Beautiful afternoon tea in stunning surroundings
We went for afternoon tea. It was as good as we had hoped. Professional attentive yet friendly service. The food was beautifully presented and plentiful with offers of seconds and thirds. Needless to say, we left feeling very repleat! We went for a walk round the stunning gardens afterwards it really was a memorable experience. Thank you.

Just the best
For those looking for a hotel with amazing character and interest, you couldn't do worse than spend a wonderful week in Reid's palace hotel. It would be hard to fault. Out of many things, I just recommend their Ristorante Villa Cipriani. Don't miss it.

First time to Madeira holiday
Everything was just perfect at this beautiful hotel. The customer service was excellent, food lovely, gardens amazing, beautiful pool area and many exciting trips and activities to do if fancied. The only downside was having to leave and come home.

A Little Slice of Paradise
This pink hued gem perched atop a soaring cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean exudes old world charm and elegance. The overwhelming beauty of this property is simply breathtaking! From the tropical gardens to the gleaming azure swimming pools, you feel as though you have arrived in Eden. As if the sheer beauty of the property was not enough, the meticulous service provided by each and every team member made us feel like royalty. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience we had at Reids. We will certainly return!

Afternoon Tea at Reid’s
We booked an afternoon tea at Reid’s during our stay nearby. Fantastic treat, great selection of teas to choose & the sandwiches and cakes were great. Expensive but worth pushing the boat out. The view from the balcony was the best of Funchal. Top tip, make sure you have a walk through the gardens afterwards. They are stunning.

An extraordinary value! Reid's Palace Hotel is a handsome historic property featuring breathtaking water views, exotic gardens, a full range of amenities and delicious and varied food options. We found the staff to be very helpful and dedicated to making our 4-day stay with them a holiday in every sense. We appreciated the extra attention the staff paid to getting us in and out of the airport, circumventing the crowds and shortening our travel and wait times. This is Luxury Link at its best.
