaurants - so walking distance. It is also not far from the Farmer's Market.
