Only You has its cosy setting not only as of its design and decoration, but for the hotel's staff! It has what I needed, a lovely accommodation, restaurant, bakery and a nice bar. Back to the staff team! friendly and helpful throughout the stay and I will never forget their precious gift to my father (Real Madrid fan) as I asked them about a Real Madrid store location as I went there to buy him a T-shirt and when I came back to the room I found a Real Madrid fan cup with a message for my father which he will not forget along with me :). This lovely Hotel is just amazing. It was my second time and for sure not the last. This is not only about location or the other usual needs for a good Hotel...this is about the feeling you get. Such a wonderful hotel with lovely atmosphere, beautifully decorated, very friendly staff, breakfast is fantastic, location is perfect, nice historic neighbourhood, close to all city center highlights. We loved everything about it! Would really recommend to stay there during your visit in Madrid!

We stayed here 3 nights, it's a beautiful hotel the interior is lovely. The staff were so nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in Madrid. And I highly recommend the massage in the Thai room, I've massages in many countries and that was one of the best.

This is terrific boutique hotel in the Chueca district of Madrid, so glad we chose it. The hotel is in a very lively area with lots of restaurants and attractions and shops around and easy to get to any neighborhood in Madrid. It's a hip stylist neighborhood and the hotel is similarly hip and stylish and has a great vibe, but unlike some chic boutique hotels, is not pretentious and has very professional service. The buildings are very interesting and old Europe feel with a modern twist. We had two rooms, one for ourselves and one for our two sons ages 17 and 20, one of whom is studying in Madrid and enjoyed a change from his student apartment! The rooms are beautiful, modern and spacious, terrific closet area and bedding. Great housekeeping. Very nice amenities in the room including umbrellas, considering it rained the whole time! There are several dining options right in the hotel and breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious and available for a long period. Apparently you can eat breakfast all day although we didn't do that. There is a fun cocktail bar but it does get crowded and is slightly pricey. The service was 5 star from the moment I booked, the hotel emailed me to see what I needed - they made reservations and arrangements and were very helpful with more suggestions and getting a very early cab. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and they sent up a beautiful desert and proseco. The front desk is staffed 23 hours. I am always looking for unique decor and surroundings + great service and the Only You definitely delivers.
