Fabulous hotel in a great location. Very highly recommend
Fabulous hotel And very good location Family friendly and adult friendly too Breakfast was fabulous. The manageress that converted the weekend - we didn’t catch her name sorry- she and Ana were very accommodating and made sure they looked after us Jesus and Javier also need calling out. Great team work and great Receptionists/ and very good advice on what to do and when

Wonderful stay, Hotel Collection upgrade
We booked our stay via the Hotel Collection. Of course upgrade and early check in are subject to their availability but we were able to get checked in at 12:15pm and were upgraded to a wonderful room (420) with a balcony overlooking the street. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property has a wonderful location, especially for us Madrid newbies. We were able to walk to most places and when we needed the metro, Sol station is a close walk. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

AMAZING HOTEL!
What a FABULOUS hotel! 5 stars! The staff is efficient and wonderful! The hotel and the rooms are so nice and clean. The location is perfect. This hotel was the best place we stayed in during our trip to summer this year. We would love to go back. 10/10!!
