Our original room was very small & the A/C didn't work well. The concierge immediately changed our room to a larger one & sent someone who corrected the A/C so we were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating & attentive.

Despite being on the 4th floor, the music from the rooftop bar 3 floors above was way too loud to allow any sleep. Since it wasn't going to stop any time soon, we had to move rooms at midnight. How any hotel can sell a room for 270 Euros per night that you can't sleep in until 3am is beyond me. 2 stars rather than one as the front desk staff were as helpful as they could be, finding an alternative room quickly and giving us a free breakfast.

We booked this hotel specifically for its rooftop. We wanted to enjoy our anniversary at the hotels rooftop restaurant only to find out we could not. It was booked 2 nights in a row for a private event and roped off to paying guests. We understand the business end of filling a restaurant but it should never supersede the experience the hotel guests are paying for.

In the heart of the action.Good sized rooms and great massage shower. Although it can gets noisey at the early mornings but still a great place to stay. Roof top fanatastic but our initial staff experience spoilt it, she was having a bad day.

We stayed here for a couple of nights for the start of our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful hotel. We had prearranged transportation from the airport to the hotel (30 Euro). We were greeted by a special host to ensure we were properly taken care of. They wrote a unique message to us on our mirror to congratulate us on our honeymoon. Beyond that the location is incredible. Walking distance to so many sights and great bars, shops, and restaurants (15 min walk to royal palace, 10 min walk to the El Retiro park). The room is very modern and spacious given such a big city. Our room had large windows that overlooked Plaza Santa Ana. They also have a great restaurant and rooftop bar. Firm beds, good light blocking curtains, but does get noise from the busy square. Great stop overall!
