Like most Melia hotels it was as expected. First class rooms, great Bars and exceptional Restuarant. Location could not be better with many bars restaurants, coffee shops and metro within simple walking distance. Made my first visit to Madrid one I will not forget. Book the hotel restaurant in plenty of time.

We visited this hotel to celebrate my birthday and I must say that this hotel surpassed my expectations in all possible manners. They provided proactively a very nice birthday gift in the room, went the extra mile to obtain difficult-to-get tickets for Real Madrid's Champion League's, and were at all times helpful, smiley and friendly. The room was just great, breakfast was top and the location was perfect to visit Madrid by foot. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is used to urban-style high standards in hotels.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with work colleagues. This would be a good place to stay. The rooms are well presented but I do agree they are small and not much space, but the quality is good and the breakfast is decent

The place is not cheap, but worthwhile thanks to the location putting most attractions in walking distance. Breakfast is delicious and staff very friendly. I'd say on the terrace drinks are overpriced, especially when the best part of it is regularly booked for private events.

The hotel tries to be very trendy but does not exactly succeed at it. The rooms were disappointing as they were too small. The location is quite good though. Everything in the room was clean. However, I would not stay here again because of how small the rooms are.
