Close relatives of mine asked me to post this. Hotel staff, specially Justine at the front desk, was amazingly courteous and helpful. Justine resolved a major impasse we had, going over and above her duty, in a warm and truly considerate manner. The property is very nice, well located, clean and comfortable rooms, and a superb breakfast buffet. We strongly recommend Hotel Villa Real in Madrid.

I want to commend the excellent service at the Villa Real! The staff there is excellent, the rooms are excellent, everything was very lovely. They were very accommodating and helpful! One person in particular I want to thank for her service is Justyna at the reception desk. She was very welcoming and just a lovely person! They were all wonderful.

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left the service was off the charts amazing. Little touches like a rose and chocolate to the bedroom, stunning view from the room, giving me cash to grab a bus and I could go on. It even has a museum of Greek and Syrian pottery from the 4th and 5th centuries.

The hotel was beautifully located in Madrid, in a very safe neighborhood The hotel was very clean, and the entire staff, from the doorman, to the bellhop to the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend the Hotel Real to anyone traveling to this city.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Villa Real during our 15th Anniversary trip to Spain. The hotel was beautiful and well located (within a 15 minute walk to almost every location we wanted to go to). The room was lovely, with many amenities and the staff at the front desk were super helpful and kind. I felt they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Should we ever end up in Madrid again(and I hope we do!), we would certainly stay here again and would recommend others to as well.
