Reviews for Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort
Everything about my recent stay at the Hilton Los Cabos was fantastic! A very classy and beautiful property with amazing views, great rooms and an infinity pool to die for. The staff was great in every aspect. They were polite, welcoming and very friendly. We were always greeted with a smile and by the end of our short stay, many staff members knew us by name. I can't say enough about the concierge service that assisted us and went way above our expectations. I visited with my girlfriend who had a birthday on Feb. 11th and my birthday was the 14th, a double birthday and valentines trip for us. Carlos's concierge staff decorated our room with balloons and treats for both of our birthdays, which was a surprise that made our visit even more special. Otherwise, the Hilton Los Cabos has excellent restaurants (I highly recommend Vela and El Meson), along with a very cool beach bar featuring swings instead of barstools, and two swim up bars/restaurants. It's conveniently located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, but you won't want to leave once you arrive!
Spent 2 days here and it is the epitome of why we choose the Hilton brand regularly. Being Diamond members we were given an upgrade upon online check inâand they were filled to capacityâof a full ocean view room on the top floor (as per our request). Every touch in the hotel was elegant. We arrived on Valentineâs Day and when we came back from the pool, a tray of chocolate covered strawberries and other convections waited for us!! We had Valentines dinner at Vela and the food/service was outstanding. Our Diamond status gave us continental breakfast but for $10 we upgraded to the full buffetâwhich was the size of a elementary school gymnasium! The wait staff was attentive, pleasant and welcoming. They only had our needs on their minds. We had an early dinner at the poolside restaurant for pizza and it was again, outstanding! Little touches such as afternoon popsicles (free)!and Jorge who chatted with everyone around the pool making sure everyone was happy and attended to, made this short stay, a perfect way to end our stay in Cabo.

We have spent the last few months planning our wedding at the Hilton Los Cabos for later in the year. We finally made it to the hotel last month for a site visit, and we had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel itself is a beautiful property, with its own private beach. The staff at the resort are top notch, and really made our stay there incredible. The food and drinks were also really great. And we'd be remiss to not mention how amazing it has been to work with Eren and Nancy through this whole process. They've been super responsive to all of our questions and requests, and set up an incredible site visit that addressed everything we needed to know for our upcoming ceremony. From arranging vendor meetings to a scrumptious tasting to a great tour, Eren and Nancy hit it out of the ballpark with our site visit. We had a good feeling going into the visit that we made the right decision with having our wedding at the Hilton, and we can honestly say that we more than made the right decision and are REALLY excited to share our weekend with our friends and family.

Weâve traveled around the world and this is a no risk, great find! Fantastic hotel and restaurant service, very clean rooms, great amenities, and amazing food quality! Take the short cab ride into San Jose Del Cabo for a great cultural town.

My daughter decided to take me for a vacation and booked two nights at the Hilton. Wow!!! Everything was beyond exceptional. I wouldn't normally book such an expensive hotel, as it cost almost $1000 for two nights. But it was a gift. And a nice one at that. We were offered a Margarita as we booked in. Our luggage carted to the room and the room itself was wonderful. The view was stunningly beautiful. With two infinity pools, two restaurants, bar and two gift shops with a Starbucks on site. I mean you really don't have to leave. Being a country girl and not used to the city I had thoughts of going for a swim in the ocean. I'm a very good swimmer but I walked in up to mid calf and I could tell it would not be that safe. The pull back out to sea was very strong. Be VERY careful out there and watch the flags they post for safe or not safe swimming conditions. The servers at the Hotel are really what makes the place exceptional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there. That tells me that the management take good care of their staff. I talked to one restaurant server and he was very happy to work there and said out of all the other hotels he has worked at this was by far the best. The restaurants are both very very good. The servers are exceptionally trained and extremely pleasant. Special mention goes to Gregario, and Alfonso in the Italian restaurant. The food was also delicious. People who work in a hotel make a hotel. Management is wise to treat them very well. As a comparison, at the airport when we arrived we were tricked into going for a tour of the Grand Solmar Hotel with promises of $150 and free breakfast and two 50 min. spa massages, all of which we got. The workers there never smiled or made eye contact. They seemed unhappy. And the breakfast buffet cannot even hold a candle to the one offered by the Hilton. 5 âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸goes to the Hilton. Too bad it isn't a little more affordable because I don't think I'll ever be able to go back. NB: there were a string of riding horses offered for people to ride on the beach, I went over to have a look and was saddened to see their lacklustre condition, the absence of water and hay for them and how tired they were having to be prodded along by the guide to make them keep going. One horse was tied very high and could not lower his head and was clearly very unhappy about that. I think the Hotel could take a trough and hose for drinking water if these animals will be part of the hotel experience. And definitely the horses should get some hay throughout the day. I hope anyone reading this might also stand up for the horses and not ride them until they get some proper care.
