The rooms are not very big so it's not for long stays, however this hotel has a lot going for it. The service is friendly and efficient, the hotel design is great and you are located on plaza de santa ana, perfect for a night out. Check out the rooftop bar as well

The hotel is perfectly located in an accessible and convenient, but not too busy, area. There are many restaurants, bars, and sights within walking distance. The hotel is upscale, but not stuffy. The staff are very helpful, going above and beyond to help with recommendations and arrangements when needed. My college-age son and I both loved the hotel for its atmosphere and service and look forward to coming back soon!

Stayed here for one flying visit to take in El Classico at the Bernebau. Great location within half hour taxi from airport (careful in rush hour) or on the metro which is pretty good. Building is stunning and in the sunshine the rooftop terrace is an absolute must! Room was small but standard for a city centre. Big pluses: Great bed...very comfy! Great shower Team and coffee machine which did espressos Safe in room Free wifi No real negatives. Bit of noise at night in main square in front of hotel and that would have been a lot louder if Real had won the match apparently!? Friendly staff. Easy to access shops, bars and local cafes. Didn't eat here but breakfast was pretty good. Highlight was the terrace bar. Cool place.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Stayed at the Chic Suite which is very well laid out and spacious. Our seventeen year old son had the sofa bed in the lounge and terrace area plus a half bathroom all to himself. The main bathroom was very large and comfortable with excellent amenities and Aptiva bath products. Pls observe that the main sliding door doesn't close properly and the shower wall near the shower door would leak when the spray showers were used. Beautiful view of the Plaza Santa Ana. We were welcomed by Eduardo who showed us the room amenities. Appreciated very much the snacks and sweets that were left in our room each afternoon. I had some minor problems exchanging money etc., and the front desk helped me resolve them right away. the concierge was also very helpful. I did find the elevators a little small.

I have just returned from another great stay at ME Madrid. Location wise the hotel could not be in a better place. There are so many shops, restaurants, bars etc in walking distance. All tourist attractions are also within walking distance. I was well looked after from enquiring about a booking until I checked out. unfortunately the roof was closed during our stay, as I wanted to show my friend the views from the roof. Staff were very helpful, in particular Miriam who looked after the booking throughout and made sure we were looked after. Our only negative is not being able to stay longer! Can't wait to return.
