The hotel is quaint and the staff very helpful. We liked our room, it was clean and inviting. It is not necessarily a business hotel more like a B&B. The spa was wonderful and recommend that experience. Restaurant food was on par with the hotel. The neighborhood is nice and close to local attractions food and shopping ++.

The Only You Boutique Hotel in Madrid is a little gem. The location is perfect, on a quiet street, very close to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping etc It is beautifully designed and the people working there make an amazing job of taking care of all your needs.

The first thing to say about this Hotel is not the lovely decor, the great location but the employees. I can't really single any employee out because they were all so good. Everyone at the front desk was pleased to always answer your question, about anything in the hotel or Madrid for that matter. I am sorry I don't remember the name of the young man who worked the front door but he was always pleasant, helped getting you a cab and always watchful for security of the guests. Everyone in the bar and breakfast area could not have been nicer and more accommodating. A thank you to the management because you don't have employees and service like that by accident. The property is clean, maintained very well and overall just lovely. The location is good enough to walk to almost every main attraction in central Madrid if you are a walker and the weather is nice.

Only You has its cosy setting not only as of its design and decoration, but for the hotel's staff! It has what I needed, a lovely accommodation, restaurant, bakery and a nice bar. Back to the staff team! friendly and helpful throughout the stay and I will never forget their precious gift to my father (Real Madrid fan) as I asked them about a Real Madrid store location as I went there to buy him a T-shirt and when I came back to the room I found a Real Madrid fan cup with a message for my father which he will not forget along with me :). This lovely Hotel is just amazing. It was my second time and for sure not the last. This is not only about location or the other usual needs for a good Hotel...this is about the feeling you get. The warmth the service he people operating this Hotel is fantastic. Once you are around just have a look inside and you will understand and stay there forever. Thank you Only You:)
