Exceptional stay thanks to Lilian Ferrer Cruz!
I had an amazing experience at NH Collection Palacio de Tepa in Madrid. The rooms were elegant, spacious, and extremely comfortable, and the hotel is perfectly located near Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, with easy walking access to restaurants, cafés, and cultural spots. The food and beverage options were delicious and of very high quality. I also felt very safe and well cared for throughout my stay. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding support from Lilian Ferrer Cruz in Guest Relations. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely willing to help with a delivery issue, going above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Her kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a potentially stressful situation completely worry-free. Thanks to Lilian, my experience was seamless, and I would highly recommend both the hotel and her excellent service. Guests are very fortunate to have her looking after them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great stay and would stay here again on our next trip to Madrid. Comfortable, spacious rooms. This is in a great location, walkable to many great bars and restaurants and shopping.
