Omg I Loved this hotel. Very modern rooms. Comfy bed, electrical lighting system. The bath rooms were to die for. Black granite and huge lighting mirror and the shower had a 2 ways to water you from the sides from 8 shower heads or a huge shower head from the top. The bath room and the room were separated giving you a hall way and a huge wooden door to separate it. Hotel gives you free water when entering and leaving hotel as well as champagne. Friendly staff, easy access to Grand Via and many local shops and Restaurants. I really wanted to go to the Rooftop Bar but it begin remodel when I was there maybe next time. Affordable hotel compare to LA hotel's especially for a 5 star hotel. Definitely will be back in 2018 Thank you for the awesome experience hotel staff.

I booked just one night on a business trip. The exterior is very impressive and I'd seen it before on a previous trip and fancied staying there. I was slightly alarmed when I arrived to realise it was now a ME hotel which I associate with the young hip trendy beautiful people! Not me! The staff were excellent and very welcoming plus they'd upgraded my room by 3 times! The room was nice, with a balcony, the 'mini' bar is not mini in any way and bursting full. The bathroom products are beyond anything I've seen before and the bed was extremely comfortable. These are the good things. The downside is that it is just too cool and suffers from style over substance in some ways. The TV literally took 10 minutes to work out how to turn on and I had to read a manual to get it to work. The lighting system is crazy and ultra sensitive and full lighting kept coming on after going to bed, this happened 5 times until I realised a cushion from the bed was near the light panel and when I moved in bed it brushed against the panel and turned on all the lights. And the hairdryer was nowhere near a mirror which often happens in hotel rooms and is a problem if you have a hairstyle! But despite this, the location is excellent (potentially could be noisy on the lower floors as the square is so lively) and I would consider staying there again.

I have been to Madrid a few times and must say this is my favorite hotel so far. Our stay was short as we had moved to this hotel due to the fact that our other hotel was horrendous, and ME Madrid did not disappoint! The rooms feel brand new (been renovated). I'd describe this hotel as vibrant. It is located on Santa Ana so location is perfect for both visiting sites and restaurants etc. the staff were also exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room had a little balcony which was rare in Madrid. The rooms are clean, the decor modern and vibrant and the room facilities were truly different and wonderful! Will be staying here on all other Madrid trips.

The rooms are not very big so it's not for long stays, however this hotel has a lot going for it. The service is friendly and efficient, the hotel design is great and you are located on plaza de santa ana, perfect for a night out. Check out the rooftop bar as well
