We were spent 7 nights at this amazing hotel which in my opinion is not a 4* hotel but 5*!!! We had two times dinner at ana la santa restaurant which was perfect(international-spanish menu) both times! The prices were very normal in comparison to other restaurants and quality very good! However we were visited the rooftop bar at the night and had drinks. The prices were highly overrated (20 euros for a drink) and the management had to reassess the prices if they want to keep clients from the hotel in my opinion! The staff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!! They helped us with everything(tickets, reservations everything!!!). We stayed at MODE room with views at plaza Santa Ana which was the best touch! The room size was very good for a european hotel! For sure we will come back in this hotel in the future as we had our best holidays in Madrid!!! Xoxo Thanks for everything ME Madrid!

Brilliant Hotel in superb location. The staff were so helpful and the room was beautiful. I can't fault the experience and would recommend this Hotel. The location was an easy walk to the Prado area and also close to Old Madrid area.

I stayed here in a change from my usual Madrid hotel when I had to come over for a business trip. It's a modern hotel with very helpful and stylish staff. The reception area and bedrooms were dressed minimally but very stylishly. My bathroom was good quality and very modern. Probably one of the best in a hotel I've been too! The room was small but it was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Wifi worked well. The hotel itself is centrally located and within easy walking distance of tourist places and cool bars and restaurants. My overall impression is that I would recommend to anyone going to Madrid but I think it's more of a pleasure than business hotel, and due to room size I wouldn't want to stay more than about 3 nights.

Hotel is extermely well located at very likely area of Madrid. The best of my stay was the service at the rooftop Bar as well as restaurant. Menu was nice, a good combination of international and spannish way of cooking.

Beautifully decorated. Lovely lobby - glass of water or cava offered on arrival. Staff made a 'mistake' and charged a €611 euro deposit when it was supposed to be €100 however this was corrected. Was given a disabled room, with exterior stairs right outside the window with lights that shone through the curtain and construction work happening right outside. When taking a shower the entire bathroom flooded. Explained this to staff the following morning (as we arrived late) who swapped our room to a tiny corner room with an awful view of poles on the inner hotel walk way. Refused this room as it was a downgrade from our previous one which was unacceptable after all of the other complaints - after about an hour we got another slightly better room - at least the shower didn't flood everywhere!! Female staff at the ME rooftop bar/restaurant appear to be quite rude/dismissive of British tourists which was not pleasant at all. However we managed to get a table the following evening where a male waiter provided great service - even though the language barrier was a big issue. Fully stocked mini bar with optional extras - the cost of which was extortionate. If you wish to drink alcohol/eat snacks in your room you can find local shops very close by to buy them at for a fraction of the price Hotel was a good location - restaurants close by. However I wouldn't rush back here, having stayed in an NH Collection hotel the following week, I would most definitely try to locate one of those if I were to return to Madrid.
