Great stay in Madrid!
What a great stay! Absolutely loved it and would thoroughly recommend for comfort, service and location. Helena, Carolina and Mariana ensured our stay was comfortable and were very welcoming. Bathrooms were huge and elegant! Great location to all tourist spots.

Best.Service.Ever
My wife and I spent a week at ME Madrid Reina Victoria in April 2024. Our daughter joined us for several days. The hotel staff is superb. Approachable, helpful and very engaged in customer service. The hotel is beautiful and the location - about midway between the Palace and the Prado, two blocks from Puerto del Sol - made the old city pleasantly walkable. Special thanks to Marina for hospitality. A great place to stay in a wonderful city.

Great location, breakfast not up to standard
Location is on the santa ana plaza which is a great location: in the center and great atmosphere. We had a with a view on the plaza de santa ana. It had a nice view and interior design. The breakfast however is not up to the hotel standard and price: you have to make your coffee with cups, the choice of items is limited and the interior is more for a hipster cafe

Amazing Hotel!!!
A great hotel in a great location with amazing staff. The ladies at reception are a credit to the hotel. Their professionalism went way beyond what we expected…The rooms are modern, clean and have all the amenities one would require for a short stay. The beds are super comfortable and the walk in showers are an added bonus. I upgraded my room to a superior room which was well worth it as the view over the plaza was wonderful. A great hotel which should be at the top of everybody’s list if deciding to visit Madrid……

Very nice hotel in a very popular surrounding
We stayed for a short week in this establishment. The hotel has parking. The hotel is very well located in the center of a busy area. Around the hotel there are a large number of restaurants, tapas bars, etc. until very late at night. We received an excellent welcome and the staff were present, helpful and attentive throughout the stay. A real concern for less is the room fragrance which is used from 9am in the morning until late in the evening in the ventilation of the rooms. According to my sense of smell, it is too strong and becomes annoying. Otherwise only compliments.
