Reviews for Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm

Nice farm and food

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 13 hours ago

This is a very nice property on a farm. Grounds are well kept, rooms are nice. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Service was very good throughout. Only issue is Hotel does not quite have five star room quality despite five star resort pricing levels. Only water in fridge. Tv small. No Coffee or tea in room. A bit spartan setup. It was a nice property but just priced a bit high hence 4 star not 5.

Rude and unhelpful staff

Unhelpful and rude staff really surprised me as I’ve stayed here with family many times before. Prices have become so high relative to value - now with poor staffing we won’t be back.

Very nice property and organic farm. The rooms are quite large but could use an update. The bathroom is huge but sparse. The hotel is a farm to table and has that vibe. It’s a big working farm and nice to walk around. The cafe / gift shop has good coffee and pastries but that’s about it. Not much else to do there and the town is a bit shady.

Poor

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 months ago

Not a luxury experience for the cost. Poor hospitality in reception. The room did not have adequate heat nor bedding for the cold. The bathroom was too cold to shower. The toilet kept running. Overpriced and you better like the marketing mania everywhere for lavender. It felt like staying in a business not hospitality orientation.

Not a business travel-friendly hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 months ago

The accommodations are simple and rustic, and this is not a hotel that is appropriate for business travelers. The internet cut out constantly, and no one came to make up the room until after 4:30 pm after I had just returned to my room. I was told by the manager that the room could not be made up after 5 so since I had to be in the room for a little while I never did have service. I am not sure what it is like to stay here as a vacationer, but it is definitely not a place that anyone on business should stay.
