Fantastic Hotel and all the positive reviews are spot on. This is a top class hotel with great service. The staff are really attentive without being over the top. The views from the main bar and the rooms are beautiful. The furnishing in the rooms you pass through and the beautiful settees are so classic with the old photos, it is like a stately home. The pool area is lovely and the there are some wonderful sun loungers down by the rocks where the staff look after you. We ate at two of the hotel restaurants which were also top class. Finally , I had a issue that i contacted reception about and the hotel manager Edwardo got in touch and personally resolved the issue. This place is 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at Reid's Palace! The views over the water are absolute perfection, making the entire experience feel special from the moment you take them in. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very nice overall. What really elevated the visit, though, was the service—the staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and eager to help with anything needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Portugal!

I would not recommend this hotel for a solo traveler, which is too bad because I wanted to explore more of Belmont’s hotels that I will not be doing that. If you’re an old couple, I think this is a good restaurant and hotel to spend time at, but if you’re a solo traveler, you will be very uncomfortable

Bogdan from West Ukraine gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. I am an advanced medical/orthopedic massage therapist licensed in New York since 2014. I have had massages all over Europe and they all were bad except this one. My compliments to Bogdan for his kindness, professionalism, expertise, and DEEP pressure. I felt much better after. Also kudos to the spa manager for creating a gorgeous environment with great steamroom/sauna, shower with body jets, beautiful amenities, and incredible view of the bay. It's expensive but worth every penny for the experience. Remember to tip your therapist, he doesn't get all that money you paid Reid's!

Amazing hotel from the historic museum that is the hotel to the staff that run it . Every need catered for , got absolutely spoilt. Every department were astonishing. The hotel has the wow factor but it’s the staff that make you want to go back . Well done to you all

An extraordinary value! Reid's Palace Hotel is a handsome historic property featuring breathtaking water views, exotic gardens, a full range of amenities and delicious and varied food options. We found the staff to be very helpful and dedicated to making our 4-day stay with them a holiday in every sense. We appreciated the extra attention the staff paid to getting us in and out of the airport, circumventing the crowds and shortening our travel and wait times. This is Luxury Link at its best.
