Excellent Hotel-friendly staff, very accommodating, clean, and perfect location in the heart of Madrid! Within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Very close to Metro and approximately 10 minutes from main train station-We will definitely be back!

The location is excellent and is in the heart of the city. I stayed in a premium room and the room was terrific. It was very large and spacious with multiple chairs / places to sit in. The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed here 7 nights , Jan 15 to Jan 22. Great location , room , breakfast . Everything was perfect . For sure , during our next visit to Madrid , we will stay in this hotel . Even some noice from outside ( travelers ), when window was open , doesn't disturb .

The overall experience was fantastic generally speaking. I would rate this at 4 1/2 stars only because of the outside noise from the surrounding bars and clubs. The other downside is that the room climate is centrally controlled and had to sleep with the window open to let cool air in. Everything else is/was top notch. Friendly staff and I was happy to be able to speak Spanish and not feel like a wierdo compared to being in the US and speaking a foreign language. Kudos to everyone there.

As mentioned by many reviewers, this hotel is in a fantastic location, central and close to everything. It is also quite beautiful, the staff is helpful and friendly. However, there were some things missing in a hotel of this calliper - for example, only one English speaking channel on the TV; there is an inviting rain shower head - but you can’t get it to work; the room service number doesn’t work; and so on. There were voices carrying in from the adjacent room. Just little things; I was told I could get a la carte breakfast, but that is not really an option. So overall a good stay, but it could have been perfect, had all of these things worked well.
