From entering the hotel right up to the restaurant, we were greeted with superb service. Staff were extremely polite and speaks good English which is great as we were Asian and do not understa Spanish. In the restaurant, we had a great time with great food. Ingrith served us and was very attentive to our needs. The rest of the servers were also very courteous. Overall a superb dining experience.

Definitely would recommend this hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the restaurant service was excellent. Particularly, Luis helped make our experience seamless and exceptionally comfortable. He assisted with check in, transportation of baggage, and I even witnessed him pushing another guest in a wheelchair up the hill to the train station. He goes above and beyond the call of duty, all with a smile on his face! Luis is an asset to the hotel!

Amazing hotel. Wonderful views and a great restaurant with the best food we had in Peru. The staff were great about my egg allergy and even brought me bread without the egg glaze without me asking. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Wish we had been able to stay longer.
