A perfectly situated hotel. Comfy beds, airy rooms and wonderful staff. We were served by Johann who was full of enthusiasm.

Excellent service particularly from Johann in the restaurant (as well as his colleagues) and those in the bar. Close to bus pick up/drop off points and railway station.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All staff was helpful and friendly. Special thanks go to Cecilia at the restaurant, who made our evening with her genuine friendliness and professional service. Best encounter on our Peru holiday by far.

I can't express how much we appreciated the impeccable accomodations and wonderful hospitality that we experienced while staying at Sumaq. Every need we had was fulfilled by the gracious staff. We had an absolutely amazing dinner with their exquisite "tasting menu" experience - something that we will never forget. We were also fortunate enough to get to experience their pisco sour and ceviche cooking class - we are all looking forward to recreating these dishes at home. It was a first class experience all around and we feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience it. Thank you again, Kristen

Hotel and food were amazing Massage with Mary was also relaxing and amazing. The only reason why I don’t give this hotel a 5 is because abuse the AC was not working properly In the room.
