Maitre d' was very welcoming and got us a table. Food was fabulous, shame about the customer service when wanting a cocktail or during dinner. Staff didn't care about the customer at all which let the night down. Cocktails and food made the evening.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Madrid, close to many restaurants, tapas, bars, and just a few minutes by taxi from the main tourist attractions such as theaters, museums and the main train station. On the terrace of the hotel there is a luxurious bar which is excellent for a drink, you can enjoy the music, the view of the center of Madrid and the Plaza de Santa Ana. The normal rooms are a bit small for American standards but very comfortable and Clean. The restaurant located in the lobby has very good international food at very reasonable prices and good service.

The hotel has very small rooms, but a great bar with life music all night on the roof top. If you don't sleep well, the music is audible in your room so bring plugs. The breakfast is a big buffet but also there appears to be a la carte for if you would just walk in. I did not try the dinner, but they have a restaurant. Service level is overall very high, internet is free.

I loved it here! It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Also, great location...the only negative thing I can say is that the radio didn't work in the hotel room and my son was super excited about it, but was let down when he realized it didn't work. Besides that, we had a great time.

This hotel has a perfect location, right in the center of Madrid. We stayed for 2 nights and we did all the main landmarks walking (10-15 min). The room was small but clean. The service was very good. Wireless connection was OK, not great.
