Wonderful stay, Hotel Collection upgrade

We booked our stay via the Hotel Collection. Of course upgrade and early check in are subject to their availability but we were able to get checked in at 12:15pm and were upgraded to a wonderful room (420) with a balcony overlooking the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property has a wonderful location, especially for us Madrid newbies. We were able to walk to most places and when we needed the metro, Sol station is a close walk. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

What a FABULOUS hotel! 5 stars! The staff is efficient and wonderful! The hotel and the rooms are so nice and clean. The location is perfect. This hotel was the best place we stayed in during our trip to summer this year. We would love to go back. 10/10!!

Our stay at NH Collection Palacio de Tepa was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. We especially want to highlight the wonderful Guest Relations team—Alaine, Lili, and Naria. Their friendliness and helpfulness stood out to us, and they consistently went above and beyond for this family from Phoenix, Arizona - my sister, her grandson, and me. Alaine, in particular, made our experience memorable; we became quite close and enjoyed many laughs together throughout our visit. The hotel itself beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort, and its central location made exploring Madrid so easy. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the extraordinary level of care from the staff—it made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend NH Collection Palacio de Tepa!
