Reviews for NH Collection Madrid Palacio de Tepa
Everything in the hotel added something extra to our stay. Specially Jose the guest relations manager. He was so kind and generous with his time to help us out. I would always come back to this wonderful hotel.
The location of this hotel is prime! The hotel is small but very well-kept. Our room was clean although it was a bit small--- totally what you'd expect in Europe. We opted for a king bed with no balcony and we were glad that we did. Once the lights went out, it was DARK; perfect for a good night sleep! Bed was comfortable as well! Only downside is that the bathroom is too small and the toilet is too close to the wall and door. Breakfast was amazing and service was pretty good!

We stayed for 4 days. We had a suite and a deluxe room for family of 5. Each were spacious with comfortable beds. We had a bad ac unit in one room so they moved us to different set of rooms. Again, wonderful. The buffet at breakfast was extensive and tasty. Not like New Orleans Ritz Carlton, but great by European standards. Our concierge recommend several restaurants and activities and all of his choices were phenomenal. If you stay at the NH Palacio de Tepa ask for Juan Jose. He will make your trip memorable.

Hotel was beautiful and the room was amazing. My only criticism is the bed was very hard. Room was clean, on a quiet plaza. They let us check in early after a transatlantic flight. Welcomed in the lobby with cold ice tea. Will stay again.
Beautiful hotel right in the historic Madrid district. The location is really good within a few minutes from the Palacio Real, puerta del sol, Teatro Real and so many other tourist points. Vallet parking and complementary wifi and a bottle of water. The room is spacious enough but a little dated. A few renovations and the hotel could gain again a place in the top Madrid hotels. Really good breakfast but very expensive!! You have lots of cheaper cafeterias around.
