Stayed here for six nights for a business meeting. Restaurant breakfast and lunch were very good and staff were great. Bedrooms at the back look out on a brick wall and were very dark. Sheets are SO rough and coarse - surely you can buy softer quality! It is a Hyatt after all. Other sad thing is there is a picture of a terrace and jacuzzi but it is not available to every guest only to those in presidential suites. Maybe they have softer sheets too? Don’t have it on your website if not available - also sadly no pool and arrangements with another place to use their poolwere not free - 18 euros! An OK stay but not close to any major sights.

I had the best stay in Madrid at this hotel. The housekeeping staff were extremely attentive and anticipated my needs. The concierge staff was also extremely helpful and I had someone help me with my bags. The location is great if you don’t want to be in the center of the city. You are directly next to a metro stop and Madrid metro system is easy to navigate. Also coming from the airport or Renfe station is a short ride and less transfers. I chose this hotel due to my travel plans on renfe and the airport and it made my life so much easier. There is similar shopping experience as the city center within a 10 min walk from the hotel. Way less people!

Great location close to shops, businesses and Bernabeu stadium. Friendly staff in hotel and really enjoyed dinner at Lena which is location in same building. I have a bedroom overlooking Paseo de la Castellana and room was spacious, with super comfortable bed & linen

The staff was universally warm and efficient. The room was very comfortable with a great bathroom that included more than sufficient space on the countertop and a wonderful walk in shower (I no longer stay at hotels without walk in showers). The room TV was very large (at least 65 inches I think) and had a pre-connected HDMI2 cable (in addition to Chromecast which I find iffy for connection at times) so that was wonderful to easily stream from my laptop. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with plentify self-service items and others you could order from the very efficient staff. The location was a very short walk to one metro station and only a 10-12 minute walk from the Nuevos Ministerios metro station which has a direct metro line to the Madrid Airport that I used coming and going. It was also convenient between walking and the Metro to reach other areas of Madrid for sight seeing locally or day trip tours. This was my third stay at this location but the longest and I enjoyed it very much and recommend this Hyatt property.

This was the worst 3 nights in Madrid. We even ended up checking out a day early due to lack of sleep. They gave us the so room in the hotel. All night long, you could hear all the water sounds - flushes, shower etc from the rooms above. We asked to be moved to a different room everyday and were told the hotel was full while online it showed availability. I am so disappointed with Hyatt.
