Stay at Hotel Villa Real
Would definitely recommend...a very nice elegant hotel in perfectsituation and with very good staff, always happy to please (and with a smile!) . One note: If you're British and like a cup of breakfast tea in your room, take your own teabags..they wanted 10E to supply!

Excellent service
Great location, good rooms, and an excellent staff. I dealt with a medical emergency during my stay and thanks to Helena at Concierge and the Team in reception, I was able to manage the situation. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff and bright, clean rooms. Great location. Laundry service was fast and beautifully done. Our four day stay was a very pleasant one.

We have traveled numerous times to Spain's capital city, but this was a unique experience. Hotel Urban is not only a five-star hotel but one that possesses the utmost class. We were handled with service that cannot be fully described, and everywhere we turned there was style and statement. We consider Hotel Urban our home away from home.
