Location … perfect. At the end of the town on the route to a hike. River next to hotel. Beautiful soothing sound. We had great rooms with views that were spectacular. The service and friendliness of the staff and manager Mr Johnny … was at a level one could not believe … very helpful and down to earth. Carried our bags and came with us to and from station. Amazing town with an experience that is truly unforgettable … Food quality was definitely 5 star and presentation was also 5 star. Advantage over hotels near the “park” is the town experience… a must The town has a Nepal like feeling and vibe. The hotel is similarly decorated. Was a very good comfortable experience with all the luxury amenities

The room rate rate is definitely not worth it . there were other hotel for a 1/3 of the price with same values. And the noise is around is quite impressif

Such a nice hotel. Food was great and dinner was included. Restaurant wasn’t very good - none of us left satisfied but we loved the hotel stay. A great Hilton owned property.

From the moment we walked in to the hotel we were greeted at check-in by Thalia She was so friendly and went above and beyond Paola at the front desk was also very kind and helpful . Enrique was very kind and accommodating Anything we needed, whether it was directions he was your guy We also went to the spa because we had just completed hiking Machu Picchu for three days and we’re sore.Eva was fantastic. We had body wraps, scrubs, and a full body massage. Since we were hiking, we had travel packs with us. The front desk arranged to have the packs at the train station for our way backto Cusco . The entire experience was seamless and a 10 out of 10.
